Claims (1)
- ホース端部に継手金具を有するホースの製造方法であって、
補強用の繊維で形成された補強層(H22)を内層側と外層側のゴム層(H21,H23)で積層被覆したホース(H2)を準備する工程(1)と、
外部の配管(H1)に接続される接続孔(14a)を有する継手頭部(14)と、前記ホース(H2)に接続されるニップル孔(22a)を有するニップル部(20)と、前記ニップル部(20)の外周部との間に前記ホース(H2)を挿入するソケット孔(18a)を形成するソケット部(18)とを備える前記継手金具を準備する工程(2)と、
前記継手金具(10)の前記ソケット孔(18a)の底部に、前記補強層(H22)の繊維の隙間に入り込むことが可能な細径の固形微粒子を堆積させる工程(3)と、
前記固形微粒子が堆積済みの前記ソケット孔(18a)に前記ホース(H2)の前記ホース端部を挿入し、前記堆積済みの前記固形微粒子に前記ホース端部が接した状態で、前記ソケット部(18)に前記ホースをカシメ固定する工程(4)とを備える、ホース製造方法。
