Abstract
La invención se refiere a una parte componente híbrida que comprende un rigidizante local hecho de un material compuesto de fibra a base de poliuretano reticulado en dos etapas; más particularmente, a la producción de una parte componente híbrida de este tipo. Dicha invención tiene por objeto especificar una tecnología que haga posible de una manera rentable efectuar la rigidización local de partes metálicas con un material compuesto de fibra con el fin de obtener de este modo una parte componente híbrida. Es un concepto fundamental del procedimiento de acuerdo con la presente invención el uso de una formulación de poliuretano en particular que, en una primera reacción de reticulación, se puede convertir en un polímero termoplástico y, más tarde, en una segunda reacción de reticulación se reticula totalmente para proporcionar un material de matriz termoestable. El polímero termoplástico se caracteriza por una buena adherencia a superficies metálicas. El metal puede someterse a conformado adicional con el material termoplástico adjunto. Posteriormente, el poliuretano se cura de forma termoestable y logra su rigidización final.
