・裏面シート：ポリエチレン製の坪量３０ｇ／ｍ2のフィルム。
・吸収体：フラッフパルプの積繊体（坪量２８０ｇ／ｍ2）を、坪量１６ｇ／ｍ2のティッシュペーパーで包んだもの。
・防漏壁を形成する伸縮シート：ポリエチレン・ポリプロピレン複合繊維製の坪量２０ｇ／ｍ2のスパンボンド不織布に、複数本の糸状の弾性部材を配置し、伸縮性を付与した複合シート。
・前方中高部及び後方中高部：フラッフパルプの積繊体（坪量５００ｇ／ｍ2）。 [Example 1]

実施例１〜４及び比較例１〜７の生理用ナプキンのサンプルそれぞれに、前方中高部４１の幅方向中央であって、中間溝６２寄りの端部から５ｍｍ離れた位置上の表面シートに印１を付け、更に、後方中高部４２の幅方向中央であって、中間溝６２寄りの端部から５ｍｍ離れた位置上の表面シートに印２を付ける。次に、実施例１〜４及び比較例１〜７の生理用ナプキンのサンプルそれぞれを、図４に示すように、装着者の足の動き等による左右からの応力（矢印（１））が、生理用ナプキン１の排泄部領域ａに生じた場合を想定して、矢印（１）の方向に応力を作用させるように掴み、股間幅３５ｍｍまで圧縮させる。その際の前記印１及び前記印２の間の間隔を測定し、間隔が１０ｍｍ以下であれば、装着時に前方中高部４１と後方中高部４２との間に隙間を生じず、経血等の体液の漏れ防止性を高めることができるものとして評価した。これらの結果を下記表１、表２及び表３に示す。 [Evaluation of sanitary napkins]
