Claims (4)
- シート状の廃プラスチックを粗破砕する粗破砕ステップと、
前記粗破砕ステップで生成する粗破砕物を圧縮してダイ孔を通過させるときに生じる摩擦熱を用いて、表層が軟化した後固化されたプラスチックの外皮となり、その外皮の内側に粗破砕物が幾重にも重なり且つ絡み合いながら密な状態で保持されて収納された構造となる中間体を形成する中間体形成ステップと、
回転する回転刃と固定刃とによる切断と剪断の作用により前記中間体を粉砕して、前記外皮の内側で隣接する粗破砕物同士が重なるように密着しているところの切断された粗破砕物の切断片を分離して粉体とし、前記外皮の内側でその外皮が融着した粗破砕物の切断された外皮の切断片と粗破砕物の切断片を互いに分離して粉体とする中間体粉砕ステップとを備えること、
を特徴とする廃プラスチックの粉体化方法。 - 前記中間体形成ステップは、リングダイ式成形機を用いて行うようにする
請求項1記載の廃プラスチックの粉体化方法。 - シート状の廃プラスチックを粗破砕して粗破砕物とする粗破砕機と、
前記粗破砕物を圧縮してダイ孔を通過させるときに生じる摩擦熱を用いて、表層が軟化した後固化されたプラスチックの外皮となり、その外皮の内側に粗破砕物が幾重にも重なり且つ絡み合いながら密な状態で保持されて収納された構造となる中間体を形成する成形機と、
