Description
a)外側の外装層、及び
b)相互に強固に結合された層I及びIIを有する内側の内張り
を有する管であって、
前記層Iが、ポリオレフィン成形材料、及びフルオロポリマー成形材料から選択された熱可塑性成形材料製の層であり、かつ
前記層IIが、ポリアミド成形材料製の層であり、
前記ポリアミド成形材料も、前記層Iの成形材料も、成形材料中に分散して分布している、他のポリマーから成るブレンド成分を実質的に含有しない。これはつまり、2質量%未満、好適には1.5質量%未満、特に好ましくは1質量%未満、特に好適には0.5質量%未満しか、極めて特に好適には全く、このようなブレンド成分がポリアミド成形材料中に含まれていないということである。
変性無しのPA12:押し出し型のPA12、DIN EN ISO 307に従ってm−クレゾール中で測定して相対粘度ηrelが2.21、アミノ末端基が55ミリ当量/kg、カルボキシル末端基が10ミリ当量/kgのもの。この成形材料はさらに、標準的な安定剤を含有する。
・第一の飽和期間24時間、圧力450bar
・サイクル期間:少なくとも24時間
・減圧速度は約120〜140bar/分
・温度は90℃
・2つのサイクルの間のインターバルは1時間
・ガス:CO2(超臨界、水で飽和)
この結果が、表1にまとめられている。
1.以下の層a)及びb):
a)外側の外装層、及び
b)相互に強固に結合された層I及びIIを有する内側の内張り
を有する管であって、
前記層Iが、ポリオレフィン成形材料、及びフルオロポリマー成形材料から選択された熱可塑性成形材料製の層であり、かつ
前記層IIが、ポリアミド成形材料製の層である、
前記管において、
前記ポリアミド成形材料も、前記層Iの成形材料も、成形材料中に分散して分布している、他のポリマーから成るブレンド成分を実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする、前記管。
2.前記b)Iの層と、前記b)IIの層が、直接相互に接着していることを特徴とする、前記1に記載の管。
3.前記b)Iの層と、前記b)IIの層が、接着促進剤を介して相互に結合されていることを特徴とする、前記1に記載の管。
4.前記b)Iの層と、前記b)IIの層との接着性が、DIN53357により測定して少なくとも1.0N/mmであることを特徴とする、前記2又は3に記載の管。
5.前記外側の外装層が、金属管であることを特徴とする、前記1から4までのいずれかに記載の管。
6.前記内張りが、金属管と接着していることを特徴とする、前記5に記載の管。
7.前記管が、非結合型可撓性パイプであり、かつ前記外側の外装層が、らせん状に配置されたワイヤ、鋼製異形材、又は鋼製テープから成ることを特徴とする、前記1から4までのいずれかに記載の管。
8.外側の外装層を少なくとも2つ有し、そのうち少なくとも1つが内圧に耐えられるように構成されており、かつ少なくとも1つが引張力に耐えられるように構成されていることを特徴とする、前記7に記載の管。
9.さらに、熱可塑性成形材料又はエラストマー製の管又はチューブの形で、外部カバーを有することを特徴とする、前記7又は8に記載の管。
10.前記外側の外装層が、ポリマーマトリックスに埋め込まれた繊維及び/又はワイヤから成り、ここで前記管は、このような外装層を複数有することができることを特徴とする、前記1から4までのいずれかに記載の管。
11.内部内張りの外部表面が、外装の内部表面と溶接又は接着されていることを特徴とする、前記10に記載の管。
12.内部内張りが、内側のフルオロポリマー層と、外側のポリアミド層とを有し、ここでフルオロポリマー層の成形材料の接着性が変性されているか、又はフルオロポリマー層とポリアミド層が、接着改善層によって相互に結合されていることを特徴とする、前記1から11までのいずれかに記載の管。
13.内部内張りが、内側のポリオレフィン層と外側のポリアミド層とを有し、ここでポリオレフィン層の成形材料の接着性が変性されているか、又はポリオレフィン層とポリアミド層が、接着改善層によって相互に結合されていることを特徴とする、前記1から11までのいずれかに記載の管。
14.内部内張りが、内側のポリアミド層と外側のポリオレフィン層とを有し、ここでポリオレフィン層の成形材料の接着性が変性されているか、又はポリオレフィン層とポリアミド層が、接着改善層によって相互に結合されていることを特徴とする、前記1から11までのいずれかに記載の管。
15.ポリアミド成形材料のポリアミドが、少なくとも15ミリ当量/kgのアミノ基を有することを特徴とする、前記1から14までのいずれかに記載の管。
16.前記1から15までのいずれかに記載の管を有する、配管。
17.原油若しくは天然ガスのための採掘用導管、集積用導管、又は輸送用導管である、前記16に記載の配管。
18.超臨界CO2のための導管である、前記16に記載の配管。
Claims (13)
- 以下の層a)及びb):
a)外側の外装層、及び
b)相互に強固に結合された層I及びIIからなる内側の内張り
を有する管であって、
前記層Iが、官能化されていないフルオロポリマー成形材料から選択された熱可塑性成形材料製の層であり、かつ
前記層IIが、ポリアミド成形材料製の層であり、
前記b)Iの層と、前記b)IIの層が、直接相互に接着しているか、又は前記b)Iの層と、前記b)IIの層が、接着促進剤を介して相互に結合されており、かつ前記b)Iの層と、前記b)IIの層との接着性が、DIN53357により測定して少なくとも1.0N/mmである管において、前記ポリアミド成形材料も、前記層Iの成形材料も、成形材料中に溶解しないで分散して分布している、他のポリマーから成るブレンド成分を実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする前記管。 - 前記外側の外装層が、金属管であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の管。
- 前記内張りが、金属管と接着していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の管。
- 前記管が、非結合型可撓性パイプであり、かつ前記外側の外装層が、らせん状に配置された鋼製ワイヤ、鋼製異形材、又は鋼製テープから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の管。
- 外側の外装層を少なくとも2つ有し、そのうち少なくとも1つが内圧に耐えられるように構成されており、かつ少なくとも1つが引張力に耐えられるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の管。
- さらに、熱可塑性成形材料又はエラストマー製の管又はチューブの形で、外部カバーを有することを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の管。
- 前記外側の外装層が、ポリマーマトリックスに埋め込まれた繊維及び/又はワイヤから成り、ここで前記管は、このような外装層を複数有することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の管。
- 内側の内張りの外部表面が、外装の内部表面と溶接又は接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の管。
- 内側の内張りが、内側のフルオロポリマー層と、外側のポリアミド層とを有し、ここでフルオロポリマー層の成形材料の接着性が変性されているか、又はフルオロポリマー層とポリアミド層が、接着促進剤を介して相互に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の管。
- ポリアミド成形材料のポリアミドが、少なくとも15ミリ当量/kgのアミノ基を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の管。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の管を有する、配管。
- 原油若しくは天然ガスのための採掘用導管、集積用導管、又は輸送用導管である、請求項11に記載の配管。
- 超臨界CO2のための導管である、請求項11に記載の配管。
