Description
図1、図2は、本発明の実施形態である連続式横二軸ミキサーを示す断面図である。これらの図において、1は横型で筒状のケーシング、2はその内部に設けられた撹拌手段である2軸の横軸のスクリュー羽根である。これらのスクリュー羽根2はモータ3によって、図2に矢印で示すように左右対称に回転する。

Claims (2)
- 粉体原料とバインダーとが供給される横型のケーシングの内部に、横軸の周りに回転する撹拌手段を備えるとともに、ケーシングの底面にはケーシングの内部の粉体原料に向けて、前記撹拌手段の回転軸に対して直行する方向に、過熱水蒸気もしくは飽和水蒸気を噴出する水蒸気噴出口を複数個設け、かつこれらの水蒸気噴出口を、原料供給口とバインダー供給口とが形成されている付近に先端側よりも多く設け、粉体原料が過熱水蒸気もしくは飽和水蒸気との接触により加熱された後にバインダーと混練される構造としたことを特徴とする水蒸気を加熱源とする加熱混練装置。
- ケーシングが横型の筒状体であり、撹拌手段が2軸の横軸のスクリュー羽根であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水蒸気を加熱源とする加熱混練装置。
