Description
Claims (16)
- 無線電力伝送システムのための配線ハーネスであって、
それぞれが複数の導電性フィラメントを備えてなる、複数のリッツ線ケーブルと、
前記リッツ線ケーブルの第1の終端に接続される第1のコネクタ部分と、を備え、
前記第1のコネクタ部分は、それぞれが凹型終端を備える複数のピンを備え、
前記リッツ線ケーブルのそれぞれの終端が、前記各々の凹型終端の中にはんだ付けされた、配線ハーネス。 - それぞれのピンが、少なくとも定格23A(rms)及び/又は830V(rms)である、請求項1に記載の配線ハーネス。
- それぞれのピンが、銅製であり、及び/又は、それぞれのピンが、円筒形の接触面を備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の配線ハーネス。
- 前記円筒形の接触面は、少なくとも実質的に直径4mmである、請求項3に記載の配線ハーネス。
- 前記リッツ線ケーブルのうちの少なくとも2つが送出ケーブルとして指定され、前記リッツ線ケーブルのうちの少なくとも2つが帰還ケーブルとして指定され、前記第1のコネクタ部分は、前記送出ケーブルとして指定された前記リッツ線ケーブルと前記帰還ケーブルとして指定された前記リッツ線ケーブルとの間の電圧分離が、同一の指定に係る前記リッツ線ケーブルの間の前記電圧分離よりも大きくなるように、前記ピンを受容するように構成される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の配線ハーネス。
- 前記第1のコネクタ部分は、前記ピンの間に導電ループを有しないように構成される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の配線ハーネス。
- 前記第1のコネクタ部分は、前記ピンの箇所または付近での前記リッツ線ケーブルの曲げを緩和する筐体を備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の配線ハーネス。
- 前記筐体は、前記第1のコネクタ部分をソケット内に締結する手段を備える、請求項7に記載の配線ハーネス。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の配線ハーネスと、
第1の終端コネクタ部分を備える無線電力伝送デバイスと、を備え、
前記配線ハーネスの前記第1のコネクタ部分は、前記無線電力伝送デバイスの前記第1の終端コネクタ部分に取り外し可能に接続されるように構成されてなる、
無線電力伝送システム。 - さらに、第2の終端コネクタ部分を備える電気デバイスを備え、前記配線ハーネスは、前記リッツ線ケーブルの第2の終端に第2のコネクタ部分を備え、前記配線ハーネスの前記第2のコネクタ部分は、前記電気デバイスの前記第2の終端コネクタ部分に取り外し可能に接続されるように構成されてなる、請求項9に記載の無線電力伝送システム。
- 前記電気デバイスは、バッテリ充電システムを備える、請求項10に記載の無線電力伝送システム。
- 無線電力伝送システムのための配線ハーネスを製造する方法であって、
それぞれが複数の導電性フィラメントを備える複数のリッツ線ケーブルについて、前記各々の導電性フィラメントを一緒にはんだ付けして複数の終端処理されたリッツ線ケーブルを形成することと、
それぞれの終端処理されたリッツ線ケーブルを第1のコネクタ部分のピンの各々の凹型終端の中に挿入することと、
前記導電性フィラメントが前記ピンにはんだ付けされるように、それぞれの終端処理されたリッツ線ケーブルに熱を加えることと、を含む、方法。 - それぞれのリッツ線ケーブルを終端処理することは、前記リッツ線ケーブルの前記導電性フィラメントを、はんだ槽の中に同時に挿入することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記はんだ槽の温度は、実質的に摂氏350度〜実質的に摂氏450度の範囲内に維持される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記はんだ槽の温度は、実質的に摂氏450度に維持される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ピンの箇所または付近での前記リッツ線ケーブルの曲げを防ぐ筐体の中に、前記ピンを挿入することをさらに含む、請求項12乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
