Description
Claims (8)
- 液化ガスおよび前記液化ガスの蒸発ガスを貯蔵する貯蔵タンクと、
前記貯蔵タンクから供給された液化ガスを加圧して送出する圧力ポンプと、
前記圧力ポンプを経た液化ガスを気化させる気化器と、
前記気化した液化ガスの供給を受けて減圧させる減圧バルブとおよび
前記圧力ポンプ、前記気化器および前記減圧バルブを経て供給された前記貯蔵タンクの液化ガスと前記圧力ポンプ前段の前記貯蔵タンクから供給された液化ガスの混合物を気体成分と液体成分とに分離させる気液分離器と、を含む、燃料ガス供給システム。 - 前記貯蔵タンクから供給された液化ガスを前記圧力ポンプおよび前記気化器を経て第1エンジン側に送る第1供給ラインと、
前記気化器後段の前記第1供給ラインから分岐され、前記気化した液化ガスを前記減圧バルブを経て前記気液分離器側に供給する第2供給ラインと、
前記圧力ポンプ前段の前記第1供給ラインから分岐され、前記貯蔵タンクから供給された液化ガスを前記気液分離器に送る第3供給ラインと、
前記気液分離器によって分離された前記気体成分を前記第1エンジンよりも運用圧力が低い第2エンジンの燃料ガスに供給する第4供給ラインをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の燃料ガス供給システム。 - 前記第4供給ラインに設置されて、前記第2エンジンが要求する温度条件に合うように前記気液分離器から供給された気体成分を加熱するヒーターをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の燃料ガス供給システム。
- 前記第4供給ラインに設置されて前記第2エンジンに供給される前記燃料ガスのメタン価を測定する測定部をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の燃料ガス供給システム。
- 前記測定部は前記燃料ガスの温度を感知する方法で前記燃料ガスのメタン価を測定する、請求項4に記載の燃料ガス供給システム。
- 前記第3供給ラインに設置された開閉バルブと、
前記測定されたメタン価とあらかじめ設定されたメタン価を比較して、前記第2エンジンの要求条件に合うようにメタン価を調節するために前記開閉バルブの動作を制御する制御部をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の燃料ガス供給システム。 - 前記気液分離器の内側に延びた前記第3供給ラインの出口側端部に設置されて、前記第3供給ラインを通じて供給された液化ガスを前記気液分離器の内側に噴射する噴射装置をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の燃料ガス供給システム。
- 前記貯蔵タンクの内部に設置されて、あらかじめ設定された圧力にしたがって前記貯蔵タンクに貯蔵された液化ガスを前記第1供給ラインを通じて送出する送出ポンプをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の燃料ガス供給システム。
