Description
組成物Aは、水性分散液中における1種または複数種のアクリルポリマーもしくはコポリマー、腐食防止剤、鉱物充填剤、例えば硫酸バリウム塩など、離型剤、分散剤、および増粘剤を含んでいる。実施例Aの組成物は、45%の固体粒子の割合によって特徴付けられる。
組成物Bは、水性分散液中におけるアクリルポリマーもしくはコポリマー、腐食防止剤、離型剤、分散剤、および増粘剤を含んでいる。実施例Bの組成物は、40%の固体粒子の割合によって特徴付けられる。
以下に説明される様々な試験プロトコルに明記されない限り、試験試料は可剥性膜で覆われた金属プレートから形成された。これらの無傷の試料は、錆のないプレート、すなわち、ISO規格4628のスコアRe0に対応するプレートから生成された。特に、それはフランスの規格において定義されるようなXC48低炭素鋼である。各試料は以下の寸法:150×100×0.8mmを有する平坦な長方形の金属プレートから作成した。当該プレートの表面は<1μmの粗度Raを有していた。
最初に、当該調査は異なる特徴を有するポリマーを含む様々な組成物から得られた様々な膜の機械的特性を特定した。
・ 手動によって容易に引き剥がせたものは“0”で示し、
・ 膜の粘着破断なしに引き剥がしが実施困難なものは“1”で示し、
・ 粘着破断を伴って手動による部分的引き剥がしができたもの(したがって、膜が幾つかの断片に裂けた)は“2”で示し、
・ 手動による引き剥がしが可能でないものは“3”で示した。
本発明の可剥性膜は、ISO規格4628の分類によって定義されるような優れた抵抗性:すなわち、腐食なし、膨れなし、亀裂なし、剥げなし、を有することにより耐腐食性試験に合格する。
7インチの外径のVAM 21(登録商標)ねじ切り部を有するL80鉄鋼の管状部材を検討することによって実物大試験も実施し、そのために、雌型ねじ部を、組成物Bの可剥性膜による厚さ100μmの単層でコーティングした。
説明した試験、すなわちスクラッチ試験を使用することにより、表面へのコーティングの接着力もしくは接着性を評価することができる。当該方法は、乾燥潤滑剤の中間層を伴って製造された試験試料の可剥性膜を変形させる工程と、乾燥潤滑剤の中間層への可剥性膜の被着と当該中間層からの除去の衝撃を評価する工程からなる。実際に、コーティングの潤滑特性は、一般的に、その摩擦係数によって評価される。したがって、腐食からの保護に加えて、当該可剥性膜が貯蔵の間に中間層の潤滑特性を維持することができるか否かを評価することが可能である。
・工程E2において、乾燥潤滑組成物を被着させ、
・工程E3において、本発明による可剥性膜を被着させ、
・工程E4において、追加の保護装置、例えば、保護スリーブなどを設置し、
・工程E5において、外部気候条件に晒して数週間、数ヶ月間、または数年間貯蔵し、
・工程E6において、管状部材の使用が想定される場合に追加の保護装置を除去し、
・工程E7において、乾燥潤滑層の機械的品質を保持しつつ、可剥性膜を手動で除去し、
・工程E8において、可剥性膜を再利用し、
・工程E9において、当該管状部材と相補的管状部材とのねじ接続部を完成させる。
Claims (19)
- 相補的部材と接続するための少なくとも1つのねじ部を備える管状部材であって、
腐食から保護する可剥性膜によって前記ねじ部の少なくとも一部がコーティングされ、
前記可剥性膜を形成する前駆体組成物が膜形成ポリマーの水性分散液を含み、
前記膜形成ポリマーは、天然もしくは合成ラテックス、アクリル樹脂、スチレン‐アクリレートなどのアクリル系コポリマー、ブタジエン‐アクリレート、塩化ビニル‐アクリレート、ポリ塩化ビニリデン‐アクリレート、酢酸ビニル‐アクリレート、ポリビニル‐スチレンブタジエンコポリマー、ポリビニルブチラール、およびそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、管状部材。 - 前記可剥性膜は、−10℃〜+35℃の範囲のガラス転移温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の管状部材。
- 前記可剥性膜は、アルキルアリールスルホン酸のアルカリ塩(当該アルカリ化合物は、バリウム、カルシウム、マグネシウム、もしくはナトリウム化合物である)または揮発性有機窒素含有分子(脂肪族アミン(ヘキサメチレンジアミン、モノエタノールアミン)、アミンカルボキシレート錯体(ホウ酸モノエタノールアミン、桂皮酸ヘキサメチレンジアミン、カプリン酸ジシクロヘキシルアミン、ポリアスパラギン酸‐イミダゾリン)、ベンゾトリアゾール、安息香酸アンモニウム、亜硝酸ナトリウムから選択される)から選択される腐蝕防止剤、または無機腐食防止剤(水和オルトリン酸アルミニウム亜鉛、水和オルトリン酸モリブデン亜鉛、水和ポリリン酸アルミニウムストロンチウム、水和オルトリン酸ケイ酸ストロンチウムカルシウム亜鉛、リン酸鉄亜鉛、リン酸ケイ酸ストロンチウムカルシウム亜鉛、オルトリン酸亜鉛、三リン酸アルミニウム、リン酸亜鉛変性剤とカップリングさせたモリブデン酸亜鉛、モリブデン酸ナトリウム、メタホウ酸カルシウム、メタホウ酸バリウム、ホウケイ酸カルシウム、カルシウムイオン交換シリカ、およびそれらの混合物から選択される)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の管状部材。
- 前記可剥性膜は、改質された疎水性ポリアクリレートまたはヒドロキシエチルメチルセルロースから選択されるチキソトロピー性増粘剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の管状部材。

- 前記可剥性膜は、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリグリコール、セルロース、グリセロールによって形成されるリストから選択される可塑剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の管状部材。
- 前記可剥性膜は、メタノール、ブタノール、およびイソプロパノール(IPA)から選択される水溶性の極性溶媒を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の管状部材。
- 前記可剥性膜は、サイズが50〜200nmの範囲の粒子を含むポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の管状部材。
- 前記可剥性膜は、着色剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の管状部材。
- 前記可剥性膜は、1MPaを超える、好ましくは10MPaを超える引張強度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の管状部材。
- 前記可剥性膜は、300%を超える、好ましくは700%を超える、より好ましくは1000%を超える破断伸び率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の管状部材。
- 前記可剥性膜は、2N/mm未満の剥離抵抗を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の管状部材。
- 前記ねじ部と前記可剥性膜との間に配設された乾燥潤滑組成物の層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の管状部材。
- 可剥性膜の液体前駆体組成物を噴霧することによって当該可剥性膜が被着される、請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載の管状部材のねじ末端の製造方法。
- 前記液体前駆体組成物が20℃〜40℃の範囲の温度において噴霧されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- 前記液体前駆体組成物が噴霧される温度は、前記管状部材の面温度と実質的に同じになるように選択されることを特徴とする、請求項14または15に記載の製造方法。
- 前記可剥性膜は少なくとも2層が被着されることを特徴とする、請求項14〜16の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記可剥性膜を被着する前に、前記ねじ部が乾燥潤滑組成物で覆われることを特徴とする、請求項14〜17の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記可剥性膜を形成する前に、適切であれば乾燥潤滑組成物を被着する前に、機械的サンドブラストまたは亜鉛もしくはマンガンリン酸塩処理、またはウッドニッケルの下層を含む三元CuSnZn合金の電着によって、前記ねじ部の表面処理が実施されることを特徴とする、請求項14〜18の何れか1項に記載の製造方法。
