Description
公知の組み付け技術は、特に機械的耐久性に関して、所望の品質を付与しない。
‐所定の割合の熱可塑性材料の粉末を未加工のエラストマ材料に組み込むことによる、エラストマ材料の官能化の第1の作業。官能化は、ある割合の熱可塑性材料の粉末が組み込まれた未加工のエラストマ材料の薄層を製造し、圧力下での上記エラストマ材料の加硫作業中に、上記層をエラストマ材料の主要層と溶融させることによって実施される;
‐熱可塑性複合材料をエラストマ材料の官能化された層に溶接する、溶接自体である第2の溶接作業。
‐使用される加硫用モールドの様々な部分を洗浄する予備ステップA);
‐未加工のエラストマの予備官能化された薄層を、所定の割合の熱可塑性材料の粉末をこのエラストマのこの層に均一に組み込むことによって準備する、第1のステップB);
‐未加工のエラストマの予備官能化された薄層をエラストマ材料の表面に塗布する、第2のステップC);
‐圧力下でエラストマ材料の加硫を実施する、第3のステップD)
を含み、印加される圧力は、未加工のエラストマの予備官能化された薄層が、加硫プロセス中にエラストマ材料の主要層に、少なくともその表面において組み込まれるような圧力である。
a)以下の要素:
‐テフロン(登録商標)でコーティングされたガラスクロスの2つの重なった層;
‐ポリエーテルイミド粉末が組み込まれた未加工のエラストマ材料のシート;
‐加硫されていない未加工のエラストマ材料のシート;
‐縁取りブロックのセット;
‐テフロンでコーティングされたガラスクロスの2つの重なった層
を加硫用モールドの底板上に配置し、全体を加硫用モールドの上板で覆う、第1の作業;
b)準備した積層体を、140℃の温度θ2まで予備加熱された加熱プレスの板上に配置する、第2の作業;
c)問題のエラストマにとって適切な公称加圧サイクルを印加する、積層体のホットプレスの第3の作業;
d)プレスが140℃の温度θ2を維持している間にモールドをプレスから取り外し、官能化エラストマをモールドから取り外し、放置して室温まで冷却する、第4の作業。
‐勾配2.5℃/分において最高230℃の高温θ1まで温度が漸進的に上昇する段階;
‐10分間温度θ1に保持する段階;
‐勾配2.5℃/分において140℃の温度θ2まで温度が低下する段階
を含む。
a)断熱材の板上に、以下に示す順番で、以下の要素:
‐耐熱ポリイミドの第1のフィルム;
‐官能化エラストマ材料;
‐ポリエーテルイミドの第1のフィルム;
‐事前にポリエーテルイミドを染み込ませた金属ワイヤ織布;
‐ポリエーテルイミドの第2のフィルム;
‐熱可塑性複合材料;
‐第2のポリイミドフィルム;
‐断熱材の層;
‐ガラスクロス
を配設する、設置の第1のステップ;
b)金属ワイヤ織布が突出できるよう配設されたポリイミドフィルムを用いて真空下でブラダを製造し、上記ブラダの気密性は高温マスチックによって保証される、第2のステップ;
c)ブラダを真空下に配置し、電力供給ユニットを金属ワイヤ織布に接続し、適切なサイクルに従って異なる値の電流を印加する、第3のステップ;
d)真空エンクロージャの働きをするポリイミドフィルムを除去し、積層体を取り外す、第4のステップ。
A)加硫用モールドの様々な部分を洗浄する予備ステップであって、上記洗浄は例えばメチルエチルケトン(即ちMEK)を用いて実施される、予備ステップ;
B)未加工のエラストマ材料の薄層を準備し、所定の割合の熱可塑性材料の粉末をこのエラストマの層に均一に組み込むことによって予備官能化する、第1のステップ。
C)未加工のエラストマの予備官能化された層を、熱可塑性複合材料と組み付けられることになる未加工のエラストマ材料の表面に塗布する、第2のステップ;及び
D)圧力下でのエラストマ材料の加硫が実施される第3のステップ。本発明によると、印加される圧力は、加硫プロセス中にエラストマ材料の2つの層が溶融するように決定される。
a)加硫用モールドの底板21上に、特に以下の順番で、エラストマ材料の官能化を実施するのに必要な以下の要素:
‐テフロンでコーティングされたガラスクロスの2つの重なった層22、23(これらの役割は重合後にモールドがエラストマを解放できるようにすることである);
‐ポリエーテルイミド粉末(即ちPEI)が組み込まれている未加工のエラストマの層24。選択された粉末は、20〜60μmの中央粒径、例えば45μmの直径を有する、PEI粉末(例えばUltem(登録商標)1000)である。組み込まれる粉体の割合に関しては、これは混合物全体の10〜25重量%、例えば20重量%におおよそ等しい値を有する。
‐官能化の対象の未加工のエラストマ材料(HNBR)(未加硫)のシート25;
‐縁取りブロック26、27(例えば304Lステンレス鋼タイプのブロック)のセット;
‐層22、23が提供する役割と同様の役割を果たす、テフロンでコーティングされたガラスクロスの2つの重なった層28、29
を、図2に示すように設置する、第1の作業。
b)準備した積層体を、140℃の温度θ2まで予備加熱された加熱プレスの板上に配置する、第2の作業;
c)問題のエラストマにとって適切な公称加圧サイクルを印加する、積層体のホットプレスの第3の作業。上記サイクルは:
‐高温θ1(2.5℃/分において最高230℃)まで温度が漸進的に上昇する段階;
‐温度θ1に保持する段階(10分に亘り230℃の平坦域);
‐温度θ2まで温度が低下する段階(2.5℃/分において140℃)
を含む;
d)プレスが温度θ2(140℃)を維持している間にモールドをプレスから取り外し、官能化エラストマをモールドから取り外し、放置して室温まで冷却する、第4の作業。
a)断熱材(例えばNL FIH)の板31上に、以下に示す順番で、主に以下の要素:
‐溶接後の組立体の分解を促進することを目的とした、好ましくはUpilex(登録商標)のフィルムである、耐熱性ポリイミドの第1のフィルム32;
‐官能化エラストマ材料33;
‐例えばUltem(登録商標)1000タイプのポリエーテルイミド(PEI)の第1のフィルム34;
‐例えばGantois社製の整理番号102083のクロスである、PEIを事前に染み込ませた金属ワイヤ織布35;
‐ポリエーテルイミド(PEI)の第2のフィルム36;
‐PEIでコーティングされた熱可塑性複合材料37(C/PEEK);
‐これもまた溶接後の組立体の分解を促進することを目的とした、ポリイミドUpilexの第2のフィルム38;
‐断熱材の層39(NL FIH);
‐存在する空気の排出を促進することを目的とした、例えばタイプE5555の、ガラスクロス311
を、図3に示すように設置する、第1のステップ。
b)PEIを染み込ませた金属ワイヤ織布が突出できるよう配設されたポリイミド(Thermalimide)のフィルム312を用いて真空下でブラダを製造し、上記ブラダの気密性は高温マスチックA800 3Gによって得られる、第2のステップ。
c)このようにして製造されたブラダ312を真空下に配置し、電力供給ユニットを金属ワイヤ織布35に接続し、適切なサイクル(例えば15.6Aで200秒間、続いて10Aで100秒間)に従って異なる値の電流を印加する、第3のステップ;
d)真空エンクロージャの働きをするポリイミドフィルム312を除去し、積層体を取り外して、このようにして製造されたエラストマ‐熱可塑性複合体組立体を回収する、第4のステップ。
Claims (12)
- 熱可塑性マトリクス複合体とエラストマとの間の溶接された構造的接合部を作製するための方法であって、
前記方法は、
‐所定の割合の熱可塑性材料の粉末を未加工のエラストマ材料に組み込むことによる、エラストマ材料の官能化の第1の作業であって、前記官能化は、ある割合の熱可塑性材料の粉末が組み込まれた未加工のエラストマ材料の薄層を製造し、圧力下での前記エラストマ材料の加硫作業中に、前記層を前記エラストマ材料の主要層と溶融させることによって実施される、第1の作業、
‐熱可塑性複合材料を前記エラストマ材料の官能化された層に溶接する、溶接自体である第2の溶接作業
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 官能化エラストマ自体を製造するための前記エラストマ材料の官能化の第1の作業は、
‐使用される加硫用モールドの様々な部分を洗浄する予備ステップA)、
‐前記未加工のエラストマの予備官能化された薄層を、所定の割合の熱可塑性材料の粉末を前記エラストマの前記層に均一に組み込むことによって準備する、第1のステップB)、
‐前記未加工のエラストマの前記予備官能化された薄層を前記エラストマ材料の表面に塗布する、第2のステップC)、
‐圧力下で前記エラストマ材料の加硫を実施する、第3のステップD)
を含み、
印加される前記圧力は、前記未加工のエラストマの前記予備官能化された薄層が、前記加硫プロセス中に前記エラストマ材料の前記主要層に、少なくとも前記主要層の表面において組み込まれるように決定される圧力である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記エラストマ材料の前記薄層に組み込まれる前記熱可塑性材料は、前記複合材料のマトリクスを形成する前記熱可塑性材料に溶接できることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマ材料の前記薄層に組み込まれる前記熱可塑性材料は、前記複合材料のマトリクスを形成する前記熱可塑性材料と同一であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記複合材料は炭素/ポリエーテルエーテルケトン複合体であり、前記エラストマ材料はHNBRであり、前記エラストマ材料の前記薄層に組み込まれる前記熱可塑性材料はポリエーテルイミドであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、20〜60μmの直径を有する粒子の形態の前記エラストマ材料に、混合体の10〜25重量%の割合で組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の溶接作業は、溶接対象の2つの材料の接合面を、発熱抵抗の機能を果たす金属ワイヤ織布を前記2つの表面の間に介在させることによって、加熱することからなり、前記金属ワイヤ織布自体には、前記熱可塑性材料を染み込ませてあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接作業の前に、組み付け対象の材料の表面の準備という予備作業があり、
前記予備作業は、前記表面の状態に応じて、溶剤を用いた単純な脱脂、又はエラストマ製の要素の官能化された表面の微粉砕及びそれに続く前記溶剤と同一の溶剤を用いた表面洗浄で構成される
ことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 官能化エラストマ自体を製造するための前記第1の作業は、
‐使用される加硫用モールドの様々な部分を洗浄する予備ステップA)、
‐前記未加工のエラストマの予備官能化された薄層を、所定の割合の熱可塑性材料の粉末を前記エラストマの前記層に均一に組み込むことによって準備する、第1のステップB)、
‐前記複合材料は炭素/ポリエーテルエーテルケトン複合体であり、前記エラストマ材料はHNBRであり、前記官能化エラストマの製造自体の第2のステップC)であって、
a)以下の要素、
‐テフロンでコーティングされたガラスクロスの2つの重なった層(22、23)、
‐ポリエーテルイミド粉末が組み込まれた未加工のエラストマ材料のシート(24)、
‐加硫されていない未加工のエラストマ材料のシート(25)、
‐縁取りブロックのセット(26、27)、
‐テフロンでコーティングされたガラスクロスの2つの重なった層(28、29)
を前記加硫用モールドの底板上に配置し、全体を前記加硫用モールドの上板で覆う、第1の作業、
b)準備した積層体を、140℃の温度θ2まで予備加熱された加熱プレスの板上に配置する、第2の作業、
c)前記エラストマに、所定の加圧サイクルにしたがって、加熱する、前記積層体のホットプレスの第3の作業、および
d)前記プレスが140℃の前記温度θ2を維持している間に前記モールドを前記プレスから取り外し、前記官能化エラストマを前記モールドから取り外し、放置して室温まで冷却する、第4の作業
を含む第2のステップC)、
‐圧力下で前記エラストマ材料の加硫を実施する、第3のステップD)
を含み、
印加される前記圧力は、前記未加工のエラストマの前記予備官能化された薄層が、前記加硫プロセス中に前記エラストマ材料の前記主要層に、少なくとも前記主要層の表面において組み込まれるように決定される圧力である
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第3の作業における前記加圧サイクルは、
‐勾配2.5℃/分において最高230℃の高温θ1まで温度が漸進的に上昇する段階、
‐10分間前記温度θ1に保持する段階、
‐勾配2.5℃/分において140℃の温度θ2まで温度が低下する段階
を含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記複合材料は炭素/ポリエーテルエーテルケトン複合体であり、前記エラストマ材料はHNBRであり、前記第2の溶接作業は、
a)断熱材の板(31)上に、以下に示す順番で、
‐耐熱ポリイミドの第1のフィルム(32)、
‐前記官能化エラストマ材料(33)、
‐ポリエーテルイミドの第1のフィルム(34)、
‐事前にポリエーテルイミドを染み込ませた金属ワイヤ織布(35)、
‐ポリエーテルイミドの第2のフィルム(36)、
‐前記熱可塑性複合材料(37)、
‐ポリイミドの第2のフィルム(38)、
‐断熱材の層(39)、
‐ガラスクロス(311)
を配設する、設置の第1のステップ;
b)前記金属ワイヤ織布(35)が突出できるよう配設されたポリイミドフィルム(312)を用いて真空下でブラダを製造し、前記ブラダの気密性は高温マスチックによって保証される、第2のステップ、
c)前記ブラダ(312)を真空下に配置し、電力供給ユニットを前記金属ワイヤ織布(35)に接続し、所定のサイクルに従って異なる値の電流を印加する、第3のステップ、
d)真空エンクロージャの働きをする前記ポリイミドフィルム(312)を除去し、積層体を取り外す、第4のステップ、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記第3のステップの間、前記金属ワイヤ織布(35)に15.6Aの電流が200秒間、続いて10Aの電流が100秒間印加されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
