Description
‐(自動車が移動していない)静止期中には、エンジン及びモータの両方が切られている。
‐始動時には、自動車を高速(25又は30Km/h)まで作動させるのは電気モータである。
‐高速に達すると、燃焼機関が引き継ぐ。
‐大きな加速の場合には、エンジンとモータとの両方が同時に作動するように引き受け、同じパワーのエンジンに匹敵する、若しくはそれ以上の加速を達成することができる。
‐加速期及び制動期中には、力学的エネルギーがバッテリーを再充電するために使用される(この機能は、市場で現在入手可能なすべてのハイブリッドエンジンで使用可能なわけではない)。
‐繊維補強材を加熱して溶融状態にするステップと、
‐鋳型中において、少なくとも部分的に溶融した状態の加熱された繊維補強材を、壁部を鋳型に対して膨張させるガスの圧力を使用して、壁部に溶着するステップと、
を備える。
‐繊維補強材を吹き込み成形鋳型中に導入するステップと、
‐繊維補強材を加熱して、溶融状態にするステップであって、上記導入するステップの前、間、又は後に行われる、ステップと、
‐鋳型に導入された、加熱された繊維補強材を、シートの鋳型キャビティに対して反対側の面に当てるステップと、
‐吹き込み成形鋳型中において、繊維補強材を少なくとも部分的に溶融した状態のシートに溶着するステップと、
からなるステップを備えることを特徴とする。
‐オーブンの加熱要素として赤外線を放射する金属ストリップの加熱の使用は、良好な結果をもたらす。この使用は限定的なものではない。さらに、これら加熱要素は振動に対して鈍感であり、想定される用途、すなわちタンクの製造に適合する寿命(製造による最適な使用で8000hを推定)を有する。
‐必要に応じて、加熱出力を調整することができ(制御ループを有するパイロメータ)、それによって、作業場の温度(ドラフト等)の変化に対する加熱の感度を減少させることができる。

Claims (16)
- タンク及び注入管を備える組立体から選択された物を製造するときに、繊維補強材(3、3’)を溶着する方法であって、
前記物は熱可塑性材料の壁部(4)を備え、
前記繊維補強材(3、3’)は、前記物の熱可塑性材料に適合する熱可塑性材料と、織られていても織られていなくてもよい短繊維、又は長繊維、又は連続繊維と、の両方を備え、
前記方法が、
‐前記繊維補強材(3、3’)を加熱して、溶融状態にするステップと、
‐鋳型(1,1’)の中で、前記加熱された繊維補強材(3、3’)を少なくとも部分的に溶融した状態で、前記壁部(4)を前記鋳型(1,1’)に対して膨張させるガスの圧力を使用して、前記壁部(4)に溶着するステップと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記物は、燃料タンクであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記物は、注入管であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維補強材(3、3’)は加熱要素(14)を使用して加熱され、前記加熱要素(14)は前記補強材の前に配置されて、前記補強材を放射によって、対流によって、又は接触によって加熱することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維補強材(3、3’)は前記鋳型の外側で加熱されて溶融状態にされ、次いで鋳型の中に加熱された状態で導入されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維補強材(3、3’)を予備成形することから成るステップを備え、この予備成形が、少なくとも部分的に前記鋳型(1、1’)の外側及び/又は前記鋳型(1、1’)内で行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維補強材(3、3’)を予備成形支持部材(16)上で予備成形することからなるステップが、前記補強材(3、3’)が加熱された後、かつ前記補強材(3、3’)が前記鋳型(1、1’)の中に搬送される前に前記鋳型の外側で行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記補強材(3、3’)の熱可塑性材料含有量が、少なくとも30%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記補強材(3、3’)の熱可塑性材料含有量が、少なくとも50%であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記補強材(3、3’)の熱可塑性材料含有量が、少なくとも70%であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳型(1、1’)中の、前記加熱された補強材(3、3’)が設けられる場所に、前記補強材がシートに溶着されるようになる前に前記補強材が冷却されることを防止するのに十分高い温度に前記鋳型を保持するための手段(2)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- タンク及び注入管を備える組立体から選択された物を、
熱可塑性材料から成るシート(4)を少なくとも部分的に溶融した状態で、吹き込み成形用鋳型(1、1’)内に導入するステップと、
前記シート(4)を前記鋳型(1、1’)のキャビティに対して、吹き込み成形ガスを使用して吹き込み成形することによってシェイピングするステップと、
前記シート(4)を型から外すステップと、
を実行することによって製造する方法であって、
前記物は、前記シート(4)によって形成され、前記シートの熱可塑性材料に適合する熱可塑性材料と、織られていても織られていなくてもよい短繊維、又は長繊維、連続繊維と、の両方を備える繊維補強材(3、3’)によって局所的に強化された熱可塑性材料の壁部(4)を備え、
前記方法が、前記繊維補強材(3、3’)を前記シート(4)に溶着するための請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法のステップを備え、
前記溶着する方法の前記鋳型(1、1’)が前記吹き込み成形用鋳型(1、1’)であり、溶着中に前記壁部(4)を前記鋳型(1、1’)に対して膨張させるガスの圧力が、前記吹き込み成形用ガスの圧力である、方法。 - 前記繊維補強材(3、3’)が前記鋳型(1、1’)中に導入されて、前記繊維補強材を、シート(4)の前記鋳型の内面に面する面とは反対側の面に対して押し当てる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維補強材(3、3’)が前記鋳型中に導入されて、前記繊維補強材を、前記鋳型(1、1’)の内面に対して押し当てる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも部分的に溶融した状態にある熱可塑性材料の2つのシートが、2つの鋳型半体と、前記2つの鋳型半体を離間させているコアと、を備える吹き込み成形用鋳型の中に導入され、一方のシートが第1の鋳型半体と、前記コアと、の間に導入され、他方のシートが第2の鋳型半体と、前記コアと、の間に導入され、
前記方法は、
前記2つのシートがシェイピングされた後に前記2つのシートを共に接合するステップと、
前記鋳型を開けることによって、前記コアを前記2つの鋳型半体間から取り出すステップと、
前記2つの鋳型半体を互いに対して元に戻すステップと、
をさらに備える、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 燃料タンク及び注入管を備える組立体から選択された物を、シートを少なくとも部分的に溶融した状態で、前記シートがシェイピングされた吹き込み成形用鋳型から取り外すステップと、
前記シートをポストブロー鋳型の中に導入するステップと、
前記シートを前記ポストブロー鋳型の内面に対してポストブローガスを使用して膨張させるステップと、
を実行することによって製造する方法であって、
前記物は、前記シートによって形成され、シートの熱可塑性材料と、織られていても、織られていなくてもよい短繊維、又は長繊維、又は連続繊維と、の両方を備える熱可塑性材料から成る壁部を備え、
前記方法は、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のシートに前記繊維補強材を溶着するための方法のステップを備え、
前記溶着鋳型はポストブロー鋳型であり、前記壁部を前記鋳型に対して膨張させるガスの圧力は、前記ポストブローガスの圧力であることを特徴とする方法。
