Claims (7)
- 第1の構造部材(R)であって、前記第1の構造部材(R)の端部部分において角度付きピンと一体的に形成された角度付きピンコネクタ(RJ1)を有しており、該角度付きピンは、前記第1の構造部材(R)の端面から離隔されるとともに該端面に対して平行に突出している、第1の構造部材(R)と、
第2の構造部材(R)であって、前記第2の構造部材(R)の端部部分において前記第1の構造部材(R)の前記角度付きピンに対するソケットとしての角度付きチューブと一体的に形成された角度付きソケットコネクタ(RJ2)を有しており、前記角度付きチューブは、前記第2の構造部材(R)の端面から離隔されるとともに該端面に対して平行に突出している、第2の構造部材(R)と
を備えたロッド接続システムを備えている、航空機における客室のパーティション要素。 - 前記角度付きピン及びチューブは、前記第1及び第2の構造部材(R)の摺動又は差込み運動(D2)によって、互いに係止した配列にされ得る、請求項1に記載のパーティション要素。
- 前記第1及び第2の構造部材(R)は、付加製造(AM)プロセスを用いて一体的に形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載のパーティション要素。
- 前記角度付きピンコネクタ(RJ1)は、互いに平行に延びている少なくとも2つの角度付きピンを備えており、前記角度付きソケットコネクタ(RJ2)は、互いに平行に延びている少なくとも2つの角度付きチューブを備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のパーティション要素。
- 前記角度付きピンは、刻み付き外表面を備えている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のパーティション要素。
- 前記ロッド接続システムの前記第1の構造部材に対応する少なくとも1つの第1の立体骨組ロッド(R)及び該ロッド接続システムの前記第2の構造部材に対応する少なくとも1つの第2の立体骨組ロッド(R)を備えた耐荷立体骨組ロッド(R)の立体骨組構造(T1)を有する実質的に平面のコアパネル(30)をさらに備えている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のパーティション要素。
- 第1の構造部材(R)を一体的に形成するステップ(M1)であって、前記第1の構造部材(R)前記第1の構造部材(R)の端部部分において角度付きピンと一体的に形成された角度付きピンコネクタ(RJ1)を有しており、該角度付きピンは、前記第1の構造部材(R)の端面から離隔されるとともに該端面に対して平行に突出している、第1の構造部材(R)を一体的に形成するステップ(M1)と、
第2の構造部材(R)を一体的に形成するステップ(M2)であって、前記第2の構造部材(R)の端部部分において前記第1の構造部材(R)の前記角度付きピンに対するソケットとしての角度付きチューブと一体的に形成された角度付きソケットコネクタ(RJ2)を有しており、前記角度付きチューブは、前記第2の構造部材(R)の端面から離隔されるとともに該端面に対して平行に突出している、第2の構造部材(R)を一体的に形成するステップ(M2)と
