Description

The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins and incontinence pads.

In order to prevent leakage of bodily fluids such as menstrual blood by being brought into close contact with the groove of the buttocks, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses an absorbent article in which a middle-high cushion layer (middle-high part) long in the longitudinal direction is interposed on the absorbent body Is disclosed.
However, when a force that deforms the middle / high part is generated in the front part or the rear part of the absorbent article due to the movement of the wearer's body, the deforming force is transmitted to the rear part or the front part, and the entire absorbent article is deformed. , Was producing a twist.

In order to prevent the deforming force from being transmitted to the other even if a force that deforms the middle / high part occurs in either the front part or the rear part of the absorbent article, The front part is composed of a front middle high part and a rear middle high part separately provided in the front part and the rear part of the absorbent article, and the front part or the rear part is deformed between the front middle high part and the rear middle high part. There is disclosed an absorbent article provided with a bending start point that does not affect the other.
However, if a bending start point is provided between the front middle high part and the rear middle high part, the bending start point becomes a gap, and the middle high part cannot be closely attached to the groove of the buttocks in the gap part, and body fluid such as menstrual blood It becomes difficult to prevent leakage.

特開2003−24372号公報JP 2003-24372 A 特開2006−239162号公報JP 2006-239162 A

Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide a groove in the heel part without creating a gap between the front middle high part and the rear middle high part, even when having a middle high part made up of the front middle high part and the rear middle high part. It is to provide an absorbent article having a high fit by preventing leakage of bodily fluids such as menstrual blood by closely adhering

The present invention is an absorbent article comprising a top sheet that forms a skin contact surface, a back sheet that forms a non-skin contact surface, and an absorbent body interposed between both sheets, wherein the absorbent body is the absorbent. The front and rear portions of the article have a front middle high portion and a rear middle high portion that are narrower than the absorbent body and protrude in a convex manner on the skin contact surface side. Is formed in the excretion part region that is in contact with the body fluid excretion part of the wearer, and a pair of front grooves provided symmetrically with respect to the center line extending in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article are Formed along the side and convex outward in the width direction of the absorbent article, and extends in the width direction of the absorbent article between the front middle high part and the rear middle high part, and Provided is an absorbent article in which an intermediate groove formed in a convex shape toward the rear middle-high part is formed It is obtained by achieving the above object by the.

According to the absorbent article of the present invention, even if a force for deforming the middle / high part is generated in one of the front part or the rear part of the absorbent article, the deforming force is not transmitted to the other, and the front / middle / high part is not worn. In order not to create a gap between the upper part and the rear middle-high part, it is possible to improve the adhesion of the buttocks to the groove, enhance the leakage prevention of body fluid such as menstrual blood, and improve the fit.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a sanitary napkin that is an absorbent article of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 1, the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment is formed symmetrically with respect to a center line CL extending in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1.
Therefore, in the following, mainly the configuration on the right side of the sanitary napkin 1 will be described in detail, the description on the left configuration will be omitted as appropriate, and the left component corresponding to the right component will be denoted by a dash (' ) Is attached.

The absorbent article (sanitary napkin) 1 according to the present embodiment includes a top sheet 2 that forms a skin contact surface, a back sheet 3 that forms a non-skin contact surface, and both sheets, as shown in FIGS. It is substantially vertically long and has an absorber 4 interposed between two and three.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the absorbent body 4 is narrower than the absorbent body 4 and protrudes toward the skin contact surface side on the skin contact surface side of the front part b and the rear part c of the sanitary napkin 1. The front middle-high part 41 and the rear middle-high part 42 which protrude in the shape are formed in the excretion part area | region a contact | abutted to a wearer's bodily fluid excretion part.

Since the sanitary napkin 1 is mainly used as a sanitary napkin for night use, as shown in FIG. Rear flaps 32, 32 are formed. The rear flap 32 is placed between the shorts and the wearer's buttocks while being unfolded, and is disposed so as to cover a part or the whole of the buttocks so that the liquid leaked to the back side through the wearer's skin. Effectively prevent transmission to underwear. The rear flap 32 is formed by extending one of the back sheet 3 and the top sheet 2 outward in the width direction of the back part c (direction perpendicular to the direction in which the CL line extends), or The sheet 2 is formed so as to extend together, or a thin absorbent sheet is disposed between the sheets 2 and 3. The rear flap 32 may be formed in an arc shape on the further rear side of the rear portion c only in the middle of the rear portion c. The shape of the rear flap 32 includes an arc shape, a rectangular shape, a trapezoidal shape, and the like. The rear flap 32 preferably has a thickness of 0.2 to 2.0 mm, a width of 120 to 200 mm, and a length of 120 to 230 mm.

On each non-skin contact surface of each of the pair of rear flaps 32, there is one fixing portion 8 for fixing the underwear with the flaps spread. As shown in FIG. 5, the fixing portion 8 is disposed on a virtual straight line IL that is in contact with the rearmost tip portion 63 c of the rear inner groove 63 and is perpendicular to the center line CL extending in the longitudinal direction. As the fixing portion 8, a hot melt adhesive, a mechanical bonding material, and other known bonding agents for articles can be used. Examples of the shape of the fixing portion 8 include a vertically long rectangular shape, a quadrangular shape, a circular shape, and an oval shape, and a vertically long rectangular shape is preferable from the viewpoint of fixing property. As shown in FIG. 5, the fixing portions 8 are arranged one by one on the left and right sides of the sanitary napkin 1, but this one fixing portion 8 refers to a degree that is visually recognized as one, for convenience. There may be dots or linear hollows in the fixed portion 8. If two or more fixing parts 8 are formed on one of the left and right sides of the sanitary napkin 1, the bonding positions of the fixing parts 8 are not easily bonded to the underwear at the time of wearing, and the wrinkles and displacement between the fixing parts 8 are likely to occur. Until then, the wearer needs to re-fix it many times, which is not preferable. Such inconvenience does not occur by using one fixing portion 8 on either the left or right side of the sanitary napkin 1. As shown in FIG. 5, the interval l between the imaginary straight line IL and the front end 8b near the front portion b in the longitudinal direction (CL direction) of the fixed portion 8 depends on the rear flap portion 32 caused by the movement during mounting. The range of 0 to 15 mm is preferable from the viewpoint of being less susceptible to dripping and capable of stably maintaining the expanded state of the rear flap 32.

The sanitary napkin 1 has a pair of front grooves 61 and 61 ′ which are provided symmetrically with respect to a center line (CL line) extending in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1, and the side portions 41 a and 41 a ′ of the front middle and high portion 41. And is formed in a convex shape in the width direction of the sanitary napkin 1 (direction perpendicular to the direction in which the CL line extends).
The sanitary napkin 1 extends in the width direction of the sanitary napkin 1 (direction perpendicular to the direction in which the CL line extends) between the front middle high portion 41 and the rear middle high portion 42 and protrudes toward the rear middle high portion 42. An intermediate groove 62 formed in a shape is formed.

Here, the “excretion area a” means an area in contact with the body fluid excretion part of the wearer. Like the sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment, the excretion part area | region a in the absorbent article which has wing parts 31 and 31 'normally has the wing parts 31 and 31 in the longitudinal direction of an absorbent article (sanitary napkin 1). It is an area with '. The excretion part area | region a in the absorbent article which does not have the wing parts 31 and 31 'is physiological about the two fold lines orthogonal to the product longitudinal direction (CL direction) produced when the sanitary napkin is folded into the individual packaging form. A region that is the same as or narrower than the region surrounded by the first fold line and the second fold line, counted from the front end in the longitudinal direction of the napkin for use. Further, when the product length of the sanitary napkin is long and three fold lines are generated, the area surrounded by the first fold line and the second fold line or the front end in the longitudinal direction of the product is counted from the front end in the longitudinal direction of the product. A region surrounded by the first fold line and the third fold line or a narrow region is counted.

Moreover, in the absorbent article which has wing parts 31 and 31 'like the sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment, the "front part b" is the longitudinal direction (CL direction: CL of wing parts 31 and 31'). The area in the longitudinal direction (CL direction) of the sanitary napkin 1 with respect to the vicinity of the rear end of the line extending direction), and the “rear part c” means the longitudinal direction of the wing parts 31, 31 ′ (CL direction: It refers to the area behind the longitudinal direction (CL direction) of the sanitary napkin 1 from the vicinity of the rear end of the CL line extending direction. In the absorbent article which does not have the wing parts 31 and 31 ', the "front part b" is a fold line perpendicular to the product longitudinal direction (CL direction) generated when the sanitary napkin 1 is folded into an individual form. The area in front of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction (CL direction) relative to the second fold line, counting from the front end in the longitudinal direction (CL direction) of the sanitary napkin 1, “c” means a region behind the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction (CL direction) from the vicinity of the second folding line.

The sanitary napkin 1 according to this embodiment will be described in detail. The sanitary napkin 1 according to this embodiment includes a liquid-permeable surface sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable or water-repellent material as shown in FIGS. The back sheet 3 and the absorber 4 are provided. Each of the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 has a larger outer diameter than the absorber 4. The top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 are extended from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 4 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1, and the extended portions are joined to each other by heat sealing or the like. Are folded so as to wrap the absorbent body 4 at both side portions in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 4 and joined to the back sheet 3 by heat sealing or the like to form the absorbent main body 5. The sanitary napkin 1 has leak-proof walls 7 on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 5. The leak-proof wall 7 of the present embodiment is a so-called T-shaped leak-proof wall, but may be a loop-shaped leak-proof wall. The sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment has a pair of wing portions 31 at a position closer to the front than the central portion in the longitudinal direction. The wing part 31 is formed by extending the back sheet 3, and an adhesive part (not shown) for fixing the wing part 31 to the non-skin facing surface of the crotch part of the shorts is formed on the back surface. Is formed. These configurations are the same as the conventional products.

Next, the absorbent body 4 of the sanitary napkin 1 according to this embodiment will be described.
In the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the width of the sanitary napkin 1 is narrower than the absorbent body 4 on the skin contact surface side of the absorbent body 4 at the front part b and the rear part c. And it has the front middle high part 41 and the back middle high part 42 which protrude in the convex shape at the skin contact surface side. Specifically, the absorbent body 4 has a front middle-high part 41 and a rear middle-high part 42 provided separately on the front part b and the rear part c of the sanitary napkin 1 on the upper surface thereof. The front middle / high part 41 and the rear middle / high part 42 have a convex shape above the absorber 4.

The front middle-high part 41 is narrower than the absorbent body 4, and as shown in FIG. 1, is an excretion part region a that is in contact with the body fluid excretion part of the wearer. (The direction perpendicular to the CL direction). The shape of the front middle high portion 41 is a curved shape in which both side portions 41a in the longitudinal direction are convex in the width direction (direction perpendicular to the CL direction) of the sanitary napkin 1 in plan view. Similarly, both end portions 41b1 and 41b2 in the longitudinal direction of the front middle and high portion 41 have a curved shape that is convex in the longitudinal direction (CL direction) of the sanitary napkin 1. As shown in FIG. 1, the front middle / high portion 41 is surrounded by a pair of front grooves 61 and an intermediate groove 62 described later.

The rear middle-high part 42 is narrower than the absorbent body 4 and, as shown in FIG. 1, is the rear part c of the sanitary napkin 1, and the width direction of the absorbent body 4 (direction perpendicular to the CL direction). It is formed in the approximate center. The shape of the rear middle high portion 42 of the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment is formed in a tapered shape toward the rear in the longitudinal direction (CL direction) of the sanitary napkin 1 in plan view. The shape of the rear middle high portion 42 is a plan view, and both side portions 42a in the longitudinal direction are curved shapes that are convex in the width direction of the sanitary napkin 1 (direction perpendicular to the CL direction).
Next, the effect at the time of using the sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment of this invention mentioned above is demonstrated.
1 and 2, the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment is an upper surface of the absorbent body 4, and is a front middle height provided separately on the front part b and the rear part c of the sanitary napkin 1. It has a portion 41 and a rear middle-high portion 42. That is, the front middle high portion 41 and the rear middle high portion 42 are provided apart in the vicinity of the rear end of the wing portions 31 and 31 ′ of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction (CL direction: the direction in which the CL line extends). Even if a force for deforming the front middle / high part 41 or the rear middle / high part 42 is generated in either the front part b or the rear part c of the sanitary napkin 1, the deforming force is the other rear middle / high part 42 or rear part. It is difficult for the sanitary napkin 1 to be twisted without being transmitted to the middle-high portion 42.

Moreover, the sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment is formed along the side parts 41a and 41a 'of the front middle-high part 41, and the width direction (direction orthogonal to CL direction) of the sanitary napkin 1 as shown in FIG. ) And a pair of front grooves 61 formed in a convex shape, and an intermediate groove 7 formed in a convex shape toward the rear middle high portion 42. Therefore, when stress (arrow (1)) from the left and right due to the movement of the wearer's foot or the like is generated in the excretion region a of the sanitary napkin 1, as shown in FIG. The front middle-high part 41 surrounded by the front groove 61 rises in the direction of contact with the wearer (arrow (2)), improves the adhesion of the buttocks to the groove, and prevents leakage of body fluid such as menstrual blood Will improve. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the rear middle high part 42 of the sanitary napkin 1 moves so as to sink under the front middle high part 41 by the convex intermediate groove 7 toward the rear middle high part 42 (arrow). (3)) No gap is created between the front middle-high portion 41 and the rear middle-high portion 42 during mounting. Therefore, since the fitting property of a middle-high part can be improved, the leak prevention property of bodily fluids, such as menstrual blood, can be improved.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment has a rear middle and high portion 42 formed in a tapered shape toward the rear in the longitudinal direction (CL direction) of the sanitary napkin 1. Adhesion to the groove of the buttocks improves, and the ability to prevent leakage of body fluid such as menstrual blood is further improved.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment has the rear outer groove 64 connected to the front groove 61, so that the sanitary napkin 1 is prevented from twisting and the side of body fluid such as menstrual blood. Both leak prevention can be achieved.

The absorbent article of the present invention is not limited to the sanitary napkin of the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately changed. Moreover, each component in the sanitary napkin of the above-mentioned embodiment can be appropriately combined and implemented within a range not impairing the gist of the present invention.

For example, in the sanitary napkin 1 of the above-described embodiment, the pair of front grooves 61 are formed in a convex curve shape as shown in FIG. 1, but are formed in a convex bent line shape. It may be.

Further, in the sanitary napkin 1 of the above-described embodiment, the intermediate groove 62 is formed in a convex curved shape toward the rear middle-high part 42 as shown in FIG. It may be formed in a linear shape.

Moreover, in the sanitary napkin 1 of the above-described embodiment, the rear middle-high part 42 is formed in a tapered shape as shown in FIG. 1, but may not be in a tapered shape.

Moreover, in the sanitary napkin 1 of the above-described embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the rear outer groove 64 is connected to the front groove 61, but not the intermediate groove 62 and the rear inner groove 63. Any of these may be connected or not connected. Moreover, in the sanitary napkin 1 of the above-described embodiment, the rear inner groove 63 and the rear outer groove 64 are provided, but either one or both may not be provided.

In addition, when the sanitary napkin 1 is folded into a single package, the front part b and the rear part c are folded in three or four so as to avoid the excretion part region a, and are compact. As shown in FIG. 5, the fold line 9 at c is preferably formed so as to avoid the fixing portion 8 disposed on the non-skin contact surface of the rear flap 32, and further away from the fixing portion 8. More preferably, it is formed. If the fixing part 8 is straddled, the fixing parts 8 are joined to each other at the time of individual packaging and are not separated at the time of opening, or a release paper is separately provided at such a part, or the fixing part 8 is folded to cause wrinkles. This is because it is difficult to do well.

In addition to sanitary napkins, the absorbent article of the present invention can be suitably used for disposable diapers, incontinence pads, panty liners, and the like.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to such examples.

[Evaluation of sanitary napkins]
Each of the sanitary napkin samples of Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7 is marked on the top sheet at the center in the width direction of the front middle and high portion 41 and 5 mm away from the end near the intermediate groove 62. In addition, a mark 2 is marked on the top sheet at the center in the width direction of the rear middle-high portion 42 and 5 mm away from the end near the intermediate groove 62. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, each of the sanitary napkins of Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7 is subjected to stress from the left and right (arrow (1)) due to movement of the wearer's feet, etc. Assuming that the sanitary napkin 1 is generated in the excretion part region a, the sanitary napkin 1 is gripped so as to exert stress in the direction of the arrow (1) and compressed to a crotch width of 35 mm. In this case, the distance between the mark 1 and the mark 2 is measured, and if the distance is 10 mm or less, a gap is not generated between the front middle high part 41 and the rear middle high part 42 at the time of wearing. It was evaluated that it could enhance the prevention of body fluid leakage. These results are shown in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 below.
