Description
Claims (19)
- 濃厚相紛体ポンプであって、
第1のハウジングであって、該第1のハウジングは、ポンプボディと、第1の紛体流ブロックと、前記第1のハウジング内に配置されるガス透過性フィルターとを備えており、該第1の紛体流ブロックは、第1の紛体流通路及び第2の紛体流通路を有し、前記第1の紛体流通路及び前記第2の紛体流通路は、前記ガス透過性フィルターと流体連通し、そのため、紛体は、該ポンプが動作しているときに前記少なくとも1つのガス透過性フィルターに対して流出入する、第1のハウジングと、
ピンチ弁ハウジングであって、該ピンチ弁ハウジングは、該ピンチ弁ハウジング内に配置される少なくとも第1のピンチ弁及び第2のピンチ弁を備えている、ピンチ弁ハウジングと、
第2の紛体流ブロックであって、該第2の紛体流ブロックは、第3の紛体流通路及び第4の紛体流通路を備え、該第3の紛体流通路及び該第4の紛体流通路は、前記第1のピンチ弁及び前記第2のピンチ弁それぞれと流体連通し、そのため、該ポンプが動作しているときに、紛体は、前記第2の紛体流ブロック、前記ピンチ弁ハウジング及び前記第1の紛体流ブロックを通って流れることによって前記少なくとも1つのガス透過性フィルターに対して流出入する、第2の紛体流ブロックと、
前記第1の紛体流ブロックを前記ポンプボディに取り付ける複数の締結具と、
前記第2の紛体流ブロック及び前記ピンチ弁ハウジングを前記第1の紛体流ブロック及び前記ポンプボディに取り付ける単一の解放可能な締結具と、
を備える、濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプであって、該濃厚相紛体ポンプは、前記第1のハウジング内に配置される第2のガス透過性フィルターをさらに備え、前記ピンチ弁ハウジングは、少なくとも4つのピンチ弁を収納するようになっている、請求項1に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 前記単一の解放可能な締結具はねじボルトを含む、請求項1に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 前記ピンチ弁ハウジング内に配置される少なくとも1つの障壁部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 前記ピンチ弁ハウジング内に配置される少なくとも4つの障壁部材をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプであって、前記ピンチ弁ハウジング及び前記第1のハウジングは、該濃厚相紛体ポンプの組付時に該ピンチ弁ハウジングを該第1のハウジングと位置合わせするキー溝要素を有する、請求項1に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 前記キー溝要素は、前記第1のハウジングに対する前記ピンチ弁ハウジングの回転を制限する、請求項6に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプであって、前記ピンチ弁ハウジング及び前記第1のハウジングは、該濃厚相紛体ポンプの組付時に該ピンチ弁ハウジングを該第1のハウジングと位置合わせする、外部の位置合わせ表示を有する、請求項1に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 前記ピンチ弁ハウジング及び前記第1のハウジングは、前記単一の解放可能な締結具の過度の締付けを防止するように互いに係合する抑止面を有する、請求項1に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 請求項9に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプであって、前記抑止面は、前記ピンチ弁ハウジング及び前記第1のハウジング内のコラム構造部に配置され、該コラム構造部は、該濃厚相紛体ポンプの組付時に互いに軸方向に位置合わせされる、請求項9に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 前記コラム構造部は、前記単一の解放可能な締結具を収めるボアを提供する、請求項10に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプであって、前記ピンチ弁ハウジングは、前記第1の紛体流ブロックと前記第2の紛体流ブロックとの間に配置される、請求項1に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 前記ピンチ弁ハウジングは、前記単一の解放可能な締結具のみを解放することによって前記第1のハウジングから分離可能である、請求項1に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 前記ピンチ弁ハウジングは少なくとも1つの障壁部材を保持する、請求項13に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの障壁部材は、少なくとも前記第1のピンチ弁及び前記第2のピンチ弁のピンチ弁圧力チャンバーと流体連通する圧力ボアに紛体が入ることを阻止するように動作可能である、請求項14に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 前記圧力ボアは代替的に、前記ピンチ弁圧力チャンバーに正圧及び吸引力を加える、請求項15に記載の濃厚相紛体ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の濃厚相粉体ポンプ内に配置されているピンチ弁を交換する方法であって、
前記単一の解放可能な締結具を解放するステップであって、該単一の解放可能な締結具によって前記第1の紛体流ブロック及び前記ポンプボディに取り付けられている前記第2の紛体流ブロック及び前記ピンチ弁ハウジングを解放するステップと、
前記ポンプボディとの取付けから前記ピンチ弁ハウジングを取り外すステップであって、前記ピンチ弁ハウジング内に配置されている少なくとも前記第1のピンチ弁及び前記第2のピンチ弁へのアクセスを提供するステップと、
1)異なるピンチ弁と交換するように前記第1のピンチ弁又は前記第2のピンチ弁、又は2)異なるピンチ弁ハウジングと交換するように前記ピンチ弁ハウジングのいずれかを取り外すステップと、
を含む、請求項1に記載の濃厚相粉体ポンプ内に配置されているピンチ弁を交換する方法。
- 異なる障壁部材と交換するように前記ピンチ弁ハウジングから少なくとも1つの障壁部材を取り外すステップをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記ピンチ弁は、前記濃厚相粉体ポンプの通常動作時に該濃厚相粉体ポンプに接続されている1つ又は複数のホースを分離することなく交換することができる、請求項17に記載の方法。
