Claims (19)
- 音源から発生された雑音を低減するための音響構造体であって、
前記音源に最も近く配置される第1の縁部と、第2の縁部とを備えるハニカムであって、前記ハニカムが、前記第1の縁部と前記第2の縁部との間を延びる複数の側壁を備え、前記側壁が、複数のセルを画定し、前記セルの各々が、前記側壁に対して垂直方向に測定される断面積を有する、ハニカムと、
音響共振器を形成するために前記ハニカムの前記第2の縁部に又は前記セルのうちの少なくとも1つの内に配置された音響障壁であって、前記音響共振器の深さが、前記ハニカムの前記第1の縁部と前記音響障壁との間の距離に等しい、音響障壁と、
前記音響共振器内に配置された音導波管と、
を備え、
前記音導波管が、内部表面及び外部表面を有する音響導波壁を備え、前記音響導波壁が、導波管入口を画定する入口縁部と導波管出口を画定する出口縁部とを備え、前記導波管入口が、前記導波管出口よりも前記ハニカムの第1の縁部に近くに配置され、前記音響導波壁が、前記セルを、内部音波チャネルと外部音波室とに分割し、前記内部音波チャネルは、前記音響導波壁の前記内部表面と、前記導波管入口と、前記導波管出口と、前記導波管入口と前記ハニカムの前記第1の縁部との間を延びるセル側壁の部分とによって画定され、前記外部音波室は、前記音響導波壁の前記外部表面と、前記音響障壁と、前記導波管出口と前記ハニカムの前記側壁とによって画定される、音響構造体。 - 前記導波管入口が、前記導波管出口よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の音響構造体。
- 前記導波管入口のサイズが、前記セルの断面積に実質的に等しい、請求項2に記載の音響構造体。
- 前記音響導波壁の形状が、円錐台である、請求項2に記載の音響構造体。
- 前記入口縁部における前記音響導波壁の前記外部表面が、前記セル側壁に接着される、請求項1に記載の音響構造体。
- 前記導波管入口が六角形の形状をし、前記導波管出口が円形の形状をした、請求項2に記載の音響構造体。
- 前記音響導波壁が、プラスチックの薄膜で製作される、請求項1に記載の音響構造体。
- 前記プラスチックの薄膜が、穿孔される、請求項7に記載の音響構造体。
- 請求項1に記載の音響構造体を備えるエンジンのナセル。
- 請求項9に記載のナセルを備える飛行機。
- 音源から発生された雑音を低減するための音響構造体を製作するための方法であって、
前記音源に最も近く配置される第1の縁部と、第2の縁部とを備えるハニカムを設けるステップであって、前記ハニカムが、前記第1の縁部と前記第2の縁部との間を延びる複数の側壁を備え、前記側壁が、複数のセルを画定し、前記セルの各々が、前記側壁に対して垂直方向に測定される断面積を有する、設けるステップと、
音響共振器を形成するために前記ハニカムの前記第2の縁部に又は前記セルのうちの少なくとも1つの内に音響障壁を配置するステップであって、前記音響共振器の深さが、前記ハニカムの前記第1の縁部と前記音響障壁との間の距離に等しい、配置するステップと、
前記音響共振器内に音導波管を配置するステップと、
を含み、
前記音導波管が、内部表面及び外部表面を有する音響導波壁を備え、前記音響導波壁が、導波管入口を画定する入口縁部と導波管出口を画定する出口縁部とを備え、前記導波管入口が、前記導波管出口よりも前記ハニカムの第1の縁部に近く配置され、前記音響導波壁が、前記セルを、内部音波チャネルと外部音波室とに分割し、前記内部音波チャネルは、前記音響導波壁の前記内部表面と、前記導波管入口と、前記導波管出口と、前記導波管入口と前記ハニカムの前記第1の縁部との間を延びるセル側壁の部分とによって画定され、前記外部音波室は、前記音響導波壁の前記外部表面と前記音響障壁と前記ハニカムの前記側壁とによって画定される、音響構造体を製作するための方法。 - 前記導波管入口が、前記導波管出口よりも大きい、請求項11に記載の音響構造体を製作するための方法。
- 前記導波管入口のサイズが、前記セルの断面積に実質的に等しい、請求項12に記載の音響構造体を製作するための方法。
- 前記音響導波壁の形状が、円錐台である、請求項12に記載の音響構造体を製作するための方法。
- 前記音響共振器内に前記音導波管を配置する前記ステップが、前記入口縁部における前記音響導波壁の前記外部表面を前記セル側壁に接着するステップを含む、請求項14に記載の音響構造体を製作するための方法。
- 前記導波管入口が六角形の形状をし、前記導波管出口が円形の形状をした、請求項11に記載の音響構造体を製作するための方法。
- 前記音響構造体が、ジェットエンジン用ナセルである、請求項11に記載の音響構造体を製作するための方法。
- 少なくとも部分的に雑音の音源を請求項1に記載の音響構造体で囲むステップを含む、前記雑音の音源から発生された雑音を低減するための方法。
