Description
図1は本発明の被検体情報取得装置の概念図である。本実施の形態では、受信器を移動させ、被検部位である乳房からの音響波の受信を行う被検体情報取得装置を例として説明する。被検者(被検体)は、被検体支持部である寝台1の上に伏臥位の姿勢をとり、被検部位である乳房を下垂させて乳房挿入口13(開口)に挿入する。乳房挿入口13には乳房を保持する保持部材11(被検部位保持部材)が設置されている。寝台1と保持部材11の接触部分には、被検部位検出部12(対象乳房検出部)を有し、被検体情報取得の対象となる乳房の種類(例えば、右乳房か左乳房か)についての情報を取得する。
また、ここでは左右乳房の場合で説明するが、被検者が異なることによる被検体情報取得領域の形状、位置の違いに対応してもよい。

本実施の形態では、被検体情報取得装置が、複数の開口を有する被検体支持部材と、前記複数の開口に対応した、複数の受信器を有する例について説明する。具体的には、被検部位挿入用の開口(乳房挿入口13)が2つ設けられた被検体支持部材(寝台1)と、2つの被検部位保持部材とを有する被検体情報取得装置の例について説明する。なお、実施の形態1と同様の構成、動作を行う部分については、同様の符号を用い、詳細な説明は省略する。
本実施の形態では、被検体情報取得装置が、複数の被検部位保持部材と、前記複数の被検部位保持部材に対応して設けられた複数の受信器を有する例について説明する。具体的には、被検部位挿入用の開口(乳房挿入口13)が2つ設けられた被検体支持部材(寝台1)と、2つの被検部位保持部材と、2つの受信器と、を有する被検体情報取得装置の例について説明する。例えば、被検者Aの両乳房について音響波の受信を行った後、続いて被検者Bの両乳房について音響波の受信を行う場合に用いることができる。なお、実施の形態1または2と同様の構成、動作を行う部分については、同様の符号を用い、詳細な説明は省略する。
また、本発明は、以下の処理を実行することによっても実現される。即ち、上述した実施形態の機能を実現するソフトウェア(プログラム)を、ネットワーク又は各種記憶媒体を介してシステム或いは装置に供給し、そのシステム或いは装置のコンピュータ(またはCPUやMPU等)がプログラムを読み出して実行する処理である。

- 音響波を受信して受信信号を出力する複数の変換素子と、前記複数の変換素子が配置される支持部材とを備える受信器と、
前記受信器を移動させるように構成された移動機構と、
前記移動機構に駆動信号を入力する制御部と、を備え、
前記複数の変換素子は、そのうちの一部の変換素子の指向軸が集まるように、支持部材に配置され、
前記制御部は、前記移動機構により前記受信器の辿る、外周から中心に向かう渦巻型の走査軌道の中心位置を、被検体の被検部位に関する情報に応じて変更するように、前記移動機構を制御するように構成されていること
を特徴とする被検体情報取得装置。
