図1は本発明の一実施例による2次電池を示した斜視図である。図2は図1のI−I’線に沿って切断された2次電池を示した断面図である。図3a乃至図3dは図1に示された電極組立体と第1電極端子との連結関係を示した側面図である。図4は図2に示された絶縁支持部材を示した斜視図である。図5は図4のII−II’線に沿った断面図である。図6aおよび図6bは本発明の一実施例による2次電池を示した分解斜視図である。

Claims (14)
- 第1電極無地部を有する第1電極板と、第2電極無地部を有する第2電極板と、前記第1電極板および第2電極板の間に介在したセパレータを含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースを密封するキャッププレートと、
前記電極組立体と電気的に連結され、前記キャッププレートを貫通する第1電極端子と、
前記第2電極板と電気的に連結される第2電極端子と、
前記第1電極端子および前記第2電極端子と前記キャッププレートとの間に位置し、前記第1電極端子および前記第2電極端子を前記キャッププレートに結合させる絶縁支持部材とを含み、
前記電極組立体は、前記第1電極無地部を通して前記第1電極端子に連結され、第2集電タップを通して前記第2電極端子に連結され、
前記絶縁支持部材は、前記第1電極端子および前記第2電極端子が結合し、前記キャッププレートの下部に位置し、前記第1電極端子および前記第2電極端子と前記キャッププレートを絶縁させる絶縁部と、前記絶縁部の下部に結合し、前記電極組立体を支持する支持部と、前記絶縁部と前記支持部を連結する連結部とを含むことを特徴とする、2次電池。 - 前記第1電極無地部は前記電極組立体の上部に突出し、
一側が前記第1電極端子に連結され、他側は前記第1電極端子の下部に折り曲げて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1電極端子には複数の電極組立体が連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記複数の電極組立体にそれぞれ連結された第1集電タップは互いに向き合って対称となるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1電極無地部にはガイドプレートが結合したことを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の2次電池。
- 前記絶縁部は、
前記第1電極端子が結合する第1端子ホールと前記第2電極端子が結合する第2端子ホールを含む端子ホールと、
前記第1端子ホールと第2端子ホールの間に位置する貫通ホールと、
前記端子ホールの外側に位置する結合ホールとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記貫通ホールは前記キャッププレートに形成された安全ベントと電解液注入口に対応する部分に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記支持部は、
前記絶縁部から延長され、平らに形成された平坦部と、
前記平坦部の両側縁に形成された脚部とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の2次電池。 - 前記脚部は前記平坦部から延長され、前記電極組立体に向かって凸であるように形成された弾性部と、
前記弾性部から延長され、平らに形成された結合部とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の2次電池。 - 前記結合部には結合突起が形成され、前記結合突起は前記結合ホールに結合することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の2次電池。
- 前記平坦部は前記貫通ホールを覆わず、
前記脚部は前記端子ホールを覆わないことを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の2次電池。 - 前記脚部は前記平坦部の中央にさらに形成され、
前記脚部の弾性部には前記貫通ホールに対応するホールが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。 - 前記脚部は前記端子ホールを覆うように延長形成され、
前記脚部の結合部は段差づけられるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1電極端子は前記キャッププレートを貫通する第1端子本体と前記第1端子本体の下部で水平方向に延長された第1端子延長部とを含み、
前記第2電極端子は前記キャッププレートを貫通する第2端子本体と前記第2端子本体の下部で水平方向に延長された第2端子延長部とを含み、
前記第1電極無地部は前記第1端子延長部に溶接され、前記第2集電タップは前記第2端子延長部に溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
