Description
・上記伸縮アームは、少なくとも部分的に可撓性を有し(または少なくとも可撓性の部分を含み)、
・上記ラム/カプラは、該ラム/カプラが収縮位置にあるときに閉位置に引っ張られるとともにアーム伸長コマンドが与えられると自動的に開くハッチを含むボックスまたはケーシング内に配置され、
・上記装置は、上記支持手段における上記2つの旋回軸のほぼ交点に上記アセンブリの重心を維持するように、上記伸縮アームの上記伸長方向とは反対方向に自動的に移動されるカウンタウェイトを備え、
・上記装置は、上記旋回軸周りの角運動を制限するストッパを形成する手段と、上記旋回軸周りの移動を減速する緩衝手段とを含む。
充電ステーションの支持フレーム上に固定されるベース100と、
ベース100上の垂直軸202を中心に角度方向に移動自在な中間要素200と、
ラム310を収容し、アーム320が、好ましくは、ステーションに接続される車両の変位の方向と直交する水平方向322に伸長可能なハウジングまたはケース300と、を備えている。
・ステーションに簡単に設置できる堅牢で信頼性が高く安価なシステムである。
・ハッチ330の閉鎖を含む接続に単一のラムが必要である。
・ハーフボールジョイントシステム、すなわち、ラム310のアーム320を囲むケース300に許容された2つの自由度は、充電ステーションと車両との間の電気的接続を行うために使用されるコネクタにストレスを与えない。
・本発明によるシステムは、過剰な力で押し込む必要性がなく、接続に際して大きな移動曲線を描くことがない。
Claims (8)
- 電気自動車充電ステーション用の電気結合装置であって、
電気結合を供する伸長位置と収縮位置との間の移動に適した伸縮アーム(320)を備えたラム/カプラ(310)と、
互いに傾斜するとともに前記アームの伸長方向(322)に直交する2軸周りに、支持ベース(100)に対して2つの回転自由度を許容するように前記ラム/カプラ(310)を支持する支持手段(100,200)と、を備え、
前記ラム/カプラ(310)は、支持ベース(100)に対して、前記アーム(320)の前記伸長方向(322)に垂直な垂直軸(202)及び水平軸(302)周りに角変位可能な保護ハウジング(300)内に配置されており、
前記伸縮アーム(320)は、ギヤードモータ(340)によって駆動されるベルト(360)のストランド(366)に接続された手段に取り付けられており、
前記ベルト(360)とは反対側のストランド(368)に接続されたカウンタウェイト(350)を更に備え、
前記保護ハウジング(300)には、前記伸縮アーム(320)の前記収縮位置における閉位置と前記アーム(320)の前記伸長位置における開位置との間で移動自在なハッチ(330)が設けられ、
前記保護ハウジング(300)は、前記電気自動車充電ステーションに接続される車両の変位の方向と直交する水平方向に伸長可能であり、
前記ラム/カプラ(310)及び前記カウンタウェイト(350)からなるアセンブリの重心が、前記垂直軸(202)及び前記水平軸(302)の交点に位置することを特徴とする電気結合装置。 - 前記アーム(320)が少なくとも部分的に可撓性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ハッチ(330)は、前記カウンタウェイト(350)に取り付けられたピン(352)によって前記閉位置に弾性的に保持されるとともに、休止位置に復帰するように前記開位置で弾性的に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 支持点に固定されるように構成された支持ベース(100)と、
前記支持ベース(100)上で垂直軸(202)周りに角変位自在に設置された中間要素(200)と、を備え、
前記ラム/カプラ(310)の前記保護ハウジング(300)が前記中間要素(200)上の第2の軸(302)の軸方向に移動自在に設置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記ラム/カプラ(310)における前記支持手段(100,200)の前記角変位を制限するストッパ(130,230)を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記ラム/カプラ(310)における前記支持手段(100,200)の前記角変位を抑制する緩衝手段(140,240)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ラム/カプラ(310)が、レール(314)上を平行移動して案内されるキャリッジ(370)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気結合装置を備えていることを特徴とする電気自動車充電ステーション。
