Description
The present invention relates to an absorbent article.
A sanitary napkin is known as an absorbent article that absorbs excreted fluid such as menstrual blood. The napkin has a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction orthogonal to each other. The napkin has an absorbent body mainly composed of liquid absorbent fibers between a liquid-permeable top sheet and a liquid-impermeable back sheet. As an example of such a sanitary napkin,

At least the following matters will become apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
An absorbent article having a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction orthogonal to each other, a liquid-absorbing absorbent, a top sheet that covers the absorbent from the skin side in the thickness direction, and the thickness A back sheet that covers the absorbent body from the non-skin side of the direction, and the absorbent body has a folding guide line along the longitudinal direction for guiding it to protrude and bend toward the skin side in the thickness direction. And bending induction regions each having a width equal to or less than the thickness of the absorber are formed on both sides of the folding guide line in the width direction, and the absorber and the top sheet are linearly compressed along the longitudinal direction. The back sheet has a pressure-sensitive adhesive portion that is a region where an adhesive is applied to the non-skin side in the thickness direction, and at least in the central portion in the longitudinal direction, the bending induction region and The linear pressing part is Absorbent article serial not formed in a region overlapping the adhesive portion, characterized in that.
According to such an absorbent article, the rigidity of the part bonded to the undergarment via the adhesive portion in the absorbent body is increased, and the planar shape is easily maintained. And it can suppress that the starting point of bending will be made in the said plane part by making a linear pressing part not overlap with the part (namely, plane part) which has the planar shape adhere | attached by the adhesion part. Moreover, it becomes difficult to inhibit the deformation | transformation of the absorber along a folding induction line by making the said plane part not overlap with a bending induction area | region. By these, at the time of wear of an absorbent article, it can suppress that the planar shape of the bending part of an absorber collapse | crumbles, and can implement | achieve favorable fitting property.
This absorbent article has a wing portion that extends from the back sheet to the outside in the width direction and is fixed to underwear, and the adhesive is provided on the non-skin side of the wing portion in the thickness direction. It is desirable that a wing adhesive portion which is a region where the wing adhesive portion is applied is formed, and the central portion in the longitudinal direction is a region where the wing adhesive portion is formed in the longitudinal direction.
In such an absorbent article, it is preferable that the absorbent body is bent to protrude toward the skin side in the thickness direction along the folding guide line.
According to such an absorbent article, creases along the folding guide line can be attached to the absorbent body. When the absorbent article is worn, the absorbent body protrudes in the thickness direction (skin side) and easily bends by the crease, so that it is easy to give a good fit to the user.
According to such an absorbent article, in the region where the wing adhesive portion is formed, that is, in the region where the wing adhesive portion is in contact with the user's vaginal opening, the absorbent body is bent along the folding guide line to the skin side. It becomes easy to maintain. Thereby, a good fit can be given to the user near the vaginal opening.
In such an absorbent article, the adhesive is applied between the pair of wing adhesive portions provided at both ends in the width direction on the non-skin side of the back sheet in the thickness direction. A main body adhesive portion that is a region is formed, and when the wing portion is folded back to the center side in the width direction, at least a part of the wing adhesive portion overlaps the main body adhesive portion. Is desirable.
According to such an absorbent article, the rigidity of the overlapping region can be further increased by sandwiching and fixing the underwear in the thickness direction in the region where the wing adhesive portion and the main body adhesive portion overlap. Thereby, the planar shape of the overlapping region is easily maintained, and the bent shape of the absorber is less likely to collapse.
In such an absorbent article, when the wing portion is folded back toward the center side in the width direction along the edge in the width direction of the absorbent body, the wing adhesive portion and the bending induction region overlap. It is desirable not to.
According to such an absorbent article, the bending induction region and the wing portion are not bonded via the wing adhesive portion, and the bending induction region is prevented from increasing in rigidity. Thereby, at the time of wear of an absorptive article, it becomes difficult to inhibit that an absorber bends and changes along a fold guide line.
It is this absorbent article, Comprising: The said linear pressing part has the location divided | segmented in the outer side rather than the center part of the said longitudinal direction, The location where the said linear pressing part was divided, and the said main body adhesion part are It is desirable that they overlap.
According to such an absorbent article, it becomes easy to change the force which acts on an absorber with the center part of a longitudinal direction, and the front-back (outside) part of a longitudinal direction by parting the said linear pressing part. Moreover, a part of the force propagating in the longitudinal direction along the linear compressed part is transmitted beyond the divided part by joining the part where the linear compressed part is divided to the underwear via the adhesive part. Therefore, it becomes easy for the absorber to follow the movement of the underwear that is linked to the movement of the user's body. Thereby, it is suppressed that the bending shape currently formed in the absorber collapses.
In such an absorbent article, the absorbent body and the top sheet are joined by a plurality of point-like compressed parts, and are arranged on the innermost side in the width direction among the plurality of point-like compressed parts. As for the position of the dotted compression part, it is desirable that it is the inside of the width direction rather than the position of the inner side edge part of the width direction of the main part adhesion part.
According to such an absorbent article, since the area | region in which the dotted | punctate pressing part is formed is wider than the area | region where the absorber is being fixed to the underwear by the adhesion part in the width direction, the said dotted | punctate pressing part is formed. The planar shape of the region is easily maintained, and the bent shape of the absorber becomes more difficult to collapse. In addition, when the main body adhesive portion is formed in the vicinity of the center portion in the width direction, there is a risk of contact with the protruding portion generated on the back side when the absorbent body is bent. Since there is no restriction, it can be arranged closer to the central portion in the width direction than the main body adhesive portion.
In such an absorbent article, a plurality of the columnar compressed portions are arranged along the longitudinal direction, so that a plurality of rows are formed, and the plurality of the rows are arranged at the innermost side in the width direction. It is desirable that the position of the row being arranged is on the inner side in the width direction than the position of the inner end portion in the width direction of the main body adhesive portion.
According to such an absorbent article, it is possible to further increase the rigidity of the absorbent body by forming the point-like compressed portion in a region as wide as possible in the width direction. In that case, by arrange | positioning a dotted | punctate pressing part in a row | line | column, it becomes easy to maintain the area | region in which the row | line | column of the said dotted | punctate pressing part was formed in planar shape, and the bending shape of an absorber becomes more difficult to collapse.
In such an absorbent article, it is desirable that the plurality of point-like compressed parts are arranged at equal intervals.
According to such an absorbent article, the bonding strength between the absorbent body and the top sheet tends to be uniform, and the rigidity of the absorbent body tends to be constant. Thereby, it becomes easy to crease the absorbent body, and it becomes easy to form a favorable bent shape along the folding guide line.
In such an absorbent article, it is desirable that the mass per unit area of the absorbent body is uniform.
According to such an absorbent article, since the basis weight of the absorbent body is made uniform, when the absorbent article is mounted, the surface of the absorbent body is less likely to be distorted when the underwear is pulled up. It becomes easy to form a favorable bent shape along the line.
In such an absorbent article, it is desirable that the absorber has a thickness of 3 mm or less.
According to such an absorbent article, since the absorber is formed thin, it can be easily folded along the folding guide line. Moreover, since it is thin, the force which returns from a bent state to a planar state is small, and the shape of the bent part is easily maintained.

As shown in FIG. 4, a
The
As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of squeezed portions E, E... Are formed on the skin side surface of the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 2, an adhesive part 40 is formed on the non-skin side surface of the
<When using the
Then, the aspect at the time of use of the
When the user wears the
However, since various forces act during the operation | movement which wears the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, by adjusting the arrangement of the adhesive portion 40 that fixes the
FIG. 6A is a schematic cross-sectional view illustrating a state when the
As described above, the
When the
In this embodiment, the adhesion part 40 is arrange | positioned so that it may not overlap with this bending guidance area | region 15GA. Furthermore, the adhesion part 40 is arrange | positioned so that it may not overlap with the linear pressing part EL20 which becomes a starting point of bending. Thereby, when the
As shown by the shaded display portion in FIG. 7, the main body
As described above, the main body
On the other hand, when the linear pressing part which is continuous in such a plane area with high rigidity is formed, the linear pressing part acts like a joint, and the
In addition, since the rigidity of the region where the main body
In particular, at the position fixed to the undergarment by the wing
As described with reference to FIG. 6A, when the
Moreover, when the
The linear compression part EL20 is formed by pressing the
When the
On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the adhesion part 40 and the linear pressing part EL20 do not overlap, the space Hbs in FIG. 8A is not formed. Therefore, it is suppressed that a part of the adhesive HMA that forms the adhesive portion 40 (a portion corresponding to 40hb in FIG. 8B) remains on the underwear side.
By the way, when the
FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between the bending induction region 15GA, the linear pressing portion EL20, and the wing
However, if the wing
FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between the bending induction region 15GA, the linear pressing portion EL20, and the wing
Moreover, in area | regions other than the center part of the longitudinal direction of the
The region R1 in FIG. 7 is located in front of the central portion in the longitudinal direction, and the linear compressed portion EL20 is divided in the region. Similarly, area | region R2 and area | region R3 are located in the back side rather than the center part of a longitudinal direction, and the linear pressing part EL20 is parted in the said area | region. The linear pressing part EL20 is divided on the outer side (R1 to R3) from the central part in the longitudinal direction, and the force acting on the
On the other hand, when the linear compression part EL20 is completely divided, the movement of the
Moreover, in this embodiment, a part of dotted | punctate pressing part ED20 is arrange | positioned overlapping with the adhesion part 40 (main
In addition, the position of the dotted | punctate pressing part ED20 which belongs to the row | line | column L201 arrange | positioned among the several dotted | punctate pressing parts ED20 in the innermost side of the width direction is inner side than the position of the width direction inner side edge part of the main
Further, in the present embodiment, the structure of the
And as above-mentioned, the
