Claims (8)
- 基板の不良を検出する基板検査装置において、
前記基板上に提供される液晶変調器と、
前記液晶変調器から離隔されて提供された光源ユニットと、
前記液晶変調器と前記光源ユニットとの間に提供されて前記光源ユニットからの光を前記光源変調器に反射する光分割器と、
前記光分割器を介して前記液晶変調器と対向して配置され、前記液晶変調器からの前記光を感知する計測ユニットと、を含み、
前記液晶変調器は、
透明基板と、
前記基板上に提供された共通電極と、
前記共通電極に接触して前記透明基板上に提供された液晶層と、
前記液晶層上に提供された反射層と、を含み、
前記反射層上に提供されて前記反射層及び前記液晶層を支持する第1支持部をさらに含み、
前記第1支持部は、第1支持シート、前記第1支持シートの一面に提供されて前記第1支持シートを保護する保護層、及び前記第1支持シートの他の面に提供されるハードコーティング層を含み、前記保護層は、前記第1支持シートと前記反射層との間に提供される基板検査装置。 - 前記光源ユニットは、
前記光を出射する光源と、
前記光源から出射された光を導く光均一化器と、
前記光均一化器から出射された光を前記光分割器方向に反射する反射鏡と、を含む請求項1に記載の基板検査装置。 - 前記ハードコーティング層は、紫外線UV硬化性高分子、ゾルーゲル(sol−gel)、熱硬化性高分子、及び有機及び無機複合材料物質の中の1つ以上を含む請求項1に記載の基板検査装置。
- 前記第1支持シートは、有機物質から形成される請求項1に記載の基板検査装置。
- 前記有機物質はポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、シクロオレフィンポリマー、シクロオレフィンコポリマー、セルロイド、トリアセチルセルロースの中で少なくとも1つを含む請求項4に記載の基板検査装置。
- 前記反射層は誘電ミラーから形成された請求項1に記載の基板検査装置。
- 前記反射層は、第1屈折率を有する複数の第1誘電層と、前記第1屈折率と異なる屈折率を有する複数の第2誘電層とを含み、前記第1誘電層と前記第2誘電層とは、交互に配置される請求項6に記載の基板検査装置。
- 前記液晶層は、高分子ネットワーク液晶を含む請求項1に記載の基板検査装置。
