炭酸カルシウム
ホウ酸亜鉛
メラミンMel F40(Ecochem製)
三水和アルミナ(ATH)。
表1に示す以下の実施例のレシピを作製した:
以下の各試験を行った:EN 310を用いる破壊係数(MOR)及び弾性係数(MOE)、ブリネル硬度(EN 1534)、耐引っ掻き性(SS 839122)。結果を表2に示す。
吸水試験を行った。結果を表3に示す。
板厚膨脹試験を行った(EN 317)。結果を表4に示す。
冷液体に対する表面耐性を、ISO 4211(1979年)に準拠して試験した。各試験液及び試験期間は以下のとおりであった:
水 24時間
パラフィン油 24時間
コーヒー 16時間
48%エタノール 16時間
赤ワイン 6時間
アセトン 2分間
5 視認可能な変化なし(損傷なし)
4 光源が試験表面の痕跡上若しくはそのすぐ近くに当てられ(mirrored)、観察者の眼へと反射される場合にのみ視認可能な光沢の僅かな変化、又は辛うじて視認可能な数箇所の単離痕跡
3 幾つかの視野方向で視認可能な僅かな痕跡、例えば辛うじて視認可能なほぼ完全な円盤状又は円形の痕跡
2 強い痕跡、ただし表面の構造は大きく変化しない
1 強い痕跡、表面の構造が変化するか、又は表面の材料が全体的に若しくは部分的に除去されるか、又は濾紙が表面に貼り付く
数センチメートルから最大20cmの範囲の長さの50×100mmのマツ材木の廃材を使用した。一つ一つの木片が1つ又は複数のはっきりと視認可能な節材片を含んでいた。
Claims (3)
- 木質繊維材料とポリマーとを含む押出複合材であって、該木質繊維材料が、節の含有量が10〜30w%であるマツ材の心材材料、又はカバノキの樹皮であり、該ポリマーの量が該押出複合材の重量の5%〜25%であり、該ポリマーがポリアルキレンであることを特徴とする木質繊維材料とポリマーとを含む押出複合材。
- 押出複合材の作製方法であって、該作成方法において木質繊維材料とポリマーとを混合し、固形複合材へと押出成形し、該木質繊維材料が、節の含有量が10〜30w%であるマツ材の心材材料、又はカバノキの樹皮であり、該ポリマーの量が該複合材の重量の5%〜25%であり、該ポリマーがポリアルキレンであることを特徴とする押出複合材の作製方法。
- 建築材料、装飾材料、包装材料、輸送材料又は家具材料としての請求項1に記載の押出複合材又は請求項2に記載の作製方法により作製された押出複合材の使用方法。
