Claims (8)
- 内部表面を有する反応器容器と、
前記反応器内部表面とつながっている、上向きに凸状の多孔触媒床支持体と
を備える反応器であって、
前記触媒床支持体が、前記反応器内側表面とつながっている外側縁と、作業者用通路カバー組立体とつながっている内側縁とを有する上向きに凸状の環状板を備え、
前記作業者用通路カバー組立体が、
前記環状板の内側縁とつながっている格子柵支持バンドと、
前記格子柵支持バンドにしっかりと取り付けられた短い端を各々が備える、水平に位置決めされた複数の格子柵と
を備える、
反応器。 - 前記触媒床支持体が固定床触媒支持体である、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 前記環状板が、25から40パーセントの間の板開口面積を全体として規定する複数の開口部を備える、請求項2に記載の反応器。
- 前記上向きに凸状の環状板の前記内側縁が作業者用通路カバー支持バンドに取り付けられ、
前記作業者用通路カバー組立体が前記作業者用通路カバー支持バンドと取り外し可能につながっている、請求項1に記載の反応器。 - 前記環状板が、25から40パーセントの間の板開口面積を全体として規定する複数の開口部を備える、請求項4に記載の反応器。
- 前記作業者用通路カバー組立体が、前記格子柵と前記格子柵支持バンドとによって前記作業者用通路カバー組立体の上部に支持された水平触媒支持スクリーンをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の反応器。
- 前記格子柵支持バンドが、水平触媒支持スクリーンの水平方向の動きを抑制するために、前記格子柵支持バンドの上縁から上向きに延びるスクリーン保持リップをさらに備える、請求項6に記載の反応器。
- 前記反応器が、前記反応器容器内壁から突出した、水平支持表面を有する支持隆起をさらに備え、
前記触媒床支持体が、前記環状板外側端に強固に取り付けられた触媒床支持バンドであって、前記支持隆起水平支持表面によって鉛直方向に支持された底面を有する触媒床支持バンドをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の反応器。
