Description
2つのスクロールを有し、両スクロールは協働して、相対軌道周回時に、ガスをスクロールポンピング機構のスクロール入口からスクロール出口へとポンピングチャネルに沿ってポンピングし、
ポンピングチャネルの第1位置の入口とポンピングチャネルの第2位置の出口とを備えたガス導管を有し、該ガス導管は、ポンピングチャネルの第1位置での大気圧より高いガスの過圧縮を、ポンピングチャネルの第2位置に放出でき、
ガス導管内に配置された一方向弁装置を更に有し、該一方向弁は、ラフィング中にスクロール入口が大気圧またはほぼ大気圧にあるときに、ポンピングチャネルの第1位置と第2位置との間に所定の圧力差が生じた場合にのみ、ガスを、導管入口から導管出口へと導管を通して流すことができることを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- スクロールポンピング機構を有する真空ポンプにおいて、
2つのスクロールを有し、両スクロールは協働して、相対軌道周回時に、ガスをスクロールポンピング機構のスクロール入口からスクロール出口へとポンピングチャネルに沿ってポンピングし、
ポンピングチャネルの第1位置の入口とポンピングチャネルの第2位置の出口とを備えたガス導管を有し、該ガス導管は、ポンピングチャネルの第1位置での大気圧より高いガスの過圧縮を、ポンピングチャネルの第2位置に放出でき、
ガス導管内に配置された一方向弁装置を更に有し、該一方向弁は、ラフィング中にスクロール入口が大気圧またはほぼ大気圧にあるときに、ポンピングチャネルの第1位置と第2位置との間に所定の圧力差が生じた場合にのみ、ガスを、導管入口から導管出口へと導管を通して流すことができ、
前記スクロールポンピング機構は、スクロール入口に隣接する第1セクションおよびスクロール出口に隣接する第2セクションを有し、第1セクションのポンピング容積は第2セクションのポンピング容積より大きく、ポンピングチャネルの第1位置は、第1セクションと第2セクションとの間の遷移部の下流側にあり、
前記第1セクションは第2セクションより深いポンピングチャネルを有しており、又は
前記第1セクションは、スクロール入口から平行に延びている複数のポンピングチャネルを有し、該ポンピングチャネルは、第1セクションと第2セクションとの間の遷移部で収斂して、該遷移部からスクロール出口まで延びている単一のポンピングチャネルを形成していることを特徴とする真空ポンプ。 - ラフィング中にスクロール入口が大気圧またはほぼ大気圧にあり、かつ、前記ポンピングチャンネルの第1位置と第2位置の圧力差が所定の圧力差よりも小さいときのポンプの第1状態では弁装置が閉じられ、ラフィング中にポンピングチャネルの第1位置と第2位置との間に前記所定の圧力差が発生されるときの第2状態では弁装置が開かれ、スクロール入口の圧力が大気圧より低下されかつポンピングチャネルの第1位置と第2位置との間の圧力差が前記所定の圧力差より小さいときの第3状態では弁装置が閉じられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記一方向弁装置はガス導管内に配置された2つの一方向弁を有し、該一方向弁は、閉じたときにはガスが導管入口から導管出口へと導管を通って流れることを妨げ、開いたときにはガスが導管を通って流れることを許容することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記弁装置は、導管出口の圧力が導管入口の圧力より少なくとも10の二乗倍大きくなると、ガスが導管出口から導管入口へと流れることを防止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記ポンピングチャネルの第1位置は、遷移部の下流側のポンピング機構の1ラップ以内にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の真空ポンプ。
- ポンピングチャネルの第2位置はスクロール出口にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の真空ポンプ。
- ポンピングチャネルの第2位置はスクロール入口にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の真空ポンプ。
- ポンピングチャネルの第2位置もスクロール入口とスクロール出口との間にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の真空ポンプ。
- 第1位置と異なる第1導管入口と、第2位置と異なる第2導管出口とを連結するさらなるガス導管を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記各ガス導管が1つ以上の一方向弁を有していることを特徴とする請求項9記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記2つのスクロールが固定スクロールおよび軌道周回スクロールからなり、固定スクロールには各ガス導管が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の真空ポンプ。
- ラフィング中、スクロール入口は10000パスカル(100ミリバール)と大気圧との間の圧力にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の真空ポンプ。
