Description
a)少なくとも2個のNCO官能基を有するウレトジオンである少なくとも1種の硬化剤と、3〜6個のOH官能基を有するポリオール化合物であって、エステル官能基、カーボネート官能基、アミド官能基、ウレタン官能基、尿素官能基、チオエステル官能基及びチオカーボネート官能基から選択される少なくとも1種の極性官能基を含む少なくとも1種のバインダーと、を少なくとも含む反応性組成物を用意する工程と、
b)繊維を用意する工程と、
c)前記繊維を前記反応性組成物でコーティングする工程と、
d)少なくとも前記反応性組成物を熱に暴露して第1の架橋反応を実施し、前記硬化剤及び前記バインダーを熱可塑性ポリマーに転化させて、前記繊維を前記熱可塑性ポリマーに埋め込む工程と、
e)金属本体部(main body)又はその半完成品(semifinished precursor)を用意する工程と、
f)前記繊維が埋め込まれた前記熱可塑性ポリマーを、前記本体部/半完成品の局所領域上に配置する工程と、
g)前記熱可塑性ポリマーを介して前記繊維が前記本体部/半完成品に付着するように、前記熱可塑性ポリマーを前記本体部/半完成品に対して押し付ける工程と、
h)前記工程e)において前記本体部の半完成品のみを用意する場合、前記熱可塑性ポリマーが付着した前記半完成品を成形して前記金属本体部を得る工程と、
i)少なくとも前記熱可塑性ポリマーを熱に暴露して第2の架橋反応を実施し、前記熱可塑性ポリマーを熱硬化性樹脂に転化させる工程と、
k)前記熱硬化性樹脂と、前記熱硬化性樹脂に埋め込まれた前記繊維と、によって形成されたマトリックスを含む繊維複合材料からなる少なくとも1つの局所硬化部分(local stiffening)を備えた前記金属本体部を少なくとも含む前記ハイブリッドコンポーネントパーツを得る工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法により達成される。

NCO基のみ、例えばジイソシアネートジシクロヘキシルメタン(H12MDI)のみを有するジイソシアネートを表すとして理解されている。更なる例としては、シクロヘキサンジイソシアネート、メチルシクロヘキサンジイソシアネート、エチルシクロヘキサンジイソシアネート、プロピルシクロヘキサンジイソシアネート、メチルジエチルシクロヘキサンジイソシアネート、プロパンジイソシアネート、ブタンジイソシアネート、ペンタンジイソシアネート、ヘキサンジイソシアネート、ヘプタンジイソシアネート、オクタンジイソシアネート、ノナンジイソシアネート、4−イソシアネートメチル−1,8−オクタンジイソシアネート(TIN)等のノナントリイソシアネート、デカンジ−及びトリイソシアネート、ウンデカンジ−及びトリイソシアネート、ドデカンジ−及びトリイソシアネートが挙げられる。同様に、4−メチルシクロヘキサン1,3−ジイソシアネート、2−ブチル−2−エチルペンタメチレンジイソシアネート、3(4)−イソシアネートメチル−1−メチルシクロヘキシルイソシアネート、2−イソシアネートプロピルシクロヘキシルイソシアネート、2,4’−メチレンビス(シクロヘキシル)ジイソシアネート、1,4−ジイソシアネート−4−メチルペンタンも好適である。
Claims (20)
- ハイブリッドコンポーネントパーツ(hybrid component part)の製造方法であって、
a)少なくとも2個のNCO官能基を有するウレトジオンである少なくとも1種の硬化剤と、3〜6個のOH官能基を有するポリオール化合物であって、エステル官能基、カーボネート官能基、アミド官能基、ウレタン官能基、尿素官能基、チオエステル官能基及びチオカーボネート官能基から選択される少なくとも1種の極性官能基を含む少なくとも1種のバインダーと、を少なくとも含む反応性組成物を用意する工程と、
b)繊維を用意する工程と、
c)前記繊維を前記反応性組成物でコーティングする工程と、
d)少なくとも前記反応性組成物を熱に暴露して第1の架橋反応を実施し、前記硬化剤及び前記バインダーを熱可塑性ポリマーに転化させて、前記繊維を前記熱可塑性ポリマーに埋め込む工程と、
e)金属本体部(main body)又はその半完成品(semifinished precursor)を用意する工程と、
f)前記繊維が埋め込まれた前記熱可塑性ポリマーを、前記本体部/半完成品の局所領域上に配置する工程と、
g)前記熱可塑性ポリマーを介して前記繊維が前記本体部/半完成品に付着するように、前記熱可塑性ポリマーを前記本体部/半完成品に対して押し付ける工程と、
h)前記工程e)において前記本体部の半完成品のみを用意する場合、前記熱可塑性ポリマーが付着した前記半完成品を成形して前記金属本体部を得る工程と、
i)少なくとも前記熱可塑性ポリマーを熱に暴露して第2の架橋反応を実施し、前記熱可塑性ポリマーを熱硬化性樹脂に転化させる工程と、
k)前記熱硬化性樹脂と、前記熱硬化性樹脂に埋め込まれた前記繊維と、によって形成されたマトリックスを含む繊維複合材料からなる少なくとも1つの局所硬化部分(local stiffening)を備えた前記金属本体部を少なくとも含む前記ハイブリッドコンポーネントパーツを得る工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記繊維が埋め込まれた前記熱可塑性ポリマーが層状に設けられ、前記繊維が埋め込まれた前記熱可塑性ポリマーを、前記本体部/半完成品の局所領域上に配置する前記工程f)と、前記熱可塑性ポリマーを介して前記繊維が前記本体部/半完成品に付着するように、前記熱可塑性ポリマーを前記本体部/半完成品に対して押し付ける前記工程g)と、を繰り返し実施して前記繊維が埋め込まれた前記熱可塑性ポリマーを層状に配置すると共に押し付けることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維が埋め込まれた前記熱可塑性ポリマーが層状に設けられ、前記本体部/半完成品が存在しない状態で前記層を圧縮して積層体を得、前記繊維が埋め込まれた前記熱可塑性ポリマーを、前記本体部/半完成品の局所領域上に配置する前記工程f)と、前記熱可塑性ポリマーを介して前記繊維が前記本体部/半完成品に付着するように、前記熱可塑性ポリマーを前記本体部/半完成品に対して押し付ける前記工程g)と、を、前記積層体を前記本体部/半完成品上に配置し、前記本体部/半完成品に対して押し付けることによって実施することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の架橋反応を160〜220℃の温度で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記本体部が鋼鉄からなり、前記第2の架橋反応の実施時に前記本体部の微細構造の変化及び/又は再構成(rearrangement)が生じることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記本体部/半完成品上への前記熱可塑性ポリマーの配置及び/又は押し付けを20〜25℃の温度で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記本体部の半完成品を用意し、熱可塑性ポリマーが付着した前記本体部に成形する場合において、必要に応じて、前記半完成品を加熱した後及び/又は加熱された成形装置を使用して、前記本体部への前記半完成品の成形を20〜150℃の温度で実施することを特徴とする、請求項4、5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の架橋反応を、前記金属本体部/半完成品が存在しない状態で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の架橋反応の実施から1日〜1年間の期間を経過した後に前記第2の架橋反応を実施し、前記期間では、前記繊維が埋め込まれた前記熱可塑性ポリマーを15〜30℃の温度で保管及び/又は輸送することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化剤として、ブロッキング剤を含んでおらず、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)、ジイソシアナートジシクロヘキシルメタン(H12MDI)、2−メチルペンタンジイソシアネート(MPDI)、2,2,4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートと2,4,4−リメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(TMDI)の混合物及びノルボルナンジイソシアネート(NBDI)のうちの少なくとも1種から製造されたウレトジオンを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記バインダーとして、少なくとも1種のポリカプロラクトンを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記バインダーとして、20〜500mg KOH/gのOH価、2mg KOH/g以下の酸価及び100〜5,000g/molのモル質量を有する少なくとも1種のポリエステルポリオールを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が少なくとも1種の共バインダーを含み、前記共バインダーとして、ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルからなるエポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールFジグリシジルエーテルエポキシ樹脂及び3,4−エポキシシクロヘキシルエポキシエタン又は3,4−エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル−3,4−エポキシシクロヘキサンカルボキシレート等の脂環族エポキシ樹脂からなる群から選択されるエポキシ樹脂を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、多価カルボン酸、多価カルボン酸無水物、脂肪族ポリアミン、脂環族ポリアミン、ポリエーテルアミン、ポリメルカプタン及びポリアミドアミンからなる群から選択される、前記共バインダーに対応する硬化剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、前記第1の架橋反応及び/又は前記第2の架橋反応に対して触媒活性を示す物質を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が液体溶媒中に含まれ、前記溶媒及び前記溶媒に溶解/懸濁/分散した前記組成物の成分を前記繊維に含浸させることによって前記繊維を前記組成物でコーティングするように、前記組成物の成分が前記溶媒に溶解及び/又は懸濁及び/又は分散されており、前記第1の架橋反応の実施時に前記溶媒を前記繊維から少なくとも部分的に蒸発させ、前記溶媒が、エステル、ケトン又は少なくとも1種のエステル及び/又は少なくとも1種のケトンを含む混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- さらなる接着剤を使用することなく、前記繊維が埋め込まれた前記熱可塑性ポリマーを前記本体部/半完成品の前記局所領域に配置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 接着剤を介さずに配置された繊維複合材料からなる少なくとも1つの局所硬化部分(local stiffening)を備えた金属本体部を含み、前記繊維複合材料は、ポリウレタン系熱硬化性樹脂マトリックスと、前記ポリウレタン系熱硬化性樹脂マトリックスに埋め込まれた繊維と、を含み、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造されていることを特徴とするハイブリッドコンポーネントパーツ。
- 前記硬化部分の領域において前記ハイブリッドコンポーネントパーツに最大の局部応力を作用させる、請求項18に記載のハイブリッドコンポーネントパーツの使用。
- 前記金属本体部のみを介して、前記ハイブリッドコンポーネントパーツを隣接するコンポーネントパーツ又はコンポーネントアセンブリに接続することを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の使用。
