Claims (10)
- ガスタービンのためのフィルム冷却されるガスタービン構成部品(8)であって、
高温ガス(39)に暴露され得る表面(38)を備え、該表面には複数のフィルム冷却開口部(36)が開口しており、該フィルム冷却開口部は組み合されて、前記高温ガス(39)の流れ方向(52)に対して横方向に少なくとも1つの列(30、34)を形成しており、
各個別のフィルム冷却開口部(36)は、その貫流方向に沿って、ダクトセクション(48)および該ダクトセクション(48)に直接隣接した拡散器セクション(46)を備え、該拡散器セクションは上流拡散器縁(40)、2つの拡散器長手縁(42)、および下流拡散器縁(44)を具備し、各拡散器長手縁(42)はコーナー領域(54)において前記下流拡散器縁(44)と交差したガスタービン構成部品において、
個々の前記列(30、34)の少なくとも2つの直近の隣接したフィルム冷却開口部(36)は、個々の前記ダクトセクション(48)のダクト軸(50)が、局所的な前記高温ガス(39)の流れ方向(52)に対して側方に傾斜され、前記拡散器セクション(46)は、前記ダクト軸(50)の投影に対して各場合において非対称に形成されており、個々のフィルム冷却開口部(36)の直近の隣接したコーナー領域(54)は、個々の拡散器セクション(46)が互いに接触することを伴わずに、前記高温ガス(39)の流れ方向(52)から見て、整列されているか、または重なっているように設計されていることを特徴とするガスタービン構成部品(8)。 - すべての前記フィルム冷却開口部(36)は、個々の前記ダクトセクション(48)のダクト軸(50)が、局所的な前記高温ガス(39)の流れ方向(52)に対して側方に傾斜され、前記拡散器セクション(46)は、前記ダクト軸(50)の投影に対して各場合において非対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービン構成部品(8)。
- 個々の前記拡散器セクション(46)は、角錐台の半分の形状の拡散器空間の痕跡と一致し、前記空間は非対称性を形成するために、前記ダクト軸(50)の周りに回転角度(γ)だけ回転されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガスタービン構成部品(8)。
- 前記回転角度(γ)は約15°の大きさであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガスタービン構成部品(8)。
- 個々の前記拡散器セクション(46)の前記上流拡散器縁(40)、1つまたは2つの前記長手縁(42)、および/または前記下流拡散器縁(44)は、概略直線であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン構成部品(8)。
- 個々の前記拡散器セクション(46)の前記下流拡散器縁(44)は、局所的な前記高温ガスの流れ方向とともに、90°とは異なった角度(α)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガスタービン構成部品(8)。
- 個々の前記ダクト軸(50)は、前記高温ガス(39)の流れ方向(52)とともに約50°の傾斜角(β)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン構成部品(8)。
- 空力的に輪郭形成されたブレード翼(16)を備えた、冷却されるタービン動翼(10)として設計されたガスタービン構成部品(8)であって、前記ブレード翼(16)は吸引側壁(22)および圧力側壁(24)を具備し、これらの両方の壁は、前記ブレード翼(16)のプロファイル弦に関して、前記ブレード翼(16)の前縁(18)から前記ブレード翼(16)の後縁へと延びており、径方向に関して、ハブ側端部(17)からブレード翼先端(32)の自由端へと延びており、
前記ブレード翼先端(32)の少なくとも前記圧力側において、摩擦縁(62)が設けられ、

- 前記後縁(20)からの距離が減少するにつれて、前記ダクト軸(50)は前記後縁(20)に対して傾斜角度が増大することを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のタービン動翼(10)。
