Description
The present invention comprises a drying treatment unit that dries hydrous biomass to produce dry biomass, a carbonization treatment unit that carbonizes the dry biomass to produce biomass carbide, and burns pyrolysis gas generated in the carbonization treatment unit. The present invention relates to a biomass carbide manufacturing system including a pyrolysis gas incineration unit for incineration.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is known a biomass carbide manufacturing system that manufactures biomass carbide by carbonizing after drying hydrous biomass such as dewatered sludge (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Such a biomass carbide manufacturing system can reduce the emission of greenhouse gases because it can omit the incineration of biomass waste and can use the manufactured biomass carbide as an alternative fuel for a thermal power plant. It is attracting attention as.
In such a biomass carbide manufacturing system, a configuration for effectively recovering heat generated in the system is adopted for the purpose of reducing the consumption of fossil fuel that causes greenhouse gas emissions.
Specifically, the pyrolysis gas generated in the carbonization processing unit is incinerated in the pyrolysis gas incineration unit, and the exhaust gas generated at that time is supplied to the drying processing unit as a heat source.
Furthermore, in the biomass carbide manufacturing system described in
In the biomass carbide production system, it is desired to efficiently secure a heat source without impairing the greenhouse gas reduction effect. For example, in the pyrolysis gas incinerator, a high temperature heat source is required to sufficiently heat the pyrolysis gas and decompose the dioxins and the like in the pyrolysis gas. Therefore, in the conventional system described above, a fossil fuel burner using fossil fuel (auxiliary fuel) as a fuel is provided in the pyrolysis gas incinerator. When the fossil fuel is burned by the fossil fuel burner to cover the amount of heat necessary for the pyrolysis gas incinerator, the greenhouse gas reduction effect is impaired and the energy saving performance is deteriorated. It was.
Moreover, in the conventional biomass carbide manufacturing system mentioned above, a part of dry biomass produced | generated in the drying process part is taken out, and it supplies as a solid biomass fuel to a biomass combustion part, and makes it burn. Thus, when providing the biomass combustion part which burns solid biomass fuel, the combustion residue containing an unburned component generate | occur | produces in the biomass combustion part. Such combustion residues are usually discarded by being incinerated as appropriate and then landfilled.
In view of this situation, the main problem of the present invention is that, in producing biomass carbide from hydrous biomass, a heat source necessary for a part different from the pyrolysis gas incineration part or the pyrolysis gas incineration part is obtained by burning solid biomass fuel. It is in providing a biomass carbide production system that can reasonably produce biomass carbide while ensuring.
The first characteristic configuration of the present invention is a drying treatment unit that dries hydrous biomass to produce dry biomass;
A carbonization treatment unit that carbonizes the dry biomass to produce biomass carbide,
A biomass carbide production system comprising a pyrolysis gas incineration unit for burning and incinerating pyrolysis gas generated in the carbonization unit,
Combusting solid biomass fuel to generate combustion gas, and having a biomass combustion section that supplies the combustion gas as a heat source,
A combustion residue mixing unit for mixing the combustion residue taken out from the biomass combustion unit with the biomass supplied to the carbonization unit is provided.
According to this configuration, for example, the biomass to be treated or other solid biomass fuel can be burned in the biomass combustion section, and used as a heat source such as a pyrolysis gas incineration section. And about the combustion residue containing the unburned component of the solid biomass fuel generated in this biomass combustion part, it is not discarded, but in the form mixed with the biomass supplied to the carbonization part by the combustion residue mixing part, It can supply to a carbonization process part as a raw material of biomass carbide | carbonized_material. Therefore, the combustion residue of solid biomass fuel can be carbonized and recovered as part of biomass carbide.
Therefore, according to the present invention, in producing biomass carbide from hydrous biomass, it is reasonable to secure a heat source necessary for the pyrolysis gas incineration unit and a part other than the pyrolysis gas incineration unit by burning solid biomass fuel. A biomass carbide production system capable of producing biomass carbide can be realized.
The 2nd characteristic structure of this invention exists in the point which supplies the waste gas discharged | emitted from the said pyrolysis gas incineration part as a heat source to the said drying process part.
According to this configuration, dry biomass can be efficiently generated in the drying processing unit using the exhaust gas discharged from the pyrolysis gas incineration unit as a heat source. And since a part of the dry biomass is burned with a biomass burner as solid biomass fuel, energy-saving property can be improved.
The 3rd characteristic structure of this invention has the point which provided the dry biomass distribution part which takes out a part of dry biomass produced | generated by the said drying process part, and supplies it to the said biomass combustion part as said solid biomass fuel.
According to this configuration, since a part of the dried biomass generated in the drying processing unit is burned in the biomass burning unit as solid biomass fuel, a sufficient amount of combustion gas is efficiently generated, and the combustion gas is heated, for example, It can be supplied to the cracked gas incinerator as a heat source.
The 4th characteristic structure of this invention exists in the point which the said combustion residue mixing part mixes the combustion residue taken out from the said biomass combustion part with the dry biomass supplied to the said carbonization process part from the said drying process part.
According to this configuration, since the combustion residue is mixed with the dry biomass supplied from the dry processing unit to the carbonization unit by the combustion residue mixing unit, the biomass in a state where the combustion residue is mixed with the dry biomass. It can be appropriately supplied to the carbonization processing part as a part of the raw material of the carbide. Furthermore, in the case of including a dry biomass distribution unit that takes out a part of the dry biomass generated in the dry processing unit and supplies the solid biomass fuel to the biomass combustion unit, the combustion residue mixing unit includes the biomass combustion The combustion residue taken out from the section can be mixed with the dry biomass flowing between the biomass distribution section and the carbonization section. With this configuration, the entire amount of the combustion residue can be appropriately supplied to the carbonization processing part as part of the biomass carbide raw material.
The fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the combustion residue mixing unit mixes the combustion residue taken out from the biomass combustion unit with the hydrated biomass supplied to the drying processing unit.
According to this configuration, since the combustion residue is mixed with the water-containing biomass supplied to the drying processing unit by the combustion residue mixing unit, even if the combustion residue is high temperature, It can be cooled by the moisture contained. Thereby, ignition of a high temperature combustion residue can be prevented.
Furthermore, the water-containing biomass mixed with the combustion residue is sufficiently agitated in the drying treatment in the drying treatment section, and the dried biomass after the agitation is supplied to the carbonization treatment section. Can be sufficiently dispersed to produce biomass carbide with little quality variation.
A sixth characteristic configuration of the present invention is a mixing amount of the combustion residue to the biomass by the combustion residue mixing unit so that a calorific value of the biomass generated in the carbonization processing unit is not less than a predetermined set calorific value. It is in the point provided with the combustion residue mixing control means which controls.
According to this configuration, by providing the combustion residue mixing control means, the calorific value of the biomass carbide generated in the carbonization processing unit is set to a predetermined value in a form that controls the amount of combustion residue mixed into the biomass by the combustion residue mixing unit. Since it can maintain more than a preset calorific value, in the carbonization process part, the quality deterioration of the biomass carbide | carbonized_material resulting from the excessive increase in the mixing ratio of a combustion residue can be prevented.
The seventh characteristic configuration of the present invention comprises a biomass combustion control means for controlling a supply amount of solid biomass fuel to the biomass combustion section,
The biomass combustion control means limits the supply amount of the solid biomass fuel so that the storage amount of the combustion residue before being mixed with the biomass supplied to the carbonization processing unit is equal to or less than a predetermined set storage amount. The fuel supply amount limiting process is executed.
According to this configuration, by supplying the biomass combustion control means, for example, for the purpose of maintaining the furnace temperature in the pyrolysis gas incineration unit at a predetermined set furnace temperature, the amount of solid biomass fuel supplied to the biomass combustion unit Can be controlled. The biomass combustion control means executes the fuel supply amount restriction process to restrict the supply amount of the solid biomass fuel, thereby appropriately suppressing the generation of the combustion residue in the biomass combustion part, The storage amount can always be maintained below the set storage amount. Thereby, for example, the surplus combustion residue to be disposed of can be reduced as much as possible while preventing the deterioration of the quality of the biomass carbide resulting from the excessive increase in the mixing ratio of the combustion residue in the carbonization processing section.

The pyrolysis gas incineration unit 4 is composed of, for example, a known gas combustion furnace, and the pyrolysis gas G2 supplied from the
The high-temperature exhaust gas G3 discharged from the pyrolysis gas incineration unit 4 is appropriately mixed with the exhaust gas G1 discharged from the drying
In the present embodiment, the exhaust gas G4 discharged from the pyrolysis gas incineration unit 4 is used as a heat source of the drying

The above is the basic configuration of the present system, and this system is configured to produce biomass carbide X3 from the hydrated biomass X1 by adopting a unique and rational feature configuration. Hereinafter, the characteristic configuration of this system will be described in order.
[Biomass burner]
This system is provided with a
Further, the
That is, in the
By providing the
If the combustion amount of the
The
Furthermore, the moisture content of the dried biomass X2 that is dispensed from the drying
In addition, the process conditions of the
Combustion air A is supplied from the
The
That is, since the
The low-temperature combustion air A supplied from the

The
