Claims (4)
- アサリの母貝の雄から精子を取り出し、雌から卵子を取り出して、それぞれを別々の容器内の海水に懸濁させて懸濁液を製造し、これら懸濁液を20分〜40分の間の所定時間静置した後、それぞれの懸濁液を混合用容器に移して強制的に攪拌し、次いで、この混合用容器内の液体に空気を供給することによりこの液体を循環させた状態に維持して、この液体中の精子と卵子とを受精させることを特徴とするアサリの人工受精方法。
- 前記それぞれの懸濁液を、0.5mm四方以上1.0mm四方以下の目の大きさのフィルタを通して前記混合用容器に移す請求項1に記載のアサリの人工受精方法。
- 前記別々の容器内の海水の温度を10℃以上30℃以下にする請求項1または2に記載のアサリの人工受精方法。
- 前記混合用容器を気温10℃以上30℃以下の条件下におく請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のアサリの人工受精方法。
