Claims (24)
- 組織部位を治療するためのドレッシングにおいて、
前記組織部位に近接して位置決めされるように適合されたドレッシングボルスターと;
前記ドレッシングボルスターに近接して位置決めされかつ前記ドレッシングボルスターと流体連通する保持パウチであって、前記保持パウチが、第1の透過層、第2の透過層、および吸収性コアを含み、前記吸収性コアが、前記第1の透過層と前記第2の透過層との間に包み込まれている、保持パウチと;
前記保持パウチおよび前記ドレッシングボルスターを覆いかつ前記ドレッシングと前記組織部位との間に流体シールを提供するように適合されたシール部材であって、前記第1の透過層は前記ドレッシングボルスターに近接して位置決めされ、および前記第2の透過層は前記シール部材に近接して位置決めされ、前記第1の透過層および前記第2の透過層が、それぞれ、前記ドレッシングの長さ方向に沿って流体を向けるように前記ドレッシングの長さ方向に沿って方向付けられた列理を有する指向性ウィッキング面を含み、前記第1の透過層および前記第2の透過層が、それぞれ、流体を引き入れる流体獲得面を含み、前記流体獲得面は前記指向性ウィッキング面と反対方向に向き、前記第1の透過層の前記流体獲得面は前記ドレッシングボルスターに対面して位置決めされ、および前記第2の透過層の前記流体獲得面は前記吸収性コアに対面して位置決めされている、シール部材と;

- 請求項1に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記第1および前記第2の透過層の前記指向性ウィッキング面は、前記ドレッシングの前記長さ方向に沿って流体を向けるように方向付けられていることを特徴とする、ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記保持パウチが、前記シール部材と前記インターフェースとが接続する部分に、前記シール部材と前記保持パウチとの間の間隙を規定する凹部を含むことを特徴とする、ドレッシング。
- 請求項5に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記間隙に位置決めされて、余分な流体が前記インターフェースに達しないようにするフィルターをさらに含むことを特徴とする、ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記ドレッシングボルスターおよび前記保持パウチが、前記インターフェースと前記組織部位との間に流体連通をもたらし、および前記保持パウチが最大流体容量に達したとき、前記インターフェースは、少なくとも前記ドレッシングボルスターの縁部を通して前記組織部位と流体連通することを特徴とする、ドレッシング。
- 請求項5に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記凹部が、前記第2の透過層に結合されている前記第1の透過層によって規定されることを特徴とする、ドレッシング。
- 請求項1に記載のドレッシングにおいて、さらに、流体容量インジケータを含み、前記流体容量インジケータが:
前記保持パウチを通して伝達される減圧下で動くように適合された可動部材と;
前記可動部材に取り付けられた可視的インジケータと
を含み、
前記保持パウチが最大流体容量に達すると、前記保持パウチが、前記流体容量インジケータへの前記減圧の前記伝達が実質的に発生しないようにすることを特徴とする、ドレッシング。 - 請求項9に記載のドレッシングにおいて、
前記可動部材が潰れ可能な壁を含み;
前記可視的インジケータが、伸長位置および収縮位置を有する前記潰れ可能な壁に結合された表示部材を含み;および
前記潰れ可能な壁が、閾値圧力(Pt)を上回る減圧下で潰れるように適合されていることを特徴とする、ドレッシング。 - 請求項9に記載のドレッシングにおいて、
前記可動部材が、第1の端部および第2の端部を有する潰れ可能な壁を含み;
前記可視的インジケータが、前記潰れ可能な壁の前記第1の端部に結合された表示部材を含み、前記表示部材が、伸長位置および収縮位置を有し;および
前記ドレッシングが、さらに、前記潰れ可能な壁の前記第2の端部に結合されたベースを含み、前記ベースが前記シール部材に結合されていることを特徴とする、ドレッシング。 - 請求項9に記載のドレッシングにおいて、
前記可動部材が、第1の色を備える内面を有する凸状部材を覆うインジケータシール部材を含み;および
前記可視的インジケータは、第2の色を有する前記インジケータシール部材を含み、この色の外観は、減圧下において前記インジケータシール部材が前記凸状部材の前記内面に接近すると第3の色に変化することを特徴とする、ドレッシング。 - 請求項9に記載のドレッシングにおいて、前記可視的インジケータが電気機械式インジケータを含むことを特徴とする、ドレッシング。
- 患者の組織部位を治療するためのシステムにおいて、
ドレッシングであって:
第1の側面および第2の側面を有するドレッシングボルスターであって、前記第1の側面は前記第2の側面の反対側に向き、前記ドレッシングボルスターの前記第1の側面が、前記組織部位に対面するように位置決めされるように適合されている、ドレッシングボルスター、
前記ドレッシングボルスターの前記第2の側面に近接して位置決めされた保持パウチであって、前記保持パウチは、流体を保持するように適合され、かつ第1の透過層、第2の透過層、および吸収性コアを含み、前記吸収性コアは、前記第1の透過層と前記第2の透過層との間に包み込まれ、前記第1の透過層および前記第2の透過層が、それぞれ、前記ドレッシングの長さ方向に沿って流体を向けるように前記ドレッシングの長さ方向に沿って方向付けられた列理を有する指向性ウィッキング面を含み、前記第1の透過層および前記第2の透過層が、それぞれ、流体を引き入れる流体獲得面を含み、前記流体獲得面は前記指向性ウィッキング面とは反対方向に向き、前記第1の透過層の前記流体獲得面は前記ドレッシングボルスターに対面して位置決めされ、および前記第2の透過層の前記流体獲得面は前記吸収性コアに対面して位置決めされている、保持パウチ、

前記シール部材に結合されたインターフェースであって、前記シール部材アパーチャを通して前記ドレッシングと流体連通するインターフェース
を含むドレッシングと;
減圧源と;
前記減圧源を前記インターフェースに流体的に結合する送達導管と
を含むことを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項14に記載のシステムにおいて、前記ドレッシングに減圧を適用すると、前記ドレッシングボルスターが、収縮して、前記組織部位の切開を閉鎖することができる圧縮力を加えるように適合されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項14に記載のシステムにおいて、前記ドレッシングボルスターが、前記組織部位に減圧を分配するように適合された疎水性材料で構成されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項14に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1の透過層が前記ドレッシングボルスターに近接して位置決めされ、および前記第2の透過層が前記シール部材に近接して位置決めされていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項14に記載のシステムにおいて、前記保持パウチが、前記第2の透過層に、前記シール部材アパーチャと前記保持パウチとの間の間隙を規定する凹部を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項18に記載のシステムにおいて、前記間隙に位置決めされて、余分な流体が前記インターフェースに達しないようにするフィルターをさらに含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項14に記載のシステムにおいて、前記ドレッシングボルスターおよび前記保持パウチが、前記インターフェースと前記組織部位との間に流体連通をもたらし、および前記保持パウチが最大流体容量に達したとき、前記インターフェースは、少なくとも前記ドレッシングボルスターの縁部を通して前記組織部位と流体連通することを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項18に記載のシステムにおいて、前記凹部が、前記第2の透過層に結合されている前記第1の透過層によって規定されることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項14に記載のシステムにおいて、さらに流体容量インジケータを含み、前記流体容量インジケータが:

前記可動部材が、第1の端部および第2の端部を有する潰れ可能な壁を含み;
前記可視的インジケータが、前記潰れ可能な壁の前記第1の端部に結合された表示部材を含み、前記表示部材が伸長位置および収縮位置を有し;
前記潰れ可能な壁が、閾値圧力(Pt)を上回る減圧下で潰れるように適合されており;および
前記ドレッシングが、さらに、前記潰れ可能な壁の前記第2の端部に結合されたベースを含み、前記ベースが前記シール部材に結合されていることを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項14に記載のシステムにおいて、前記ドレッシングボルスターが、前記組織部位と前記保持パウチとの間に位置決めされていることを特徴とする、システム。
