Claims (11)
- 特に内燃機関のクランクケース換気用のオイル分離装置(1)であり、縦軸(10)方向に延びる中空部材(11)であって、オイル(12)を含むガス流れ(13)が貫流し得る中空部材(11)を有する、オイル分離装置(1)であって、前記中空部材(11)内に、オイル分離リング(14)であって、前記ガス流れ(13)が前記オイル分離リングに向かって流れることができるオイル分離リング(14)が形成されるオイル分離装置(1)において、
前記中空部材(11)内に、前記縦軸(10)内に位置する流れの突起部(16)を有するほぼ回転対称の流れガイド部材(15)であって、下流側の方向において半径方向に拡大する流れの輪郭(17)を有するほぼ回転対称の流れガイド部材(15)が、前記ガス流れ(13)が前記流れガイド部材(15)の回りを流れ得るように、かつ、前記流れの輪郭(17)と前記中空部材(11)の内側(11a)との間の前記ガス流れ(13)が加速されながら前記オイル分離リング(14)に衝突し得るように、配置され、
前記流れガイド部材(15)の半径方向の外側の領域と、前記中空部材(11)の前記内側(11a)との間に、半径方向の流れの断面幅を有する全周の流れの断面領域(18)が形成され、前記オイル分離リング(14)が、少なくとも前記流れの断面領域(18)における前記半径方向の流れの断面幅に合致する半径方向の幅を有する、
ことを特徴とするオイル分離装置(1)。 - 請求項1に記載のオイル分離装置(1)において、前記流れガイド部材(15)の前記流れの輪郭(17)が、前記ガス流れ(13)の流れの方向に対向して凸形となるように構成される、ことを特徴とするオイル分離装置(1)。
- 請求項1または2に記載のオイル分離装置(1)において、前記オイル分離リング(14)が少なくとも部分的に不織材料(19)から形成される、ことを特徴とするオイル分離装置(1)。
- 請求項3に記載のオイル分離装置(1)において、前記オイル分離リング(14)が、前記不織材料(19)を少なくとも部分的に受け入れる担持リング(20)を有する、ことを特徴とするオイル分離装置(1)。
- 請求項3または4に記載のオイル分離装置(1)において、前記オイル分離リング(14)および特に前記不織材料(19)が、前記加速されたガス流れ(13)中において、次のような態様、すなわち、前記オイル分離リング(14)または前記不織材料(19)が、前記オイル分離リング(14)または前記不織材料(19)において前記オイル(12)を分離するために前記ガス流れ(13)を衝突させることができる衝突部材として作用するような態様において形成される、ことを特徴とするオイル分離装置(1)。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のオイル分離装置(1)において、前記オイル分離リング(14)が、その外周面を前記中空部材(11)の前記内側(11a)に隣接させて配置され、その結果、前記ガス流れ(13)の少なくとも一部分を、前記オイル分離リング(14)によって半径方向の内向きに方向転換できる、ことを特徴とするオイル分離装置(1)。
- 請求項3、4、5、および請求項3乃至5の何れか1項を引用する請求項6のうちの何れか1項に記載のオイル分離装置(1)において、前記不織材料(19)が、前記ガス流れ(13)が部分的に前記不織材料(19)を貫流し得るように決定されるガス透過性を有する、ことを特徴とするオイル分離装置(1)。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のオイル分離装置(1)において、前記オイル分離リング(14)の下流側に位置するように前記中空部材(11)内に配置される付加的なオイル分離部材(21)が設けられる、ことを特徴とするオイル分離装置(1)。
- 請求項8に記載のオイル分離装置(1)において、前記付加的なオイル分離部材(21)が、筒状に形成されて前記中空部材(11)内に嵌め込まれる、ことを特徴とするオイル分離装置(1)。
- 請求項9に記載のオイル分離装置(1)において、前記流れガイド部材(15)の下流側に、前記ガス流れ(13)を、前記筒状の付加的なオイル分離部材(21)の内側に向かって方向転換し得る方向転換部材(22)が配置される、ことを特徴とするオイル分離装置(1)。
- 請求項10に記載のオイル分離装置(1)において、前記オイル分離リング(14)と前記方向転換部材(22)との間に中間要素(23)が形成され、前記中間要素(23)は半径方向の間隙(24)を有し、前記半径方向の間隙(24)を通って、前記ガス流れ(13)が、前記付加的なオイル分離部材(21)の前記内側に、特に加速されながら衝突し得る、ことを特徴とするオイル分離装置(1)。
