Claims (4)
- 液体水素を流通する配管部をインボードアーム、アウトボードアーム及びエルボ配管で構成し、この各種配管部をスイベルジョイント部により回動自在に連結する構成とした液体水素用流体荷役装置であって、前記配管部は、真空二重管断熱構造を施した構成とし、前記スイベルジョイント部は、連結する一方の前記配管部と連設する外環部と、他方の前記配管部と連設する内環部とをベアリング部を介して相対回動自在に連結した構成とすると共に、このベアリング部が介在する前記外環部と前記内環部との境界相対回動部にヘリウムガスを封入し、該境界相対回動部内を大気圧よりも高圧な状態にした構成とし、且つ、大気中に露出し外気と接する外気接触壁部と、流通する前記液体水素と接する液体水素接触壁部との間に、真空部を軸方向に延設すると共に、一端を前記外気接触壁部に連設し他端を前記液体水素接触壁部に連設した熱伝導延長経路部を設けて、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の熱伝導距離を延長した構成とし、前記外環部は、前記ベアリング部を設ける外環相対回動部に真空二重管構造の直管状の被嵌部を連設した構成とし、前記内環部は、前記外環相対回動部と係合する内環相対回動部に真空二重管構造の直管状の嵌入部を連設した構成として、前記嵌入部を前記被嵌部に嵌入係合して前記外環部と前記内環部とを連結する構成とし、前記嵌入部と前記被嵌部との嵌入係合により、前記外気接触壁部となる前記被嵌部の外側管部と、前記液体水素接触壁部となる前記嵌入部の内側管部との間に、前記真空部を二層形成すると共に、前記被嵌部の内側管部と前記嵌入部の外側管部とが相対回動自在に重合する管壁重合部を形成し、この管壁重合部が前記熱伝導延長経路部となって前記外気接触壁部となる前記被嵌部の外側管部と前記液体水素接触壁部となる前記嵌入部の内側管部との間の熱伝導距離を延長した構成として、前記被嵌部の外側管部と前記嵌入部の内側管部との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成とし、尚且つ、前記嵌入部の前記内側管部と前記外側管部とを鏡面仕上げすると共に、該内側管部と前記外側管部との間に輻射シールド板とスペーサとを積層して成る積層真空断熱部を設けて、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の輻射による熱伝導を低減した構成として、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成としたことを特徴とする液体水素用流体荷役装置。
- 前記被嵌部と前記嵌入部とを嵌入係合した連結状態においては、前記被嵌部と前記嵌入部との境界部となる相対回動部と、前記ベアリング部が介在する前記境界相対回動部とが連通状態と成る構成として、前記境界相対回動部にヘリウムガスを注入して該境界相対回動部と共に前記相対回動部に前記ヘリウムガスを封入して、前記境界相対回動部内及び前記相対回動部内を大気圧よりも高圧な状態にした構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置。
- 液体水素を流通する配管部をインボードアーム、アウトボードアーム及びエルボ配管で構成し、この各種配管部をスイベルジョイント部により回動自在に連結する構成とした液体水素用流体荷役装置であって、前記配管部は、真空二重管断熱構造を施した構成とし、前記スイベルジョイント部は、連結する一方の前記配管部と連設する外環部と、他方の前記配管部と連設する内環部とをベアリング部を介して相対回動自在に連結した構成とすると共に、このベアリング部が介在する前記外環部と前記内環部との境界相対回動部にヘリウムガスを封入し、該境界相対回動部内を大気圧よりも高圧な状態にした構成とし、且つ、前記外環部は、前記ベアリング部を設ける外環相対回動部にフランジ部を設けた真空二重管構造の配管連結部を連設した構成とし、前記配管連結部及び前記内環部は、夫々真空二重管構造に構成し、夫々の前記外気接触壁部と、前記液体水素接触壁部との間に、前記真空部を軸方向に延設すると共に、一端を前記外気接触壁部に連設し他端を前記液体水素接触壁部に連設したコ字状若しくはつづら折り形状に形成した前記熱伝導延長経路部を設けて、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の熱伝導距離を延長した構成とし、尚且つ、前記熱伝導延長経路部を鏡面仕上げすると共に、輻射シールド板とスペーサとを積層して成る積層真空断熱部を設けて、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の輻射による熱伝導を低減した構成として、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成としたことを特徴とする液体水素用流体荷役装置。
- 前記配管部同士の連結に、バイヨネット継手構造を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置。
