Description
Claims (15)
- 自動車エンジン用モジュール(1)の組立方法であって、前記モジュール(1)が、ベアリングシート(2)を有する少なくとも1つの支持構造(3)と、前記ベアリングシート(2)に回転可能に取り付けられた少なくとも1つのカムシャフトとを具え、前記カムシャフトが、前記モジュール(1)の組立時に、少なくとも部分的に空洞のシャフトとして構成された支持シャフト(4)と、当該支持シャフト(4)の既定の接合位置(20)に連結される構成部品(5)とから構築され、前記支持シャフト(4)の空洞は、少なくとも部分的に前記接合位置(20)の下に延びており、前記構成部品(5)は前記支持シャフト(4)を受容する貫通開口(6)を有しており、前記方法が:
a)前記ベアリングシート(2)を有する前記支持構造(3)を設けるステップと、
b)前記構成部品(5)が、これらの貫通開口(6)が前記支持構造(3)のベアリングシート(2)に対して整列して配置されるように、既定の順序で前記支持シャフト(4)の上に固定される前記構成部品(5)を配置するステップと、
c)前記支持構造(3)のベアリングシート(2)と、前記構成部品(5)の貫通開口(6)とを通して前記支持シャフト(4)を押し込むステップとを具え、
前記構成部品(5)は、方法のステップb)での各場合において、最終的に構築されるカムシャフト上で想定される構成部品(5)の接合位置(20)とは一致しない仮の位置に配置され、
d)前記支持シャフト(4)が、前記ベアリングシート(2)と前記貫通開口(6)とを通して押し込まれた後に、前記接合位置(20)の領域の少なくとも一部において、前記支持シャフト(4)の外径と、対応する前記構成部品(5)の貫通開口(6)の内径とが、予め設定可能な重なる部分を有するように、前記支持シャフト(4)の直径が、前記接合位置(20)の領域の少なくとも一部において、内圧再成形の方法により拡大され、
e)前記構成部品(5)は、前記支持シャフト(4)に沿った前記構成部品(5)の軸上の移動により、および/または前記構成部品(5)に対する前記支持シャフト(4)の軸上の移動により、前記支持シャフト(4)上のこれらの各接合位置(20)に到達し、前記支持シャフト(4)に対する各構成部品(5)のそれぞれに必要な角度位置は、前記構成部品(5)の移動の前に、および/または前記支持シャフト(4)の移動の前に設定される、
ことを特徴とする自動車エンジン用モジュールの組立方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記支持シャフト(4)に対する各構成部品(5)の設定された角度位置は、所定の角度に前記支持シャフト(4)を回転させることにより設定されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記内圧再成形の方法に必要な圧力が、前記支持シャフト(4)の空洞(10)内で、加圧された流体により生成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記内圧再成形の方法の際に、前記支持シャフト(4)の空洞(10)内の圧力が、前記支持シャフト(4)の空洞(10)内に配置されて広がる圧力要素により生成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記支持シャフト(4)が、前記支持構造(3)のベアリングシート(2)と、前記構成部品(5)の貫通開口(6)とを通して押し込まれる前に、前記構成部品(5)の接合位置(20)の領域に少なくとも部分的に延在する少なくとも1つの構造(9)が、前記支持シャフト(4)の円周面に構成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、前記支持シャフト(4)の円周面に構成された前記構造(9)は、前記支持シャフト(4)の円周面の可塑性再成形により製造されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記可塑性再成形が、ロール成形を含む材料変位のプロセスであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、前記支持シャフト(4)の円周面に構成された前記構造(9)が、形状が一定の(geometry defined)切刃、および/または形状が一定でない(geometry undefined)切刃を用いた材料除去のプロセスにより製造されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法において、前記材料除去のプロセスが、形状が一定でない(geometry undefined)切刃を用いた研削加工(grinding)であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法において、前記材料除去のプロセスが、形状が一定の(geometry defined)切刃を用いた旋盤加工(turning)であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、前記構造(9)が材料除去のプロセスにより製造され、当該材料除去のプロセスが、浸食、レーザ、および電子ビーム加工を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、前記構造(9)が材料付加のプロセスにより製造され、当該材料付加のプロセスが、溶接およびはんだの適用を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記構造(9)が、前記支持シャフト(4)が前記ベアリングシート(2)を通して押し込まれる前に、機械加工されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記支持構造(3)、および/または前記構成部品(5)の少なくともいくつかが、前記支持シャフト(4)が、前記支持構造(3)のベアリングシート(2)と、前記構成部品(5)の貫通開口(6)とを通して押し込まれる間に、および/またはその前に、加熱されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記支持シャフト(4)の接合位置(20)の少なくとも一部の領域が、摩擦モーメントを増加させるコーティングでコーティングされていることを特徴とする方法。
