Description
Claims (8)
- 2次電池を有する移動体の充電装置であって、
前記2次電池に接続されるコネクタと、
前記コネクタを前記移動体に対して接近又は離れさせる進退動作をさせる進退機構と、
前記進退機構により駆動され、前記コネクタの進退動作に応じて進退動作する進退部材と、
前記進退部材が第1の位置に位置することを検出する第1の位置センサと、
前記進退部材が第2の位置に位置することを検出する第2の位置センサと、
前記進退機構の状態を示す制御情報に基づき前記進退機構を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、当該充電装置を初期設定する際に、前記第1の位置センサの検出値に基づいて前記進退部材が前記第1の位置に位置する第1の状態における前記進退機構の状態を示す第1の制御情報、及び前記第2の位置センサの検出値に基づいて前記進退部材が前記第2の位置に位置する第2の状態における前記進退機構の状態を示す第2の制御情報を取得し、当該充電装置により前記2次電池を充電する際に、取得した前記第1及び第2の制御情報に基づき、前記コネクタを前記第1の状態における位置及び前記第2の状態における位置に進退動作させるように前記進退機構を制御することを特徴とする充電装置。 - 前記進退機構は、
回転式駆動源と、該回転式駆動源の回転駆動を直進動に変換する変換機構を介して直線状に進退動作される無端懸架部材とを備え、
該無端懸架部材に前記コネクタを支持する支持体及び前記進退部材が接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電装置。 - 前記進退機構は、
直動式駆動源と、該直動式駆動源により進退動作される可動体とを備え、
該可動体に前記コネクタを支持する支持体及び前記進退部材が接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の位置センサは、前記第1及び第2の位置にそれぞれ設けられ、前記進退部材と接触することにより当該進退部材が前記第1及び第2の位置に位置することを検出する接触式センサであることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の充電装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の位置センサは、前記進退部材と非接触で当該進退部材が前記第1及び第2の位置に位置することを検出する非接触式センサであることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の充電装置。
- 前記第1の状態において、前記コネクタが前記2次電池から退避した後退位置に位置することを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の充電装置。
- 前記第2の状態において、前記コネクタが前記2次電池と接続される前進位置に位置することを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の充電装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記進退部材が前記第1及び第2の位置に位置するときにおける前記第1及び第2の位置センサの状態に基づいて、当該検出値を出力する位置範囲の中心位置をそれぞれ前記第1及び第2の位置と判断することを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の充電装置。
