Description
Claims (11)
- 光受入開口と光放出開口とを有する光ガイド・スペースを画定するように構成された光ガイド・スペース画定部であって、前記光ガイド・スペースが、回路基板上に設けられた光源から放出された光を前記受入開口を通じて受け入れて、導入された光を前記放出開口を通じて放射されるように導くように構成されている、前記光ガイド・スペース画定部と、
前記回路基板を把持する把持部と、
を備えており、
少なくとも、前記回路基板に当接する前記光ガイド・スペース画定部の一部分と、前記回路基板に当接する前記把持部の一部分とは柔軟な材料から作られている、光放出構造体。 - 前記光ガイド・スペースの内側壁が磨かれて鏡面状の表面を有している、請求項1に記載の光放出構造体。
- 前記光ガイド・スペース画定部が、前記光放出開口を囲む光放出開口囲み部分から突出して光ガイドが装着されるように構成された光ガイド装着部を有しており、該光ガイド装着部が、前記光ガイドが装着されている位置での光の漏洩を防止するように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の光放出構造体。
- 前記光ガイド・スペース画定部と前記把持部とが一体成形処理によって一緒に作成される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の光放出構造体。
- 前記把持部は前記回路基板を把持する把持アームを有するように構成されており、
前記把持アームの少なくとも1つが、更に、前記光放出構造体を前記回路基板に対して位置決めするために、前記回路基板上に装着された構成要素が嵌め込まれる位置決めスペースを画定するように構成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の光放出構造体。 - 前記把持アームが前記回路基板を把持し始める際に、前記把持アームの少なくとも1つが曲げられて、前記把持アームのそれぞれの伸延した端部同士の間の距離が増大され、それによって、前記回路基板上に装着された前記構成要素が前記位置決めスペースに嵌め込まれようとしている間に、前記把持アーム同士の間に前記回路基板の縁端部を挿入することが可能になるように、前記把持アームの少なくとも1つが弾性材料から作られている、請求項5に記載の光放出構造体。
- 前記柔軟な材料は柔軟性ゴムあるいは熱可塑性エラストマである、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の光放出構造体。
- 前記柔軟な材料はシリコーン・ゴムである、請求項7に記載の光放出構造体。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の光放出構造体を備えた装置。
- 前記装置は電子装置である、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記電子装置は、セットトップ・ボックス、DVD又はブルーレイ・レコーダ、あるいは、ハードディスク・レコーダである、請求項10に記載の装置。
