Claims (8)
- 複数のセルと、該複数のセルを収容する電池ケースと、を有する電池パックであって、
該複数のセルの夫々は直径が18mm以下であり、該複数のセルは該セルの軸方向視において千鳥に配置されると共に、該複数のセルの前後方向に並ぶセル間に空間が形成されるように配置され、
該電池ケースはその内面から上方に突出するリブを有し、
該リブは該空間に位置すると共に該リブによって該セルの冷却風路を形成することを特徴とする電池パック。 - 複数のセルと、該複数のセルを保持する保持部材と、該保持部材の上方に配置され該複数のセルの状態を監視する保護基板と、それらを収容する電池ケースと、を有する電池パックであって、
該複数のセルの夫々は直径が18mm以下であり、該複数のセルは該セルの軸方向視において千鳥に配置され、
該保持部材は、該複数のセルが位置しない該電池ケース内の空間に位置するリブを有し、該リブによって該保護基板を支持することを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電池パックを装着可能な装着部を有することを特徴とする電動工具。
- 夫々が円筒形状を有し夫々の直径が18mm以下である複数のセルと、
出力軸を有する電動工具に着脱可能で、該複数のセルを該複数のセルの軸が互いに平行となり、かつ、該複数のセルの軸が夫々該出力軸方向と直交するように配列する電池ケースと、を備え、
該複数のセルと該電池ケースとは、リブを介して互いに離間するように配列されることを特徴とする電動工具用電池パック。 - 夫々が円筒形状を有し夫々の直径が18mm以下である複数のセルと、
出力軸を有する電動工具に着脱可能で、該複数のセルを該複数のセルの軸が互いに平行となり、かつ、該複数のセルの軸が夫々該出力軸方向と直交するように配列する電池ケースと、を備え、
該複数のセルのうち少なくとも2つは、リブを介して互いに離間することを特徴とする電動工具用電池パック。 - 夫々が円筒形状を有し夫々の直径が18mm以下である複数のセルと、
該複数のセルに流れる電流を制御する保護基板と、
出力軸を有する電動工具に着脱可能で、該複数のセルを該複数のセルの軸が互いに平行となり、かつ、該複数のセルの軸が夫々該出力軸方向と直交するように配列する電池ケースと、を備え、
該保護基板と該複数のセルとは、リブを介して互いに離間することを特徴とする電動工具用電池パック。 - 該出力軸方向の内寸は、該複数のセルの5個分の外径の総和の9割以下であることを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の電動工具用電池パック。
- 電動モータと、
該電動モータの駆動が伝達される出力軸と、
該電動モータを収容するハウジングと、を備え、
該ハウジングは、請求項4乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の電動工具用電池パックを着脱可能とすることを特徴とする電動工具。
