PA2200は、選択的レーザー焼結で使用するためのEOS GmbH社製の粉末である。ηrel値は、1.60である。
Duraform EXは、選択的レーザー焼結で使用するための3D−systems社製の粉末であり、ηrel値は、1.85である。
ηrel値1.65を有するポリアミド613は、独国特許出願公開第102004020453号明細書(DE 102004020453)に記載される沈降法によってエタノール中に沈降され、引き続き200μmの保護ふるいに通される。第1表に、該ポリアミドから得られる粉末特性が挙げられている。
ηrel値1.81を有するポリアミド106は、例えば独国特許第2906647号(DE 2906647)に記載される沈降法によってエタノール中に沈降され、引き続き200μmの保護ふるいに通される。第1表に、該ポリアミドから得られる粉末特性が挙げられている。
例1からの粉末10kgを、アルカンで被覆する。そのために、500gのテトラコサンを1500gの1−ブタノール中に溶解させ、それを該粉末とMixacoミキサーCM50 D中で150回転/分で1分間にわたり混合する。次いで、1−ブタノールを乾燥によって取り去り、残った粉末を200μmの保護ふるいに通す。第1表に、該ポリアミドから得られる粉末特性が挙げられている。
例2からの粉末10kgを、アルカン混合物(H&R WAX 58/60 DAB)で被覆する。そのために、100gのアルカン混合物を750gの1−ヘキサノール中に溶解させ、それを該粉末とMixacoミキサーCM50 D中で150回転/分で1分間にわたり混合する。次いで、1−ヘキサノールを乾燥によって取り去り、残った粉末を200μmの保護ふるいに通す。第1表に、該ポリアミドから得られる粉末特性が挙げられている。

例4からのポリアミド106粒を、例えば独国特許第2906647号(DE 2906647)に記載される沈降法によってエタノール中に沈降させ、引き続き、その懸濁液に、粉末材料に対して14部のヘキサトリアコンタン(1−ブタノール中25%の溶液)を添加する。その懸濁液を乾燥させ、引き続き200μmの保護ふるいに通す。第1表に、該ポリアミドから得られる粉末特性が挙げられている。
例1からの粉末10kgを、脂肪アルコールで被覆する。そのために、600gの1−ヘキサデカノールを1500gの1−ブタノール中に溶解させ、それを該粉末とMixacoミキサーCM50 D中で150回転/分で1分間にわたり混合する。次いで、1−ブタノールを乾燥によって取り去り、残った粉末を200μmの保護ふるいに通す。第1表に、該ポリアミドから得られる粉末特性が挙げられている。

Claims (10)
- 粉末床溶融結合法で使用するためのポリマー粉末であって、該ポリマー粉末は、最高で160℃の融点及び少なくとも190℃の沸点を有する疎水性物質であって、かつ、アルカン、飽和モノアルコール、不飽和脂肪酸のみからなるトリグリセリドの少なくとも一種からなる疎水性物質で被覆されており、35mN/m未満の表面エネルギーを有することを特徴とするポリマー粉末。
- 前記表面エネルギーは、32mN/m未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリマー粉末。
- 前記ポリマー粉末のポリマーは、ポリアミドおよびコポリアミドから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー粉末。
- Wadellによる球形度は、少なくとも0.5であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粉末。
- 前記疎水性物質の割合は、ポリマー粉末と疎水性物質とからの全質量に対して0.15質量%〜20質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粉末。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粉末の製造方法であって、ポリマー粉末を、最高で160℃の融点及び少なくとも190℃の沸点を有する疎水性物質であって、かつ、アルカン、飽和モノアルコール、不飽和脂肪酸のみからなるトリグリセリドの少なくとも一種からなる疎水性物質で被覆することを特徴とする製造方法。
- 前記被覆は、最高で100℃の温度で行うことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆は、懸濁液中で行うことを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粉末を使用する粉末床溶融結合法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粉末から成形体を製造する方法であって、粉末床溶融結合法を用いて造形することを特徴とする、成形体の製造方法。
