Abstract
Description

ここに提供される実験データは、Aspen Plusのフローシートモデリングによって得られたものである。水蒸気分解動力学を厳密に考慮した(水蒸気分解状態計算用ソフトウェア)。実施例1および2については以下の水蒸気分解炉条件を適用した。エタンおよびプロパン炉:コイル出口温度(COT)=845℃および蒸気対油比=0.37、C4炉および液体炉:COT=820℃。水蒸気対油比=0.37。ガソリン水素化分解については、文献に報告されている実験データに基づく反応スキームが使用されている。中間留分水素化分解については、特許文献1によるガソリン水素化分解に従った。すべての多芳香族化合物をBTXおよびLPGに変換し、すべてのナフテンおよびパラフィン化合物をLPGに変換する反応スキームが使用された。プロパン脱水素プロセスおよびブタン脱水素プロセスからの生成物スレートは、文献データに基づくものであった。残油水素化分解装置は文献からのデータに基づいてモデル化した。

例2もまた特許文献1を参照する。種々のユニットによって生成されたガス留分およびLPGが、専用の水蒸気分解炉で水蒸気分解されるエタン、プロパンおよびブタンフラクションに分離されること以外は、例1と同一である。
例3は、ナフサ留分および軽質留分をガソリン水素化分解に付さず、水蒸気分解装置に直接供給される以外は、例2と同一である。C4ラフィネート(ブタジエン、1−ブテンおよびイソブテンの分離後に水蒸気分解装置によって生成される残りの粗製C4)を水素化し、水蒸気分解装置ならびにC5およびC6ラフィネートに再循環させる。結果を以下の表1に示す。
Claims (12)
- 原油蒸留、水素化分解および水蒸気分解を含む原油を石油化学製品に変換する方法であって、
(a)原油を原油蒸留に供してガス留分、ナフサ、灯油、軽油、および残油を生成する工程と、
(b)残油を残油アップグレードプロセスに供して、LPG、軽質留分および中間留分を生成する工程と、
(c)残油アップグレードプロセスによって生成された中間留分、灯油、および軽油からなるグループから選択される単数または複数の少なくとも一部を中間留分水素化分解に供して、LPG、軽質留分およびハイドロワックスを生成する工程と、
(d)残油アップグレードプロセスによって生成された軽質留分、中間留分水素化分解によって生成された軽質留分、およびハイドロワックスからなるグループから選択される単数または複数の少なくとも一部を水蒸気分解に供する工程と、を有する方法。 - 前記残油のアップグレードプロセスは水素化分解である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス留分、残油アップグレードプロセスによって生成されたLPG、および中間留分水素化プロセスによって生成されたLPGからなるグループから選択される単数または複数の少なくとも一部を水蒸気分解に給する請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ナフサの少なくとも一部を水蒸気分解に供する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記中間留分水素化分解は、さらに、重質留分を生成し、この中間留分水素化分解によって生成された重質留分は残油アップグレードプロセスに供される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水蒸気分解は、中間留分を生成し、この水蒸気分解によって生成された中間留分は中間留分水素化分解に供される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水蒸気分解は、重質留分を生成し、この水蒸気分解によって生成された重質留分の少なくとも一部は残油アップグレードプロセスに供される請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記残油アップグレードプロセスへの総供給材料の少なくとも20重量%は、蒸気分解を受けるLPG、軽質留分、およびハイドロワックスに転化される請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 原油を石油化学製品に転換するためのプロセス設備であって、
原油(10)用入口と、ガス留分(21)用出口と、ナフサ(31)用出口と、灯油および/または軽油(41)用出口と、残油(51)用出口とを有する原料蒸留ユニット(1)、
LPG(23)用の入口および出口と、軽質留分(33)用出口と、中間留分(43)用出口とを有する残油アップグレードプロセスユニット(3)、
LPG(22)用の入口および出口と、軽質留分(32)用出口と、ハイドロワックス(42)用出口とを有する中間留分水素化分解ユニット(2)、および、
水蒸気分解ユニット(4)、を有し、
ここで、残油アップグレードプロセスによって生成された中間留分(43)と灯油および/または軽油(41)とからなるグループの単数または複数の少なくとも一部が、中間留分水素化分解ユニットへの入口に供給され、そして、前記残油アップグレードプロセスによって生成された中間留分(33)、中間留分水素化分解によって生成された軽質留分(32)、およびハイドロワックス(42)からなるグループの単数または複数の一部が前記水蒸気分解ユニット(4)に供給されるプロセス設備。 - 前記残油アップグレードプロセスユニット(3)は水素化分解ユニットである請求項9に記載のプロセス設備。
- 前記ガス留分(21)、残油アップグレードプロセスによって生成されたLPG(23)、および中間留分水素化プロセスによって生成されたLPG(22)からなるグループから選択される単数または複数の少なくとも一部は前記水蒸気分解ユニット(4)に供給される請求項9または10に記載のプロセス設備。
- 前記ナフサ(31)の少なくとも一部は前記水蒸気分解ユニット(4)に供給される請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス設備。
