Claims (9)
- 弾性要素(12)を介して予め緊張せしめられ、弁体(7)内の弁座(9)を密封する閉鎖体(5)と、前記弾性要素(12)と前記閉鎖体(5)とが内設されているフィルタアッセンブリ(10)とを備えた弁、において、前記弾性要素(12,12a,12b,12c,12d)と前記フィルタアッセンブリ(10,10a,10b,10c,10d,10e,10f,10g)とが一体に形成されており、
前記フィルタアッセンブリ(10,10a,10b,10c,10d,10e,10f,10g)が少なくとも1つのフィルタ要素(16.1,16.3)を備えた基礎体(14.4,14.6)を有し、該基礎体が、一端においてフィルタ底部(14,14a,14b,14c,14d,14e)によって密閉され、他端に周回するように延在して開口するエッジ(18)を有していることを特徴とする弁。 - 前記弾性要素(12,12a,12b,12c,12d)が、一端において連結部(14.1,14.1a,14.1b,14.1c,14.1d)を介して前記フィルタ底部(14,14a,14b,14c,14d,14e)と結合され、他端に、前記閉鎖体(5)上に載置される載置体(12.1,12.1a,12.1b,12.1c,12.1d)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記弾性要素(12)が少なくとも1つの細条部(12a,12b)を含み、該細条部が長手軸線方向に一重または多重の蛇行形状を有し、該蛇行形状が前記弾性要素(12)の前記連結部(14.1a,14.1b)を起点にして前記フィルタアッセンブリの中心軸線から離間するようにまたは前記中心軸線のほうへ接近するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の弁。
- 前記弾性要素(12,12c,12d)が1条または多条のねじ形状および/または螺旋形状を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の弁。
- 前記フィルタアッセンブリ(10,10a,10b,10c,10d,10e,10f,10g)の前記基礎体(14.4)が実質的に筒状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の弁。
- 前記フィルタアッセンブリ(10,10g)の前記基礎体(14.6)が、前記周回するように延在して開口しているエッジ(18)を前記フィルタ底部(14e)と結合させている少なくとも2つの細条部を有し、前記基礎体(14.6)の前記少なくとも2つの細条部の間に少なくとも2つのフィルタ要素(16.3)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の弁。
- 前記周回するように延在して開口しているエッジ(18)が前記フィルタ底部(14e)よりも大きな径を有し、前記フィルタアッセンブリ(10,10g)の前記基礎体(14.6)が、前記フィルタアッセンブリ(10g)の内側に配置される前記弾性要素(12d)と前記フィルタアッセンブリ(10g)の内側に配置される前記閉鎖体(5)とを案内する狭隘部(14.6a)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の弁。
- 前記フィルタアッセンブリ(10,10a,10b,10c,10d,10e,10f,10g)が、前記基礎体(14.4,14.6)の前記周回するように延在して開口しているエッジ(18)において、形状拘束的結合部および/または摩擦結合部および/または溶着部(18.1,18.1a,18.1b,18.1c)を介して前記弁体(7,7a,7b,7c)と結合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の弁。
- 前記フィルタアッセンブリ(10e)の前記基礎体(14.4)が形状拘束的結合部および/または摩擦結合部および/または溶着部(19.1)を介して前記フィルタ底部(14d)と結合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の弁。
