Claims (3)
- 一対の樹脂シートの間にコア材を挟み込み、各樹脂シートをキャビティ面から真空吸引することにより金型に密着させた後、金型を型締めして成形する成形方法であって、
コア材を押し当てることにより少なくとも一方の樹脂シートを引き伸ばした後、真空吸引により金型に密着させることを特徴とし、
成形後の前記少なくとも一方の樹脂シートは、深絞り形状を有することを特徴とする成形方法。 - 前記コア材は、前記樹脂シートと溶着し難い材料により形成されるコア材本体と、前記樹脂シートと溶着し易い材料により形成されコア材本体に形成された孔内に挿入される挿入材とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の成形方法。
- 前記挿入材を樹脂シートとの当接面から後退させた状態でコア材を樹脂シートに押し当て、樹脂シートを真空吸引により金型に密着させた後、挿入材を押し込んで樹脂シートと当接させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の成形方法。
