Claims (1)
- 3枚以上の木質基材が防湿シートを含む2つの防湿層を挟んで積層されてなる反り防止木質材を縦框として用いた木質建具の反り防止構造であって、前記反り防止木質材を前記2つの防湿層を境界として厚さ方向の3つのブロック層に区分したときに、内側のブロック層の厚さが外側のブロック層の厚さの1.5倍〜2.5倍であり、
前記反り防止木質材の表裏左右の外周面には外周防湿層が設けられており、
前記反り防止木質材の表裏面に温度差が生じると発生する水分の移動を前記防湿層が遮断し、前記防湿層を挟んで高含水率側の木質基材を膨張、低含水率側の木質基材を収縮させることにより、前記防湿層を境界線に各基材に相反する動きをさせて反りを防止することを特徴とする木質建具の反り防止構造。
