Claims (4)
- オゾン発生器と、発生したオゾン含有空気を冷却する冷却器と発生したオゾン含有空気を加熱する加熱器と、これらを個別に排出する冷却オゾン排気口と加熱オゾン排気口とを備え、最終的に冷却したオゾン含有空気を床面近傍に、加熱したオゾン含有空気を天井面近傍に供給して天井部と床部の停留空気層を置換させるための構造をもち、加熱温度は天井周囲の空気層温度より高く、冷却温度は床周囲の空気層温度より低いことを特徴としたオゾン発生装置。
- 請求項1に於いて、冷却装置にペルチェ素子の冷却側、加熱装置にペルチェ素子の加熱側を使用したことを特徴とするオゾン発生装置。
- 請求項1に於いて、加熱、または冷却したオゾン含有空気が天井面側あるいは床面側に到達する前に拡散せずに有効な高密度オゾン空気層を構成するための上下方向の拡散防止エアダクトを設けたことを特徴とするオゾン発生装置。
- 請求項1に於いて、動作前に部屋内部の対流がなく、空気層の分離が安定されてなされていることを確認する機能と、定期的に且つ、高濃度での動作を行う場合は特に日の出前の早朝時間帯に集中的にオゾン含有空気を発生する機能とを有することを特徴とするオゾン発生装置。
