Claims (14)
- 車両(3,3B)に搭載される蓄電装置(31,31B)と、前記車両の外部に設置され、商用電力系統(5)から内部の負荷(22)に電力を供給すると共に、作動時に前記商用電力系統から前記負荷への電力供給を遮断するブレーカ(211,212,213A,213B)を有する車外電力系統(24)と、に接続され、前記車外電力系統から供給される電力による前記蓄電装置への充電制御、及び、前記蓄電装置から供給される電力による前記車外電力系統への放電制御の少なくとも一方を実施可能に構成される電力供給制御装置(4、4A,4B)であって、
前記充電制御または前記放電制御の供給電力量を制御する電力量制御部(421,421A,421B)と、
前記車外電力系統の前記負荷への電力配分を制御する管理装置(23)の有無を判定する判定部(422)と、を備え、
前記電力量制御部は、
前記判定部により前記管理装置が有ると判定された場合、前記管理装置からの指令値に応じて前記供給電力量を決定する第一制御を実行し、
前記判定部により前記管理装置が無いと判定された場合、前記車外電力系統の過去の電力供給の実績に係る情報に応じて前記供給電力量を決定する第二制御を実行するものであり、
前記充電制御を実施可能に構成され、
前記電力量制御部(421,421A)は、前記充電制御の前記供給電力量を制御し、
過去に前記管理装置から入力された前記充電制御の前記供給電力量の指示値を記憶する充電制御用記憶部を備え、
前記電力量制御部は、前記第二制御の実施時に、前記車外電力系統に供給される実電力値が前記充電制御用記憶部に記憶される前記指示値を超えないように、前記充電制御の前記供給電力量を制御する、
ことを特徴とする電力供給制御装置。 - 前記車外電力系統は、前記管理装置を有し、
前記判定部は、前記管理装置との通信可否を判定し、
前記電力量制御部は、前記判定部により前記管理装置と通信可能と判定された場合に前記第一制御を実行し、前記判定部により前記管理装置と通信不能と判定された場合に前記第二制御を実行する、
請求項1に記載の電力供給制御装置。 - 前記車外電力系統の電力制限値を記憶する充電制御用記憶部(423,423A)を備え、
前記電力量制御部は、前記第二制御の実行時に、前記車外電力系統に供給される実電力値が前記充電制御用記憶部に記憶される前記電力制限値を超えないように、前記充電制御の前記供給電力量を制御する、
請求項1に記載の電力供給制御装置。 - 車両(3,3B)に搭載される蓄電装置(31,31B)と、前記車両の外部に設置され、商用電力系統(5)から内部の負荷(22)に電力を供給すると共に、作動時に前記商用電力系統から前記負荷への電力供給を遮断するブレーカ(211,212,213A,213B)を有する車外電力系統(24)と、に接続され、前記車外電力系統から供給される電力による前記蓄電装置への充電制御、及び、前記蓄電装置から供給される電力による前記車外電力系統への放電制御の少なくとも一方を実施可能に構成される電力供給制御装置(4、4A,4B)であって、
前記充電制御または前記放電制御の供給電力量を制御する電力量制御部(421,421A,421B)と、
前記車外電力系統の前記負荷への電力配分を制御する管理装置(23)の有無を判定する判定部(422)と、を備え、
前記電力量制御部は、
前記判定部により前記管理装置が有ると判定された場合、前記管理装置からの指令値に応じて前記供給電力量を決定する第一制御を実行し、
前記判定部により前記管理装置が無いと判定された場合、前記車外電力系統の過去の電力供給の実績に係る情報に応じて前記供給電力量を決定する第二制御を実行するものであり、
前記充電制御を実施可能に構成され、
前記電力量制御部(421,421A)は、前記充電制御の前記供給電力量を制御し、
前記車外電力系統に供給された実電力値の過去値を記憶する充電制御用記憶部を備え、
前記電力量制御部は、前記第二制御の実施時に、前記車外電力系統に供給される実電力値が前記充電制御用記憶部に記憶される前記過去値を超えないように、前記充電制御の前記供給電力量を制御する、
ことを特徴とする電力供給制御装置。 - 前記充電制御用記憶部は、前記過去値に関連付けた許容時間の情報を記憶し、
前記電力量制御部は、前記第二制御の実施時に、前記車外電力系統に供給される実電力値が前記充電制御用記憶部に記憶される前記過去値を前記許容時間に亘って超えないように、前記充電制御の前記供給電力量を制御する、
請求項4に記載の電力供給制御装置。 - 前記放電制御を実施可能に構成され、
前記電力量制御部(421A,421B)は、前記放電制御の前記供給電力量を制御する、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電力供給制御装置(4A,4B)。 - 前記車外電力系統の電力制限値を記憶する放電制御用記憶部(423A,423B)を備え、
前記電力量制御部は、前記第二制御の実行時に、前記車外電力系統に供給される実電力値が前記放電制御用記憶部に記憶される前記電力制限値を超えないように、前記放電制御の前記供給電力量を制御する、
請求項6に記載の電力供給制御装置。 - 車両(3,3B)に搭載される蓄電装置(31,31B)と、前記車両の外部に設置され、商用電力系統(5)から内部の負荷(22)に電力を供給すると共に、作動時に前記商用電力系統から前記負荷への電力供給を遮断するブレーカ(211,212,213A,213B)を有する車外電力系統(24)と、に接続され、前記車外電力系統から供給される電力による前記蓄電装置への充電制御、及び、前記蓄電装置から供給される電力による前記車外電力系統への放電制御の少なくとも一方を実施可能に構成される電力供給制御装置(4、4A,4B)であって、
前記充電制御または前記放電制御の供給電力量を制御する電力量制御部(421,421A,421B)と、
前記車外電力系統の前記負荷への電力配分を制御する管理装置(23)の有無を判定する判定部(422)と、を備え、
前記電力量制御部は、
前記判定部により前記管理装置が有ると判定された場合、前記管理装置からの指令値に応じて前記供給電力量を決定する第一制御を実行し、
前記判定部により前記管理装置が無いと判定された場合、前記車外電力系統の過去の電力供給の実績に係る情報に応じて前記供給電力量を決定する第二制御を実行するものであり、
前記放電制御を実施可能に構成され、
前記電力量制御部(421A,421B)は、前記放電制御の前記供給電力量を制御し、
前記車外電力系統に供給された実電力値の過去値を記憶する放電制御用記憶部を備え、
前記電力量制御部は、前記第二制御の実施時に、前記車外電力系統に供給される実電力値が前記放電制御用記憶部に記憶される前記過去値を超えないように、前記放電制御の前記供給電力量を制御する、
ことを特徴とする電力供給制御装置。 - 前記放電制御用記憶部は、前記過去値に関連付けた許容時間の情報を記憶し、
前記電力量制御部は、前記第二制御の実施時に、前記車外電力系統に供給される実電力値が前記放電制御用記憶部に記憶される前記過去値を前記許容時間に亘って超えないように、前記放電制御の前記供給電力量を制御する、
請求項8に記載の電力供給制御装置。 - 前記管理装置から事前に指示がある場合に、前記判定部により前記管理装置と通信不能と判定された場合でも前記第二制御を行わない、
請求項2〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電力供給制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記管理装置からの通知が所定期間無い場合に、前記管理装置と通信不能と判定する、
請求項2〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電力供給制御装置。 - 前記管理装置と専用線により通信を行う
請求項2〜11のいずれか1項に記載の電力供給制御装置。 - 電気料金が安いタイミングで前記充電制御または前記放電制御を実行する、
請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の電力供給制御装置。 - 前記判定部により前記管理装置が無いと判定された場合に、前記管理装置が無い旨をユーザに通知する通知部(43)を備える、
請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の電力供給制御装置。
