Claims (16)
- 高沸点炭化水素供給原料を、石油化学製品の処理のための供給原料として適したより軽沸点の炭化水素生成物に転換する方法であって、
重質炭化水素供給原料を、少なくとも2つの水素化分解ユニットを含む水素化分解ユニットのカスケードへ供給するステップと、
水素化分解ユニット内で前記供給原料を分解するステップと、
前記分解した供給原料を、水素を含む流れと、軽沸点炭化水素留分を含む流れと、より重質な炭化水素留分を含む底部の流れに分離するステップと、
前記水素化分解ユニットの前記底部の流れを、前記水素化分解ユニットのカスケード内の後続の水素化分解ユニットのための供給原料として供給するステップであって、ここで、前記水素化分解ユニットのそれぞれの処理条件が互いに異なり、第1の水素化分解ユニットから後続の1つまたは複数の水素化分解ユニットまでの温度条件が上昇し、前記水素化分解ユニットのカスケード内の最後の水素化分解ユニットの反応器タイプの設計がスラリー相タイプのものであるステップと、
前記水素化分解ユニットのそれぞれからの軽沸点の炭化水素留分を、ペンタン脱水素化ユニット、プロパン脱水素化ユニット、ブタン脱水素化ユニットおよび混合したプロパン−ブタン脱水素化ユニットの群から選択される1つ以上のユニットと、ガススチームクラッキングユニットとを少なくとも備える石油化学製品の処理へ送るステップと、を備え、
前記軽沸点の炭化水素留分を、C1を含む流れと、C2を含む流れと、C3を含む流れと、C4を含む流れとに分離するステップと、前記C3を含む流れをプロパン脱水素化ユニットへ供給するステップと、前記C4を含む流れをブタン脱水素化ユニットへ供給するステップと、C2を含む流れをガススチームクラッキングユニットへ供給するステップとをさらに備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記水素化分解ユニットのカスケード内のすべての水素化分解ユニットからのより軽沸点の炭化水素留分が、沸点がメタンの沸点より高く、かつシクロブタンの沸点以下である炭化水素である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 石油化学製品の処理が、芳香族化ユニット、アルキル化処理、高過酷度の接触分解(高過酷度のFCCを含む)、軽質ナフサ芳香族化(LNA)、改質およびマイルドハイドロクラッキングの群の1つ以上をさらに含む請求項1乃至2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素を含む流れを、前記1つまたは複数の水素化分解ユニットのカスケード内の水素化分解ユニットへ供給するステップをさらに備える請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素を、前記水素化分解ユニットのカスケード内の先行するハイドロクラッカーユニットへ供給するステップをさらに備える請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記重質炭化水素供給原料が、原油常圧蒸留ユニット(ADU)からのカットおよび精錬機プロセスからの生成物の群から選択される請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記原油常圧蒸留ユニット(ADU)からのカットが、ナフサ、ADUの底部の流れおよび常圧軽油の群から選択される請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記精錬機プロセスからの生成物が、FCCユニットからの循環油および重質分解したナフサの群から選択される請求項6乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
