Description
− 濾過される流体の少なくとも1つの入口、および濾過される流体の少なくとも1つの出口を備える、外側ケーシングと、
− 入口から出口に向かって流れる流体がフィルタ壁を通過し、導電性ストリップの第1の露出部分がケーシングの底に近い導電性ストリップの下端部であるように、ケーシングの内部に収容される、上記いずれかに記載のフィルタ・カートリッジと、
− ケーシングに関連付けられた、ディーゼル燃料内水検知センサの少なくとも1つの電気接点とを備えるフィルタ群を開示する。
Claims (16)
- 管状の形状を有するフィルタ壁と、
該フィルタ壁の内部空洞に軸方向に挿入され、少なくとも1種の電気絶縁材料で作製されかつ複数の径方向開口部が設けられた少なくとも1つの長手方向コアと、を備え、流体を濾過するためのフィルタ・カートリッジであって、
該フィルタ・カートリッジは、
導電性材料で作製され、前記長手方向コアに固定された少なくとも1つの導電性ストリップを備え、
該導電性ストリップは、
濾過される前記流体から分離した水と最初に接触するように設けられ、前記長手方向コアから露出して前記フィルタ壁の前記内部空洞の外部に軸方向に突出する少なくとも1つの第1の部分と、
燃料内水位センサの電気接点と接触するように設けられ、前記長手方向コアから露出して前記第1の部分に対して軸方向に異なる高さに配置される第2の部分とを備える、フィルタ・カートリッジ。 - 前記第2の部分が、前記フィルタ壁の前記内部空洞の内部に配置される、請求項1に記載のフィルタ・カートリッジ。
- 前記第2の部分が、前記第1の部分に対して軸方向の反対側で前記フィルタ壁の前記内部空洞から軸方向に突出する、請求項1に記載のフィルタ・カートリッジ。
- 前記導電性ストリップの長手軸が、前記長手方向コアの長手軸に対して実質的に平行にして配置される細長い本体を含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のフィルタ・カートリッジ。
- 少なくとも一対の前記導電性ストリップを備える、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のフィルタ・カートリッジ。
- 前記一対の導電性ストリップのうちの各導電性ストリップが、互いに電気的に絶縁される、請求項5に記載のフィルタ・カートリッジ。
- 前記一対の導電性ストリップのうちの各導電性ストリップが、前記長手方向コアに固定された少なくとも1つの抵抗器により互いに電気的に接続される、請求項5または6に記載のフィルタ・カートリッジ。
- 前記一対の導電性ストリップのうちの各導電性ストリップの前記第1の部分が、軸方向に同じ高さに位置し、
前記一対の導電性ストリップのうちの各導電性ストリップの前記第2の部分が、軸方向に異なる高さに位置する、請求項5から7のいずれかに記載のフィルタ・カートリッジ。 - 前記導電性ストリップが、実質的に径方向に配置される長手軸を有する少なくとも1つの部分を呈し、該少なくとも1つの部分が、前記長手方向コア内に埋設または挿入される、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のフィルタ・カートリッジ。
- 前記長手方向コアが、前記フィルタ壁に取り外し可能に関連付けられる、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のフィルタ・カートリッジ。
- 少なくとも1つのネットが前記長手方向コアに固定され、
前記ネットが、前記径方向開口部を塞ぐようにすることでディーゼル燃料から水を分離可能である請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のフィルタ・カートリッジ。 - 濾過される流体の少なくとも1つの入口、および濾過される前記流体の少なくとも1つの出口を備える、外部ケーシングと、
前記入口から前記出口に向かって流れる前記流体が前記フィルタ壁を通過し、前記導電性ストリップの前記第1の部分が前記外部ケーシングの底に近い前記導電性ストリップの下端部であるように、前記外部ケーシングの内部に収容される、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のフィルタ・カートリッジと、
前記外部ケーシングに関連付けられた前記燃料内水位センサの少なくとも1つの電気接点と、を備え、
前記導電性ストリップの前記第2の部分が、前記フィルタ・カートリッジが前記外部ケーシングの内部に収容されたときに、前記導電性ストリップが前記電気接点を軸方向に延長するように、前記少なくとも1つの電気接点と接触可能であるフィルタ群。 - 前記電気接点が、前記長手方向コアの内部空洞に挿入されるステムによって支持される、請求項12に記載のフィルタ群。
- 前記電気接点または前記第2の部分が、導電性材料で作製された環状本体を備える、請求項12または13に記載のフィルタ群。
- 前記燃料内水位センサが、互いに電気的に絶縁された一対の前記電気接点を備える、請求項12から14のいずれかに記載のフィルタ群。
- 一対の前記電気接点のうちの各電気接点が、前記外部ケーシングの内部で軸方向に異なる高さに配置される、請求項15に記載のフィルタ群。
