Claims (18)
- 遠隔的な監視と制御コマンドの実行を行う乗物制御システムにおいて、
CAN BUS通信ネットワークを有する乗物と、
前記CAN BUS通信ネットワークと、衛星測位システム(Global Posi
tioning System)と、加速度計とに操作可能に接続する安全運転システムの中央マイクロプロセッサと、
前記安全運転システムの中央マイクロプロセッサに接続され、ユーザが画定した乗物操作における許容可能な制限値のライブラリを有する許容値比較器マイクロプロセッサであって、前記乗物の在所における速度制限値を決定する制限速度特定手段に接続されて、それにより前記乗物の安全運転速度を決定する許容値比較器マイクロプロセッサと、
前記安全運転システムの中央マイクロプロセッサからのデータを通信するトランシーバと、
前記トランシーバから伝送されるデータを受信する遠隔無線通信装置であって、当該遠隔無線通信装置が、前記安全運転システムの中央マイクロプロセッサへの制御コマンドを遠隔で実行するためのアプレットを有しており、前記安全運転システムの中央マイクロプロセッサから受信するデータに応答して前記乗物の操作を遠隔制御する遠隔無線通信装置と、
を具え、
乗物の操作が監視可能で、無線通信装置から乗物の制御コマンドを遠隔的に実行することを特徴とする乗物制御システム。 - 乗物について遠隔的に監視して制御コマンドを実行する方法において、
乗物のCAN BUS通信ネットワークと、衛生測位システム(Global Positioning System)と、加速度計とに安全運転システムの中央マイクロプロセッサを取り付けるステップと、
許容値比較器マイクロプロセッサを前記安全運転システムのマイクロプロセッサに接続するステップであって、前記許容値比較器マイクロプロセッサが、ユーザが画定した乗物操作における許容可能な制限値のライブラリを有するものであるステップと、
取付けた前記安全運転システムの中央マイクロプロセッサを有する乗物の速度を継続的に測定するステップと、
前記乗物の在所において、前記安全運転システムの中央マイクロプロセッサを有する乗物の速度制限値を継続的に監視するステップと、
前記ユーザが画定した乗物操作における許容可能な制限値のライブラリから、前記許容値比較器マイクロプロセッサによって、前記乗物の速度が設定された許容値を超過した場合を決定するステップと、
設定された許容値を超過している前記乗物の速度を、遠隔無線通信装置に伝送するステップと、
前記遠隔無線通信装置から乗物制御コマンドを、前記中央プロセッサに伝送するステップと、
を具えており、
乗物の操作は監視可能で、無線通信装置から制御コマンドを遠隔的に実行することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の乗物制御システムにおいて、前記制限速度特定手段が、速度制限値のデータベースを読むことによって、前記乗物の在所での速度制限値を決定することを特徴とする乗物制御システム。
- 請求項3に記載の乗物制御システムにおいて、前記速度制限値のデータベースは、前記乗物から遠隔配置されていることを特徴とする乗物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の乗物制御システムにおいて、前記乗物が、当該乗物上にカメラを有しており、前記制限速度特定手段が、前記カメラが掲示された速度制限値を視覚的に読み取ることによって前記乗物の在所の速度制限値を決定することを特徴とする乗物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の乗物制御システムにおいて、前記安全運転システムの中央マイクロプロセッサが、前記CAN BUS通信ネットワークにOBD−IIコネクタを通して機能的に接続されることを特徴とする乗物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の乗物制御システムにおいて、前記遠隔無線通信装置が、スマートフォンであることを特徴とする乗物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の乗物制御システムにおいて、前記乗物制御システムが、前記オンボード遠隔無線通信装置とペアリングするblue tooth(登録商標)通信を組込んでおり、これにより乗物の運転者が、当該運転者の運転を監視可能であることを特徴とする乗物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の乗物制御システムが、前記乗物の中の無線通信装置について、文字入力を検知し、前記遠隔無線通信装置に通知する手段を有することを特徴とする乗物制御システム。
- 請求項1に記載の乗物制御システムにおいて、前記乗物制御システムの中央マイクロプロセッサが、加速度計の表示数値を検知し、前記乗物の無謀運転を判定し、当該判定を前記遠隔無線通信装置に通信することを特徴とする乗物制御システム。
- 請求項2に記載の乗物について遠隔的に監視して制御コマンドを実行する方法において、乗物の在所の速度制限値のデータベースを探索することによって、速度制限値を特定するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11に記載の乗物について遠隔的に監視して制御コマンドを実行する方法において、前記乗物から遠隔配置されたデータベースを探索することによって前記速度制限値を特定するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11に記載の乗物について遠隔的に監視して制御コマンドを実行する方法において、前記乗物のカメラで道路標識上の速度制限値を読み取るステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の乗物について遠隔的に監視して制御コマンドを実行する方法において、前記安全運転システムの中央マイクロプロセッサを、乗物のOBD−IIコネクタに連結することによって、前記CAN BUS通信ネットワークに取り付けるステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の乗物について遠隔的に監視して制御コマンドを実行する方法において、設定された許容値を超過している前記乗物の速度を遠隔スマートフォンに伝送するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の乗物について遠隔的に監視して制御コマンドを実行する方法において、前記CAN BUSとオンボード無線通信装置の間をblue tooth接続でペアリングするステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の乗物について遠隔的に監視して制御コマンドを実行する方法において、前記乗物の運転者が運転中に文字入力していることを検知し、当該検知を前記無線通信装置に通信するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の乗物について遠隔的に監視して制御コマンドを実行する方法において、前記乗物の加速度計の表示数値を検知し、当該検知から無謀運転を判定し、前記遠隔無線通信装置に無謀運転の当該判定を通信するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
