R3 ySi(OR4)4−y
(製造例1―1―シロキサン化合物バインダーの製造)
水100重量部、イソプロパノール(IPA)433重量部および0.1M HNO3 36重量部を反応器に入れ、10分間撹拌した。その後、テトラエトキシシラン(テトラエチルオルソシリケート,TEOS)372重量部および(3,3,3―トリフルオロプロピル)トリエトキシシラン29重量部を漏斗によって30分間ゆっくり投入した。その後、2時間50℃で撹拌し、常温に冷却した後、再度24時間200rpmの速度で撹拌して透明なバインダー溶液を得た。前記溶液の固形分は13重量%で、pHは2.2であることを確認した。前記の透明な溶液を別の精製過程を経ず次のステップのコーティング組成物の製造に使用した。
(3,3,3―トリフルオロプロピル)トリエトキシシランを投入しなかったことを除いては、前記製造例1―1と同様の方法でバインダー溶液を製造した。
前記製造例1―1で製造されたバインダー溶液65重量部、イソプロパノール100重量部および数平均直径60nmの中空シリカ粒子―イソプロパノール分散ゾル(20% w/w,JGC C&C社,Thrylya4110)65重量部を反応器に入れ、24時間常温で撹拌させることにより、反射防止コーティング組成物を製造した。前記の製造された反射防止低屈折用コーティング組成物の固形分は10重量%で、pHは2.5であることを確認した。
前記製造例1―2で製造されたバインダー溶液を使用することを除いては、前記製造例2―1と同様の方法で反射防止低屈折用コーティング組成物を製造した。
(実施例1)
光学設計ソフトウェアを用いて反射防止フィルムを具現した。PETフィルム上に屈折率が1.64の高屈折層を形成し、前記高屈折層上に屈折率が1.24の低屈折層を形成する。このとき、低屈折層は前記製造例2―1で製造された反射防止低屈折用コーティング組成物をコーティングして形成し、形成された前記低屈折層の屈折率はプリズムカップラーで測定した。
高屈折層および低屈折層の厚さを変えたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法で反射防止フィルムを具現した。
光学設計ソフトウェアを用いて反射防止フィルムを具現した。PETフィルム上に屈折率が1.64の高屈折層を形成し、前記高屈折層上に屈折率が1.26の低屈折層を形成する。このとき、低屈折層は前記製造例2―2で製造された反射防止低屈折用コーティング組成物をコーティングして形成し、形成された前記低屈折層の屈折率はプリズムカップラーで測定した。
Konica Minolta社のCM―5 Spectrophotometerを用いて前記実施例および比較例の反射防止フィルムの透過率を測定し、反射防止フィルムの裏面を黒色処理した後、反射率を測定した。また、白色光源D65とCIE1964観察者を指定して前記の実施例および比較例の反射防止フィルム構造に従い、CIE L*、a*、b*値、具体的に透過a*、透過b*および反射a*、反射b*の結果値を表1に表した。
Claims (11)
- 透明基材、高屈折層および低屈折層の積層構造で、
前記低屈折層が下記式1で表されるシラン化合物と下記式2で表されるオルガノシラン化合物が重合されて形成されるバインダー;および中空シリカ粒子を含み、
前記式2で表されるオルガノシラン化合物の含有量が、前記式1で表されるシラン化合物100重量部に対して、0.1重量部〜50重量部であり、
反射防止フィルムの水に対する接触角が40°〜70°である反射防止フィルム。

前記式1で、R1は炭素数1ないし10のアルキル基、炭素数6ないし10のアリール基または炭素数3ないし10のアルケニル基で、R2は炭素数1ないし6のアルキル基で、xは0≦x<4の整数を表す。

R3 ySi(OR4)4−y
前記式2で、R3は炭素数1ないし12のフルオロアルキル基で、R4は炭素数1ないし6のアルキル基で、yは0<y<4の整数を表す。 - 前記式1で表されるシラン化合物は、テトラメトキシシラン、テトラエトキシシラン、テトラプロポキシシラン、テトライソプロポキシシラン、テトラ―n―ブトキシシラン、テトラ―sec―ブトキシシラン、テトラ―tert―ブトキシシラン、トリメトキシシラン、トリエトキシシラン、メチルトリメトキシシラン、メチルトリエトキシシラン、エチルトリメトキシシラン、エチルトリエトキシシラン、プロピルトリメトキシシラン、プロピルトリエトキシシラン、イソブチルトリエトキシシラン、シクロヘキシルトリメトキシシラン、フェニルトリメトキシシラン、フェニルトリエトキシシラン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルトリエトキシシラン、アリルトリメトキシシランアリルトリエトキシシラン、ジメチルジメトキシシラン、ジメチルジエトキシシラン、ジフェニルジメトキシシラン、ジフェニルジエトキシシランおよびこれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上の化合物である請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記式2で表されるオルガノシラン化合物は、トリフルオロメチルトリメトキシシラン、トリフルオロメチルトリエトキシシラン、トリフルオロプロピルトリメトキシシラン、トリフルオロプロピルトリエトキシシラン、ノナフルオロブチルエチルトリメトキシシラン、ノナフルオロブチルエチルトリエトキシシラン、ノナフルオロヘキシルトリメトキシシラン、ノナフルオロヘキシルトリエトキシシラン、トリデカフルオロオクチルトリメトキシシラン、トリデカフルオロオクチルトリエトキシシラン、ヘプタデカフルオロデシルトリメトキシシラン、ヘプタデカフルオロデシルトリエトキシシランおよびこれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれる一つ以上の化合物である請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記中空シリカ粒子は、数平均直径が1nm〜1,000nmである請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記バインダーは、前記中空シリカ粒子100重量部に対して、10重量部〜120重量部含まれる請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層の屈折率は、1.2〜1.25である請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層の厚さは、50nm〜150nmである請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記高屈折層の屈折率は、1.6〜1.7である請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記高屈折層の厚さは、100nm〜500nmである請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記反射防止フィルムの反射率は、450nm〜650nm波長領域で0.5%未満である請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記反射防止フィルムに白色光を照射したとき、反射光の色相a*値および色相b*値が−1<a*<2、−1<b*<1である請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
