Claims (2)
- 金属製の被覆対象物の外周を被覆可能な金属板と、この金属板に連結されたセラミック製のスタッドと、このスタッドに保持された不定形耐火物材料からなるプレキャストブロックとを備えたプレキャストブロック構造体において、
前記スタッドは、前記金属板に対して動きうるように連結されており、
前記スタッドは、Al 2 O 3 を30質量%以上含有するセラミックからなり、かつ当該セラミックのSiO 2 含有量は20質量%以下であり、
前記プレキャストブロックを構成する不定形耐火物材料は、CA6軽量キャスタブルであることを特徴とするプレキャストブロック構造体。 - 前記スタッドは、その圧縮強さが6MPa以上のものである、請求項1に記載のプレキャストブロック構造体。
