Claims (4)
- 可撓性を有する長尺なワイヤ本体と、前記ワイヤ本体の表面に配置される表面配置部材とを備えるワイヤ部材であって、
前記表面配置部材は、前記ワイヤ本体の表面に螺旋状に巻回して配置される親水性のマルチフィラメント線材を備えており、
前記マルチフィラメント線材は、太さが略同一の2を超えるフィラメント線材からなる無撚糸であり、
前記マルチフィラメント線材は、その繊維束が扁平状態で密集して配置されているワイヤ部材。 - 前記マルチフィラメント線材は、親水性を有する高分子材料から形成されるフィラメント線材と、疎水性を有する高分子材料から形成したフィラメント線材とを混在させて収束されている請求項1に記載のワイヤ部材。
- 前記表面配置部材は、前記ワイヤ本体の表面に熱融着して固着される請求項1又は2に記載のワイヤ部材。
- ワイヤ部材を製造するワイヤ部材の製造方法であって、
複数のフィラメント線材からなる撚糸としてのマルチフィラメント線材を形成する線材形成ステップと、
形成されたマルチフィラメント線材を、可撓性を有する長尺なワイヤ本体の表面に螺旋状に巻回して前記ワイヤ本体の表面から突出する凸部を形成する線材巻回ステップとを備えており、
前記線材形成ステップは、前記マルチフィラメント線材の撚り数を変更して、前記マルチフィラメント線材に基づく前記凸部の高さを調整する撚り数変更ステップを備えているワイヤ部材の製造方法。
