- ガスタービンシステム(10)であって、前記ガスタービンシステム(10)は、
圧縮機セクション(16)と、
前記圧縮機セクション(16)に流体連通連結される燃焼システム(18)と、
前記燃焼システム(18)に流体連通連結されるタービンセクション(20)と、を備え、前記タービンセクション(20)は、
タービン部品の翼部(39)であって、前記ガスタービンシステム(10)の高温流路に曝されるように位置づけられた面と、前記面に隣接する冷却対象領域(40)を含む翼部(39)と、
前記冷却対象領域(40)内に形成される凹部であって、前記凹部が内側面(53)を含む、前記凹部と、
前記内側面(53)から突出する少なくとも1つの支持突起(48)であって、前記少なくとも1つの支持突起(48)が自由端(49)を含む、前記少なくとも1つの支持突起(48)と、
前記冷却対象領域(40)に接続され、かつ前記タービン部品の本体(39)を構成する蓋体(54)であって、前記蓋体(54)が、前記翼部(39)の圧力側(42)と負圧側(44)の一方のみに形成され、前記蓋体(54)の内側面(57)が、前記少なくとも1つの支持突起(48)の前記自由端(49)に接続されて、前記タービンセクション(20)の半径方向に延びる少なくとも1つの冷却流路(70)が前記冷却対象領域(40)内に形成される、前記蓋体(54)と、を含む、ガスタービンシステム(10)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの冷却流路(70)に接続される冷却流体供給源を備える、請求項1に記載のガスタービンシステム(10)。
- 前記凹部が、
後縁領域(40)の先端(62)から延在する前記内側面(53)であって、前記内側面(53)が、前記後縁先端(62)から或る距離だけ離間する位置まで延在する、前記内側面(53)と、
前記後縁先端(62)から或る距離だけ離間する前記位置に形成される肩部(58)と、
を含む、請求項1または2に記載のシステムガスタービンシステム(10)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの支持突起(48)は、前記内側面(53)から、前記内側面(53)に略直交する方向に延在する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のガスタービンシステム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの支持突起(48)は、前記内側面(53)から突出する複数の支持突起(50)を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のガスタービンシステム(10)。
- 前記蓋体(54)は、前記少なくとも1つの支持突起(48)の前記自由端(49)に接続されるロウ材層(54)を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のガスタービンシステム(10)。
- 前記被膜は、前記ロウ材層(54)に接続される、請求項6に記載のガスタービンシステム(10)。
- 前記ロウ材層(54)に接続される接着性被膜と、前記接着性被膜に接続される耐熱性被膜とを備える、請求項6に記載のガスタービンシステム(10)。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のガスタービンシステム(10)を設ける方法であって、
前記タービン部品の前記本体を形成するステップと、
前記本体の後縁領域に含まれる犠牲領域(46)を除去することにより、前記凹部及び、前記内側面(53)から突出する前記少なくとも1つの支持突起(48)を形成するステップと、
前記蓋体(54)を前記少なくとも1つの支持突起(48)に対して位置合わせするステップと、
前記蓋体(54)を前記少なくとも1つの支持突起(48)に接着するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記タービン部品の前記本体を鋳造成形するステップと、
前記蓋体(54)を前記少なくとも1つの支持突起(48)に対して位置合わせするステップと、
位置合わせされた前記蓋体(54)を加熱して、前記少なくとも1つの支持突起(48)に接着するステップと、
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
