Description
Claims (11)
- 互いに対して往復運動するように構成されたディスプレーサ及びパワーピストンを収容するハウジングと、熱を吸収するように前記ディスプレーサに隣接し、かつ、銅又はアルミニウムのブロックに取り囲まれたヘッドとを備え、熱源から熱の放射を受ける前記ブロックの一部は、3mmと0.15mmとの間の厚さを有するステンレス鋼又はインコネル(登録商標)の層で被覆されている、スターリングエンジン。
- 前記ブロックは、最も外側の面から前記ハウジングの最も近い部分まで、1cmを上回る最大距離を有する、請求項1に記載のエンジン。
- 被覆層の厚さは1mmから0.5mmまでである、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のエンジン。
- 前記ブロックは、前記ヘッドと同軸に配置された、かつ、前記ヘッドから最も遠く円形面を与える前記ブロックの広い端部と同軸に配置された、実質的に円錐台形状を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエンジン。
- 前記ブロックにおける前記広い端部の前記円形面だけが被覆されている、請求項4に記載のエンジン。
- 前記ブロックの円錐面はニッケルで鑞付けされている、請求項5に記載のエンジン。
- 前記ブロックは、前記ヘッドと同軸に配置された実質的に円筒形状を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエンジン。
- 前記ブロックの上面及び/又は側面は被覆されている、請求項7に記載のエンジン。
- フリーピストンエンジンである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のエンジン。
- リニアエンジンである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のエンジン。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のエンジンと、前記ブロック及び被覆層を介して熱を前記ヘッドに供給するように構成されたバイオマス、廃熱源、又は太陽熱源との組み合わせ。
