Description
化粧品組成物内の便益剤(benefit agent)の溶解度を上昇させるための取り組みが開示されている。米国特許公開出願第2006/0024337号には、両親媒性ブロックコポリマーを有する親油性化合物を化粧品組成物に溶解させる方法が記載されている。パーソナル洗浄組成物内の便益剤の被着を向上させる他の取り組みも記載されている。米国特許第6576228号では、向上したSPFを提供する水溶性化合物を含むパーソナル洗浄組成物が記載されている。便益剤の被着を向上させる、更に他の取り組みが記載されている。米国特許第6399045号では、便益剤及びカチオン性ポリマーを含む液状パーソナル洗浄組成物が記載されている。
一般に、本発明で使用してよいトリシクロデカンアミドに関して、消費者が使用する組成物での使用に該トリシクロデカンアミドが好適であるという以外に制限はない。しかし、本発明での使用に好適なトリシクロデカンアミドは、式I又は式IIを有する少なくとも1つの化合物によって表されることが多い。式Iのトリシクロデカンアミドが好ましい。

担体は、本発明の意味において固形剤又は液状剤ではない。担体用の化粧品的に許容される構成成分としては、水、シリコーン油、乳化剤及びポリマー性増粘剤を挙げることができる。これらの材料の量は、組成物の0.1から99重量%、好ましくは0.1から80重量%、最も好ましくは1から50重量%の範囲に及んでよく、そこに包含される全ての範囲を含む。
本明細書で規定するLog P値を有している限り、本発明の組成物での使用に好適である、化粧品便益剤(特定の薬剤の融点に応じて固体又は液体であってよい)の例を、下に記載する。
落屑促進剤も好適な化粧品便益剤である。例は、アルファ−ヒドロキシカルボン酸、ベータ−ヒドロキシカルボン酸である。「酸」という用語は、遊離酸だけでなく、この塩及びC1−C30アルキル又はアリールエステル並びに環状又は直鎖ラクトン構造を形成するための水の除去から生じたラクトンも含むことを意味する。代表的な酸は、グリコール酸及びその誘導体、乳酸並びにリンゴ酸である。サリチル酸は、ベータ−ヒドロキシカルボン酸の代表である。これらの材料の量は、存在する場合、組成物の0.01から15重量%の範囲に及んでよい。
(3)好適である炭化水素としては、ペトロラタム、鉱油、C11−C13イソパラフィン及びイソヘキサデカンが挙げられる、
(4)ステロールエステル、その大豆ステロール及びコレステロール脂肪酸エステルがその例である。
(6)炭酸エステルのジエステル、例えばジカプリリルカーボネートとしても公知のセチトールCC。
実験方法
全ての試薬及び溶媒は、販売元(シグマ−アルドリッチ、EMDケミカルズ)より入手し、別途指摘しない限り、供給されたまま使用した。並列反応及び並列溶媒除去は、ビュッヒシンコア反応装置(ビュッヒコーポレーション、ニューキャッスル、デラウェア州)を使用して行った。反応監視は、薄層クロマトグラフィー(TLC)を使用して行った。TLCは、シリカゲル60 F254プレート(EMDケミカルズ)を使用して、UV(254nm)、エタノール(EtOH)中4%リンモリブデン酸(PMA)、エタノール中4%ニンヒドリンによって描出して、及び/又はヨウ素チャンバを使用して行った。フラッシュクロマトグラフィー(FC)は、バイオタージSP4システム(バイオタージLLC、シャーロッツビル、バージニア州)を使用して行った。高速液体クロマトグラフィー(HPLC)は、ウォーターズ2996フォトダイオードアレイ検出装置を装備して、Empower Proソフトウェアによって操作された、ウォーターズ2695モジュール(ウォーターズ社)を使用して行った。分離は、30℃に維持したレステックピナクルDB C18カラム(5μm、4.6×150mm)で1ml/分にて行った。HPLCの標本は、標本1mgを移動相A:B(1:1)1mlに溶解させて、5μLをカラムに注入することによって調製した。移動相は、A=水中0.1%トリフルオロ酢酸(TFA)及びB=アセトニトリル中0.1%TFA(ACN)より成り、95:5 A:Bから5:95 A:Bまでの勾配溶離(勾配、25分)、続いて100%B(定組成、5分)を使用して操作された。ガスクロマトグラフィー(GC)は、325℃に加熱した、DB−5HT(15m×0.32mm;0.1μ)カラム及びFID検出装置を装備したアジレント7890Aガスクロマトグラフを使用して行った。標本をアセトン中25ppm濃度で調製し、注入体積は1μLであった。空気流、ヘリウム流及び水素流を400、25及び30ml/分に維持して、分離勾配は、100℃(等温、1分)、15℃/分から250℃まで、250℃(等温、4分)、25℃/分から300℃まで及び300℃(等温、3分)より成っていた。液体クロマトグラフィー/質量分析(LC−MS)は、フィニガンマットLCQ質量分析計を使用して、メタノール中への標本(50ppm)の直接注入によって行い、エレクトロスプレーイオン化を(+)モードで使用して、全イオン数を監視した(ESI+)。1H及び13C核磁気共鳴(NMR)分光法は、Eft−60 NMR分光計(Anasazi instruments,Inc.)を使用して行い、WinNutsソフトウェア(エイコーンNMR,Inc.)を使用して処理した。融点は、Meltemp装置(ラボラトリー・デバイセス)を使用して測定した。純度は、HPLC−UV/Vis及び/又はGCを使用して測定した。全ての化合物は、LC−MS及び/又は1H NMRによって明確に確認した。DCM=ジクロロメタン;DIPEA=N,N−ジイソプロピルエチルアミン;RT=室温;MTBE=メチルtert−ブチルエーテル;TFA=トリフルオロ酢酸;ACN=アセトニトリル;IPA=イソプロピルアルコール;FC=フラッシュクロマトグラフィー。
トリシクロ[3.3.1.13,7]デカン−1−カルボニルクロリドを窒素雰囲気下、ジクロロメタン中で撹拌して、溶液を氷浴中で0℃まで冷却した。選んだアミンの溶液を、トリシクロ[3.3.1.13,7]デカン−1−カルボニルクロリドの溶液にゆっくり添加した。添加完了時に、反応混合物を室温まで加温して、N2下で一晩撹拌した。ワークアップ:反応混合物に水を添加して、ジクロロメタンで抽出し、0.1N HCl、飽和NaHCO3及び飽和NaCl溶液で洗浄し、ナトリウムサルフェートで脱水して、ロータリーエバポレータで蒸発させた。固形分をシリカゲル濾過(シリカゲル床、ヘキサン中15%エチルアセテート)によって精製した。濾液をロータリーエバポレータで蒸発させて、対応する白色結晶性アミドを得た。
以下の前駆物質化粧品組成物を調製して、結晶含有率、すなわち液状剤中の固形剤の溶解度について評価した。

ハイドロゲルベース系を使用する実施例
メインタンク内でまずアリストフレックスAVCを水と合わせ、均質になるまで混合することによって、以下の組成物を生成した。残りの成分をメインタンクに続けて添加して、85℃まで加熱しながら混合した。次に組成物を混合しながら室温まで冷却して、化粧品組成物を得た。水及び水溶性成分並びに油及び油溶性成分を合わせることなどの、代わりの方法を使用することもできる。次に2つの混合物を約85℃まで加熱して、続いて合わせて、室温まで冷却して、化粧品組成物を得ることができる。請求項29で使用した手順に従ってまず前駆物質混合物を調製することを含む、当業者に公知の更に他の方法を使用して、化粧品組成物を調製することもできる。別にシャシー構成成分(ポリマー増粘剤及び水)を、均質なゲルが生成するまで混合した。次に2つの混合物を続いて、混合しながら室温にて合わせ、化粧品組成物を得た。比較例の場合、メインタンク内でまずアリストフレックスAVCを水と合わせ、均質になるまで混合することによって、組成物を生成した。残りの成分をメインタンクに続けて添加して、85℃まで加熱しながら混合した。次に続いて、組成物を混合しながら室温まで冷却して、化粧品組成物を得た。調製した組成物及び得られた観察結果を表4にまとめる。また交差偏光子を装着したLeitz Pol S光学顕微鏡を40倍の倍率で使用して、室温まで冷却した72時間後に作製したサンプル30(図1)及び比較サンプルA(図2)の顕微鏡写真を参照のこと。
水中油型エマルジョンを使用する実施例
メインタンク内でまずキサンタンガムを水と合わせ、均質になるまで混合することによって、以下の組成物を生成した。残りの成分をメインタンクに続けて添加して、85℃まで加熱しながら混合した。次に組成物を混合しながら室温まで冷却して、化粧品組成物を得た。水及び水溶性成分並びに油及び油溶性成分を合わせることなどの、代わりの方法を使用することもできる。次に2つの混合物を約85℃まで加熱して、続いて合わせて、室温まで冷却して、化粧品組成物を得ることができる。請求項29で使用した手順に従ってまず前駆物質混合物を調製することを含む、当業者に公知の更に他の方法を使用して、化粧品組成物を調製することもできる。別にシャシー構成成分(ポリマー増粘剤及び水)を、均質なゲルが生成するまで混合した。次に2つの混合物を続いて、混合しながら室温にて合わせ、化粧品組成物を得た。負の例の場合、メインタンク内でまずアリストフレックスAVCを水と合わせ、均質になるまで混合することによって、組成物を生成した。残りの成分をメインタンクに続けて添加して、85℃まで加熱しながら混合した。次に続いて、組成物を混合しながら室温まで冷却して、化粧品組成物を得た。

Claims (9)
- a)トリシクロデカンアミドと、b)固形剤と、c)液状剤とを含む局所適用のための化粧品組成物であって、d)前記固形剤が、ブチルメトキシジベンゾイルメタン、コレステロール、クリンバゾール、サリチル酸、12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸、2−ヒドロキシエチル尿素、レチニルパルミテート、ナイアシンアミド、メチルパラベンから選択される化合物であり、前記液状剤が、オクチルメトキシシンナメート、共役リノール酸、PPG−20メチルグルコースエーテル、ポリプロピレングリコール、レチノールプロピオネート、トリイソステアリン、トリイソステアリルシトレートから選択される化合物であり、e)前記固形剤の前記液状剤に対する重量比が0.001から1の範囲内であり、トリシクロデカンアミドが、

- 前記組成物中の前記固形剤がナイアシンアミドである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物中の前記固形剤が12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、更に、ヨードプロピニルブチルカルバメート、フェノキシエタノール、イミダゾリジニル尿素、ナトリウムデヒドロアセテート及びベンジルアルコールよりなる群から選択される保存料を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物によって、消費者の皮膚に化粧品固形剤を局所的に送達する方法。
