Description
なお、下記[1]から[16]は、いずれも本発明の一形態又は一態様である。

構造層及び硬化可能な熱硬化性樹脂を含み、外面の1つに繊維強化裏打ち紙を含むシート状複合材料。

前記繊維強化裏打ち紙と前記複合材料の残りの部分との間に第2の裏打ち紙を含む、[1]に記載のシート状複合材料。
[3]
前記第2の裏打ち紙の圧縮率が0.001kg −1 m −2 未満である、[2]に記載のシート状複合材料。

前記構造層が、展延金属箔を含む、[1]から[3]までのいずれか一項に記載のシート状複合材料。

前記構造層が繊維の構造層を含む、[1]から[4]までのいずれか一項に記載のシート状複合材料。

ロールから基材に自動的に供給される[1]から[10]までのいずれか一項に記載のシート状複合材料を、前記裏打ち紙が一番上になるように基材上にレイダウンし、ツールにより該裏打ち紙に圧力をかけることによって該複合材料を該基材に接着させ、その後、該裏打ち紙を取り除き、該複合材料を該裏打ち紙なしで該基材上のその位置に残すプロセス。

裏打ちシートを、ニップローラーを使用して圧縮した後、シリコーンコーティングを外面に適用することによって組み立てた。裏打ちシートの機械的試験を行い、その結果が表1に列挙されている:
Claims (13)
- 熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させることができる固体材料として一方向性の構造繊維を有する構造層及び該構造層に含浸された硬化可能な熱硬化性樹脂を含み、外面の1つに繊維強化裏打ち紙を含むシート状複合材料であって、該裏打ち紙内に織られたものである強化用繊維を有する上記シート状複合材料。
- 前記繊維強化裏打ち紙と前記構造層との間に第2の裏打ち紙を含む、請求項1に記載のシート状複合材料。
- 前記第2の裏打ち紙の圧縮率が0.001kg−1m−2未満である、請求項2に記載のシート状複合材料。
- 前記構造層が、展延金属箔を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載のシート状複合材料。
- 前記構造層中に30〜70wt%の一方向性の構造繊維を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のシート状複合材料。
- 厚さが0.5〜5.0mmである、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載のシート状複合材料。
- 前記シート状複合材料が、直径が20cm未満のロールの形成を可能にするために十分に柔軟である、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載のシート状複合材料。
- ロールから基材に自動的に供給される請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載のシート状複合材料を、前記裏打ち紙が一番上になるように基材上に配置し、ツールにより該裏打ち紙に圧力をかけることによって該複合材料を該基材に接着させ、その後、該裏打ち紙を取り除き、該複合材料を該裏打ち紙なしで該基材上のその位置に残すプロセス。
- 前記複合材料を配置する前に、前記構造層を通して、及び部分的に前記裏打ち紙層内まで切断するステップを含む、請求項8に記載のプロセス。
- 前記切断するステップが、裏打ち紙内の強化用糸まで切断するものではない、請求項9に記載のプロセス。
- 前記複合材料を前記裏打ち紙なしで前記基材上のその位置に残すステップの後に、追加的な複合材料を続けて置いて複合材料のスタックを生成するステップを更に有する、請求項8から10までのいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記複合材料を前記裏打ち紙なしで前記基材上のその位置に残すステップの後に、高温、及び場合によって高圧にさらすことによって硬化させて、硬化した複合材料を生じさせるステップを更に有する、請求項8から11までのいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項12に記載のプロセスを有する、硬化した複合材料の製造方法。
